Seul bémol, la piscine qui est vraiment petite et ne donne pas l'envie de se baigner, d'ailleurs durant les 2 jours, nous n'avons vu personne le faire. Personnel professionnel, courtois et aimable. Juste la taille de la piscine qui convient à des enfants

• Luana (4/5): No lo recomiendo, hay mejores lugares por mejores precios - La estructura del hotel por fuera se ve bonita La actitud del personal es mala. Llegué muy cansada de escalar un volcán y mi habitación tenía muchos defectos. Se salía el agua del inodoro, las toallas estaban sucias (si tú las dejas sucias te cobran extra), dicen que hay secador de pelo pero no hay, te dicen que se debe pedir en recepción, bajé varias veces a pedirlo (desde un tercer piso luego de caminar muchas horas por un volcán) y nunca me dieron el secador (supuestamente alguien más lo tenia ocupado). En la noche queria descansar y se escuchaba absolutamente toda la conversación y la televisión de la habitación del lado, como si estuviesen literalmente al lado mío. Todos estos inconvenientes serían mejor de sobrellevar si la actitud del personal fuera buena, lo cual no fué así. Total, llegué al hotel MUY CANSADO, solo quería descansar y ducharme. Me entregaron la habitación a las 15:00 y entre el inconveniente del inodoro (fué un chico a repararlo y tardó bastante, en lugar de simplemente darme una habitación decente para descansar), eso, el secador de pelo y las toallas sucias, me duché a las 18:00, perdiendo bastante tiempo para conocer la ciudad o descansar. Se pueden conseguir mejores hoteles por el mismo precio.
• Víctor Castro (8/5): Un opción cómoda en Antigua - El desayuno y las habitaciones son amplias. El personal es muy amable y super empaticos, es lo mejor que tienen. La piscina le falta mantenimiento y que se limpieza al menos dos veces al día...esta un poco sucia y con plumas de palomas.

• Deb (9/5): Great location, wonderful staff and very clean and comfortable. Will stay again. - I loved the location and the fact that they had on site parking and accepted our dog. It was a bonus to find out that breakfast was included. The staff was very nice and very helpful. I ended up paying a little more on my credit card than originally quoted. Maybe I overlooked the tax, I am not sure. I would have liked a slightly larger room but I would book again and try to get a larger room.

Pero si hay detalles q no… - Me hubiera gustado que agregaran a las descripciones que no todas las habitaciones cuentan con aire acondicionado. Eso es un detalle muy importante. Los baños tenían un olor poco desagradable, pero las habitaciones los q es la cama y demás estaban limpias. En una ocasión se me fue el agua. Y el cuarto no tenía aire acondicionado.

Y lo que me molesto es que me hayan cobrado el parqueo despues del check out (deberia de estar dentro del servicio). Muy mal con eso!

• Laura (8/5): - Comfy bed. Great location. Nice breakfast. Our room was very weirdly arranged. It felt like they squished the maximum beds in a tiny room. It was fine but not something i would rave about. The shower didnt have hot water. When we said something they said that we should let it run for 8 minutes for the hot water. Seems like a waste of water. And it also never got really hot.. just a bit warm.

Llegamos al hotel a las 9 pm y nos dijeron que nos calláramos (solo estábamos hablando) porque molestábamos a los otros huéspedes. Obedecimos. A las 5 am nos despertó un escándalo en la habitación de al lado y no hicieron nada.

Étions en panne de voiture et avions besoin d’un stockage des bagages, avons dû payer une chambre que nous n’utiliserions pas 1100quetzals, pour retrouver nos bagages dans un cagibi le lendemain 😣😡

A saída de ar, tipo “janela” do banheiro do quarto vizinho passava por dentro do nosso banheiro, ou seja, nós ouvíamos quando ele ia no banheiro e ele nos ouvia. Foi a estrutura mais bizarra que já vi. Totalmente sem privacidade. O café da manhã é servido na piscina, no último dia choveu. Os hóspedes se molhando pra poder tomar café da manhã. Não recomendo!

El personal amable El tamaño de la habitacion muy pequeño para 4 personas sin armario maletas por el suelo no se podia pasar. El tamaño del baño enano y el grifo se atascaba y nobsalia agua. En el desayuno te cobran la leche o el zumo solo dan opción a cafe.

• Alayna (8/5): Relaxing hotel with a very quick walk to downtown tourist spots with lots of restaurants nearby. - Very well located hotel with a lovely courtyard and good breakfast! We were in the large family room which was great for traveling with kids, and very quiet off the main road. The bathroom in our room was tiny - especially compared to our huge room - and the water pressure in the sink was very low (although the shower was fine). The beds were also quite hard, although we appreciated having so many of them in one room!

• Erika (6/5): It wasn’t I expected but we had a good sleep - The pool isn’t a pool and it wasn’t clean. We were very excited to use the pool but it was extremely small. The room wasn’t dusted, the coffee maker was with mold. We stood 2 nights and I got a clean coffee maker on my last day in the afternoon so I could use it. The staff weren’t too kind in the reception. Definitely the room, it was exactly how it was shown in the pictures. We had room 21 with 4 beds. The room was very spacious with a lot of drawers, benches and a small closet to fit all our clothes and luggages. The people in the restaurant were very polite, breakfast was as good and coffee was very good

• Nader (3/5): Simply avoid this place - We received room number 6 I think. The room was incredibly stuffy and hot. We could not open the window as it was directly facing the busiest street. Even when closed, you could hear everything happening on the street, and in fact anything happening in the room next to ours. We spoke to reception about this, who offered no solution. We were supposed to stay for 2 nights, but left after 2 hours, and found somewhere else to stay. Hotel did not offer any more help or ask about anything, despite seeing us checking out so quickly.

• Miguel (9/5): - Gostei da localização face ao centro da cidade. Gostei do facto de me deixarem guardar as minhas malas, antes do check in e depois do check out. O terraço é um espaço muito agravável para observar a cidade. O facto de ter uma pequena piscina, é um bónus, nos dias de calor. Não gostei de ter de pagar um sumo à parte no pequeno almoço, quando o mesmo deveria ser parte da refeição. Ou ainda, ter de pagar à parte, se quisesse mais café. Num hotel de 3 estrelas, isto é inadmissível!

After they changed it it was a bit better but still the bad smell was in that bathroom too

• Robert (7/5): Quiet hotel on a busy street close to the center - Good location within easy distance of most tourist spots in the center. Room 19 was amazingly large for a hotel room, had stairs to a second floor, and had an outdoor balcony. We had our kids with us, so the extra space was great. When we returned we were in room 20 which had enough beds for all of us, but we missed the balcony. This isn't really a negative; more like a "neutral". Staff were very business-like, good at checking people in, finding storage for bags, etc., but kept it that way. Some travelers like warmth, others prefer to just have quiet efficiency. This is more of the "quiet efficiency" end of the scale.

• Deborah (5/5): Uncomfortable stay - Staff was friendly. The courtyard was visually appealing. The room was extremely loud. We were right by the front desk so we continuously heard ringing at the door, talking, or street noise. The bed was very uncomfortable and the toilet was constantly running. so we had to fix the lever inside the tank after each use. Two out of the three nights the shower was either scalding hot or freezing cold. The hotel is located off of an extremely busy road. If traveling during the warm months, there is no AC and outside is extremely loud so it will be very hot and stuffy in the room.

Me cobraron 300 quetzales por noche de Parqueo para un segundo vehículo al momento del check out, sin notificarme en el momento del check in. Las toallas estaban percudidas y eran pequeñas El agua de la ducha era escasa y sin presión, y no tenía una buena regulación de temperatura. No tienen comodidades para personas con discapacidad ni adulto mayor. La piscina tenía el agua muy fría, no se pudo disfrutar durante nuestra estancia.

• MARC (8/5): bel hôtél bien situé - Hôtel très bien situé proche du centre ville. Parking à disposition (appréciable dans ce pays où on ne peut pas se garer). Très bel agencement extérieur. On ne peut pas prendre les chambres avant 15h mais on a pu garer la voiture au parking en attendant. Belle vue sur le Fuego depuis le toit terrasse. Chambre petite et sombre. Donne sur une rue très fréquentée et est malgré tout un peu bruyant la nuit. Remontée d'odeur d'égout dans la salle de bain. Pas d'eau chaude (à 1500m d'altitude les nuits sont fraîches ). Personnel très impersonnel .

• Claudia Johana (8/5): Fue muy linda y pasamos dos días relajados. - La ubicación y el diseño del hotel, como su colorido. Creo que es muy lindo, aunque las habitaciones son un poco estrechas. Que a las 6 de la mañana no había agua para bañarse temprano. Además el parqueo es pequeño y es complicado para vehículos grandes.
