• Jared (1/5): Pathetic place to be called a hotels in Myrtle Beach - Only thing I liked is its ocean front. Every thing is out dated looks dirty . The lock is broken on the door leading to balcony. They had a wood stick shoved down in the track to keep the door from getting opened . Our bed the right side of the foot of bed was broken down. Every time you get in elevator you come out smelling like you were in there smoking weed. When we sat on the balcony it was the same way the stitch of weed would knock you down. There is no way I will ever stay here again.

Lots of broken items such as doors, door knobs, exit lights broken.Had three pots, pans to cook and with, property photographs did not accurately represent the accommodations. Kitchen different, bedrooms have no balcony Was a disappointment- property did have easy access to the beach and a pool that was clean and easily accessible.

• Chasity (1/5): - oceanfront when we arrived to our room, you could tell it had not been cleaned. The floor was dirty with visible dirt. There was some kind of plastic piece on the floor that was broke from something. There was a big piece of foam laying in the middle of the hallway. The baseboards were covered in dust. The balcony door blind was broken and barely hanging on the door. The bathroom door had a hole in the back of it like some white punched it, and there was mold on the ceiling. The sheets, looked , dingy, and old there were old stains on the sheets as well. I used to do travel nursing so then I have stayed at many motels at Myrtle Beach and this one was by far the worse one. We called the one 800 number they gave us and they sent up two people to come look at the room who smelled of marijuana. The owner told me that housekeeping would come the next morning to clean and they came in at 7:16 AM open the door and closed it and did not come back that day until 7:23 AM the next morning but still did not clean I have never had housekeeping come that early in the morning while on vacation. The owner also told me she would refund some money. I still have not seen it. There's also no ice machine in the hotel. oh, and I almost forgot there was somebody's dirty sock behind the bedside table and an open bag of Cheetos in the drawer.

The only thing that kept me from rating higher is the shortage of a skillet, small pots and stesk knives. Everything else was wonderful! 😊 No cooking utensils. No skillet,no steak knives

I didn't like that I was texted my rooming info, but when I got there it was another family with the same room. Also it took several hours for housekeeping to bring fresh towels, but no rags. Also thry didn't come and tidy the room while we were out.

• Elizabeth (6/5): Pleasant - Convenient location I don't remember it saying anywhere that there was a peer being built almost right in front of the resort. We had to listen to the loud machinery all day, every day till about 7pm. It was very nice to have a kitchen. It would have been really nice to have some silverware or plastic ware to use to make sandwiches & a spoon to stir coffee. The cookware really needs to be updated. The wifi worked sometimes.
• Raven (1/5): I was pleased with the view and location but was not happy with the cleanliness. - The view was oceanfront. It was beautiful. The bed linens was not clean. The sheet on the pull out couch had some kind of food stuck on it. The other beds smelt like mildew and the sheets were stained and dirty. The pillow were also stained and dirty. The stove in the room I stayed need to be replaced. The eyes were messed and didn’t cook well. I asked her new bed linens. It took two phone calls to receive them. And I didn’t receive but two sets and they only left them on the bed. I had to make the bed myself. And the dirty linens was left in the room. The room look like it had water damage and needs remodeling honestly.

The website site said there were laundry facilities on property, but we couldn't find any and there was no one to ask. Everything thing was locked and you need a key card to get into like the pool. We only had a code to get into our room. We had access to the beach and our room.

• Katie (4/5): - I was really excited to book this vacation, but what I booked and what I got were two different things. Was definitely disappointed on how small and crammed my condo was. When booking it showed washer and dryer in room spacious kitchen and when I open my door, I felt like I was catfished. No washer and dryer didn’t have toilet paper to last 2 days. Had to go buy some. Numerous attempts of contacting front desk was told did not start our room. Contact with the lady that checked me in via text message and she said Housekeeping was not available 24 hours. It was day five of our seven day stay house keeping showed with toilet paper and inadequate amount of towels for the people we had. The room served its purpose, but definitely was not worth the amount I paid.

There was visible mold in the living space and bathroom. The linens were kept low to the floor and next to the toilet. The pots and cutlery were in bad condition. There were roaches.

It just needed to have the walls mop down or wash the bleach, but - View was amazing I did not know I had to call the property to get my checking information. I was kind of annoying because the person at front desk was like she didn’t do everybody so I had to call the number which they should’ve sent an email prior to our check in to let me know what was expected.

• Laiken (5/5): Ok but wouldn't book again - I did like how the room was set up and the view of the ocean. The room had a horrible smell when we arrived. The bathroom was really small. There were stains on the mattress covers that should have been changed or replaced but wasn't. There was also mold in the closets which probably caused the horrible smell. Parking spaces need to be bigger for SUVS.

• Brandi (1/5): Didn’t stay, lost out on my money as well. - The suite that I was in was by far the worst one I’ve ever seen. I’m not the cleanest person in the world, but by far not the nastiest either. I don’t ever leave a review but because of the staff I spoke with was a little rude when I told her I wasn’t satisfied with my room she rudely told me “well your still going to have to pay for one night even though I was not there for even 15 minutes. Had to run to Walmart and grab disinfectant spray and air freshener, I would not recommend this place to any of my friends or family members. The pictures they have on the website must have been when the facility first opened.

The view was great had the coach turn into a sofa and another bed that could be pull of the bed and then the two main beds. I slept like a baby I don’t think this property is as bad as other make it out to be would definitely stay here again!

We was only supplied with 1 roll of toilet paper, 2 towels, dirty sheets with blood spots on them, the bed came apart and that’s how I found the bedbugs, underneath the beds was dirty, 2 of my family members had to go the the emergency urgent care and now we got a $300 bill from the bedbug bites.

• Samantha (6/5): - Mixed feelings about this property. It was really nice on the inside. The floors and living areas for the condo we used were lovely. However, the tub didn’t drain, the handle on the faucet in the shower was broken, although we could see the floor was wet from being mopped, when we swept, we got up a lot of dust and dirt. It looked like the people mopped, but didn’t sweep up first. There was not a complete set of dishes or glasses. There was one tall glass, one short glass, one wine glass, 5 mugs. Some of the utensils in the drawer had dried food on them, again, like they were put into the dishwasher but weren’t checked before they were placed back in the drawer. For the money we paid, I really expected much better. We were greeted by smelly trash in the hallway from neighbors and then…roaches. The balcony was amazing and so was the view. I just wouldn’t stay there again.

• Katie (4/5): Disappointing - Not having to check in upon arrival. Parking was great. The staff was great about bringing things as they came up. Loved the location. Beachfront. The room was laid out wonderful with plenty of space and the kitchen was beautiful as well as the rest of the condo. My 10 month old granddaughter the first day upon arrival after only 5 mins of her crawling around had very black hands and black all over the top of her feet and knees. I asked about having the room remopped by a staff member and was told it had just been done and that they would do it upon our departure. So I asked could we just borrow a mop and do it ourselves and was told they didn't have one for us to use. So I went to Walmart and purchased a Swiffer and did it three times but she was still getting black all over when she would crawl around so I had to keep her in just a diaper to not ruin her clothes while we were there and then scrub her down Everytime we would leave to go out. My only other complaint was the pull out sofa bed was so rough to sleep on after a week of sleeping on it I have literal big bruises on the back of my upper legs. As well as one of the beds in the main bedroom was broke the one closest to the closet so it leaned to one side the whole week but we managed with that no big deal on that.

• Atsuko (8/5): Beautiful Ocean Front Room - Location and the view from the room was amazing. Enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi. The only thing was bathroom and shower seems still under construction. Shower got clogged whole time and needs to be fixed. Other than bathroom, every was great.
• Brandy (3/5): Could have been better - The room was spacious. The room was not clean. There was trash on the floor, the tub was dirty, and the bed was broke. We had to clean it up because we didn't book through the them. When I ask for clean rags and towels they told me I couldn't get them because I didn't book through the resort, I went with booking.com. I ask them being they were not full could I park my side by side on the property they said no because no motorcycle, golf carts, or anything of that nature could be parked there or it would be towed, there was motorcycle parked in the parking deck when I went to my truck.

And the room had ROACHES when addressing this with them they didnt offer to move us said they would send somwone to spray but when we arrived back that night there were still bugs we left but so reply or appologies no refunds offered or room change offered. Then no response to text messages since thats how THEY wanted to communicate and no one answering calls. Very upset!😡
• Christiana (3/5): Pictures aren't always reality. - This location was right on the beach which was nice. The fact that being right on the beach was really the only nice part. There was water coming in through the door into the living room during the storms. The internet didn't work. The room was not cleaned before we got there. There were pizza boxes and trash left in the room from last person. There were roaches was promised the pest control person would be coming out and we never saw anyone come for that. The sheet and towels were badly stained and had other peoples hair all over them There was make up and holes all in the towels even the replacements we were brought. The wall bed had sharp broken peices poking straight out of the top of the frame. The backdoor didn't seal all the way was hard to lock. The pans were majorly worn. The laundry machines at the facility did not work. There is no lobby to go to with issues. 1 of the beds in the room was broken at the bottom of the bed so you were kinda hanging on for dear life if you were sleeping on that side. I really didn't know what I was getting into the pictures looked way different then what we walked into. I just wish I would have known what conditions we would be staying in when booking.

I didn’t like the fact that we had to move to another hotel of lesser value and not receive any compensation for the inconvenience. The room was old and raggedy.

Balcony was the best part of it! The blonde manager lady was very helpful, friendly and just exceeded my expencations! She was carrying around an adorable chihuahua that my daughter fell in love with. She always asked if we needed anything. The pull out bed had screws missing making it difficult to use for my children. The beds were not real comfortable, But it got the job done. Would like to see the bed by the balcony to wake up to the beautiful view

The mattresses were so thin and no mattress protector on the beds, Had do you use to pull out couch? That was even worse. There were stains on the couch under the cushions, they just flipped them over. No phone in the room. Also we would ask for towls and I feel they waited until we left to come into our room after it said, (Do Not Disturb) on the door handle. Also, when we got up to our room there was a line of white stuff next to our neighbors Door which that means they had bed bugs I believe. There was Ashes in our her sink. The refrigerator wasn't clean. The microwave was nasty. They had five pools and the only one that really worked was the one big one inside and the outside tub. The other three Hot tubs were either cold or not enough water and nasty looking. Also, they had no towels in the pool area. They told us we had to take ours from our room. Also, the smoke detectors were pushed in to the walls and broken, which was unsafe for there customers.
• Ricky (3/5): I was disappointed and stayed 1 day out of my 2. - It was located walking distance from the event I was attending. One bed linen was dirty and even had on a pillow. The comforters had a foul odor. The towels were cheap and discolored. There were no wash cloths. The tub would stop up with water when showering so we had to wash up at the sink.

• Michelle (8/5): Beautiful oceanfront view and comfortable living space. - The view was amazing and the space in the room was great for 3 adults and 2 kids ages 9 and 15. The beds were comfortable but the pillow’s were flat. Towels and rags were stocked very well. The balcony chairs were awesome and the rail height was perfect! Fourth floor view! OH someone left a little RED Dino 🦕 on the lamp. It tickled us to death. We left him there for the next family to see him. The elevator had a/c on and temperature outside was in the 40 to 50s with the wind gust from the ocean. So you froze to get to your room or lobby. Some of the bed pillows were flat. If you have neighbors you will hear everything!

• meredith (8/5): Last Minute stay - The property is due for an overhaul, it's outdated, Fans have built up dust on them. Problems with water, but they did come deal wth that immediately. The woman I dealt wth wth my phone calls and texts, was always in communication wth me, which is a great thing. The balcony was great though to sit there outside, enjoying the water.

• Anonymous (2/5): Overall the family had a good time but we will definitely stay somewhere else. - It was oceanfront and had a beautiful view. The ceiling fans was caked with dirt. The beds were uncomfortable. The toilet had a leak. The pool was cold and unusable. The Wi-Fi and the tv kept going out.

• Shawna (10/5): Staff were amazingly friendly & helpful. Room was decent & spacious for my family. There was even an extra bed a - Property was in a very good location, great beach access & very friendly staff. Elevators hot and heated pool very cold
