• Malu Mtz (7/5): - El hotel muy limpio el personal amable sobretodo un joven de nombre Hector, muy amable. Nuestra habitación estaba en la planta baja, de las últimas y se escuchan todos los ruidos de las habitaciones cercanas, no se diga la habitación de arriba se escuchan los pasos, lo q se cae o mueven. La verdad si hay mucho ruido. El estacionamiento se sabe q esta a dos cuadras y media pero como sugerencia deberían de tener valet parking porq si es pesado caminar subiendo las calles y en el solazo.

• Norma (10/5): Un hogar dentro del centro de la cultura - Muy buena experiencia en el Hotel Santa Clara. Las instalaciones están súper limpias y el personal es encantador, siempre con una sonrisa. Tuvimos un pequeño inconveniente durante la estancia y lo resolvieron de inmediato con mucha eficacia. La ubicación y el servicio hacen que valga totalmente la pena. Todo bien.

Sin embargo, llego otra persona, mujer de unos 55-60 y lo empezo a reganar muy feo por un pequeno error o equivocacion. Eso para un cliente ver tal accion es Terrible. No se regana enfrente de tus clientes. Senti pena y a la vez un poco de coraje al ver la accion. Se llama la atencion en privado, NO EN PUBLICO. • Niko (9/5): - The hotel is in an old colonial house, in all its old-fashioned beauty. It is really nicely renovated and even if I expected a normal hotel door... I was impressed by this old-fashioned one :) The location is in the center, next to the main square.

• Norbert (5/5): Was not pleasant but summertime must be fine - The location is fantastic The rooms need to be more comfortable and clean. But the major issue was our room was extremely cold. We had to seal the button of the door and the opening in the bathroom to keep to cold air coming in . Absolutely no heat available.

• Matthias (9/5): - It doesn't get any more central - the hotel is just next to the main square which is always full of life. The rooms were quiet though and provided a good and safe refuge, sometimes with a spartanic touch, since it's a very nice historic building. The adjacent restaurant was great for every meal. All staff was very helpful. We were thankful for the constant presence of (always friendly) security guards, but perhaps it is not necessary for them to have loud conversations in person or over the radio at 6h in the morning just next to the rooms. We were woken up by that almost every night, asking ourselves if everything's alright.

Tienen problemas con red de agua interna, me explicaron q al ser un inmueble catalogado no pueden hacer las reparaciones o adecuaciones necesarias, el INHA debe dictaminar, autorizar y supervisar cualquier cosa que hagan. Eso justifica sus deficiencias.

• Roger (9/5): Great location, fair price - Located at the very heart of San Cristobal. Surrounded by restaurants, coffee stores, museums and many places of interest. The hotel is an old manor; well preserved, very cozy and clean. All personel was very kind. My room's door lock was out of order and easy to hijack, I reported to the front desk but they just gave excuses and no solution. Parking is provided but on separated premises; they informed it's 2 streets away from the hotel, but it's actually 4 (not a big deal but why don't they just tell the true).

There are also several local agencies available for booking tours outside the city. Additionally, the bus station is conveniently located just a few blocks away, making transit easy for travelers.

All was ok, but next time I'd chose another place to stay due to value of money + there are better and more comfortable hotels with better price offer, they are just not in a such top center position, but the city is not big and is easy to walk and reach everything.

• Mark (8/5): Historical hotel, needs work on logistics - I loved my balcony overlooking the main square. Too bad I only had for 2 of my 4 days, even though I reserved a room with a view. The actual rooms overlooking the main square do not list a "view", which those without a view list "View" as a feature. Biggest problem is the misclassification of which rooms have a view. I reserved a room with a view, but it was not delivered. I ended up in 3 separate rooms over 4 days. Poorly organized. Lots of work just to get what was promised and paid for. The WiFi was sub par and not available from my room.
