- yuichi (6/5): 残念 - スタッフは感じ良かったです。 喫煙ルームでしたが、タバコの匂いが強烈でレースのカーテンは真っ黄色でした。 他のホテルの喫煙ルームは、多少は臭いがありましたが、このホテルは異常なくらいの臭い。 また、ユニットバスの中に長い髪が落ちていていました。 不愉快でした。 何年か前に利用した時はきれいなイメージでしたが、残念です。

- Hiroki (7/5): 期待を超えた朝食に満足 - 朝食がおいしかった。朝からカレーやローストビーフ、牛乳の飲み比べなど種類が多く楽しめました。スタッフの方の対応もとてもよかったです。 エレベーターが２基で、GWで混雑していることもあり、チェックイン／アウトで大きな荷物を持った人、１３階のレストランへ食事に行く人、地下１階の温泉へ行く人が混ざって混沌としていた。

- keegon (10/5): - 오비히로 역 바로 길 건너편이고, 세이코마트 편의점과 맛집들이 다 주변 도보 거리에 있습니다. 공항버스도 바로 호텔 앞에서 승,하차 할 수 있어서 좋아요. 무엇보다 지하 1층에 있는 천연 온천이 아주 좋습니다. 참고로 여탕보다는 남탕이 훨씬 큽니다. 조식도 가격대비 좋습니다. 전체 객실에서 트윈룸이 적어서 예약이 힘들어요. 원래가 이쪽이 다 비즈니스호텔들이다 보니, 대부분 작은 더블룸 위주입니다.
