We also loved the Italian restaurant on the second floor, Benvenuto, the food and atmosphere were excellent. The staff at both the hotel and the restaurant were amazing: always kind, supportive, and willing to help. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this hotel.

- geoff (10/5): - Exceptional staff at reception and breakfast/dining room. Very friendly and helpful, owner was very pleasant. Cleaning staff were very good too. Room was spacious and very clean. Comfortable bed and excellent bathroom with power shower and good bath. Reception helped us with adapters for our phones and booked a taxi very quickly and a good price. Dinner in the evening was very good. Hotel is in a good place, quiet yet near shops and restaurants. Transport very close. Nothing very much really.

- Sandy (4/5): Unfortunately dissapointed - Location was pretty good and heard good things about the breakfast they provide. The staff I encountered were nice. Unfortunately the place needs some major up keep and love. There's mold growing throughout the entire bathroom as the fan doesn't seem to do a great job. There are some repairs that need to be done in the room that are way too easy to see. The cleaning that gets done in the room I wouldn't say is all that great either unfortunately. Overall not sure I would book here again.
- yoshie (10/5): 10代3人初韓国旅行！ - 空港からホテルに向かう時リムジンバスを利用したのですが、ホテル近くにバス停があったので歩いてる３分ほどで着きました！そのバス停から市内のバスに乗れます！地下鉄の駅も近くにありました。徒歩六分ほどの別ホテルにwowpassの機械があります。ホテル周辺にはカラオケ・オリヤン・cu・セブンイレブン・沢山の飲食店・服屋があります！部屋には鏡が幾つもあり、3人女子で行っても困りませんでした。トイレや床が暖かくて冬でも安心でした！皆さん行っている通りご飯がおいしすぎました！ 洗面所のドライヤーのコンセント場所が不便でした😭コンセントに元々ドライヤーがセットさせてある状態でした。

- Yuko (9/5): リーズナブルでいいホテルです！ - フロントのお姉さんが日本語がお上手でいつも笑顔で親切でした。他の方々も皆さん良かったです。ランドリーに忘れ物をしましたが遅い時間に帰ったのに連絡をくれてありがたかったです。 レストランの朝食が美味しかったです。スタッフの方も親切でした。 とてもリーズナブルで明洞や東大門にアクセスもよくまた利用したいホテルです。 정말 감사합니다！ 若干建物に古さを感じましたが毎日綺麗にお掃除してくれて母娘3人旅には十分でした。 繁華街にあるホテルなので少しザワついています。

- Fatemeh (6/5): but overall it was a clean from the beginning. and the location was very good. - the room was fairly clean, and the location was very good. staff was also nice and friendly. pillows were very hard and uncomfortable, there was almost no window in my room, sometimes when they cleaned the room they not recharging coffee or cups. also sometimes the room not smell good and i don't know why! the breakfast also very poor not something i was expecting. and i also noticed they were not changing the covers and bed sheets after cleaning, I used the same covers for 2 weeks.

The options felt bland and not particularly appetizing, and several of the dishes looked like they had been sitting out for a while. Overall, the breakfast didn’t meet our expectations, so we chose to eat elsewhere for the rest of our stay.

- Hibiki (7/5): ミニマムな旅 - 駅からも程よく近く、周りにもある程度お店があり便利でした！ 次の予約の関係で朝5時半と早い時間にチェックアウトをさせていただきましたが、ご対応いただきました、ありがとうございました＊ また、フロントの裏側には共用の冷蔵庫、電子レンジ、壁にはオススメのスポットなどが書かれていてホスピタリティを感じました♪ 良くないところではなく注意点ですが、24時間スタッフさんがフロントにいるわけではないため、事前に確認が必須です！

- Valentina (7/5): - La posizione era ottima, lontano dal caos tipico dell' over tuorism dato che è un quartiere, residenziale,ma molto giovane soprattutto di sera e a portata di tutto, vicino ad una delle linee metro più collegate, intorno ci sono ristoranti caffè e un po' di di street food. E solo per questo che do un buono! Cmq la struttura è pulita,le stanze larghe rispetto agli standard asiatici. Cmq staff gentile e disponibile. Letti scomodi super duri ho dormito poco e male in 6 giorni, una mini finestra che sembrava un ripostiglio dove aprivi solo un' anta perché l' altra era troppo vicina all' uscita del bagno e potevi farti male, essendo un quartiere residenziale per legge non puoi avere finestre che affaccino sulla strada ecc e vabbè.. colazione pessima, riso con specie di sottaceti riscaldato oppure latte e cereali, queste le scelte assurdo, quando fuori c'è un mondo, vicino c'è un panificio/ pasticceria che fa delle cose buonissime, bastava comprare qualcosa lì e avevi fatto una colazione tipica coreana dolce. Per non dire che il cuoco è italiano! Se non fosse per lo staff,la posizione e la pulizia avrei dato un punteggio più che basso.

- Renato (5/5): Comodo per la posizione ma trasandato e da ristrutturare totalmente - Sicuramente il punto di forza è la posizione, vicino alla metro e al limousine bus che ti porta direttamente in aeroporto. E' ben organizzato per la colazione semplice ma buona. Il personale parla benissimo inglese, da non sottovalutare in Corea. E' un hotel molto vecchio che necessita di ristrutturazione. La nostra camera era molto datata soprattutto il bagno. Le pareti scrostate e tutto abbastanza decadente. Avevamo la camera con la vasca idromassaggio apparentemente molto vecchia e non funzionava. Abbiamo avvisato ma si sono solo scusati per l'inconveniente, potevano offrire qualcosa in cambio, noi l'abbiamo pagata. Inoltre la reception sembra una agenzia di viaggi, piena di fogli di carta attaccati alle pareti, foto, pubblicità insomma non bello da vedere.

- MsSuseey (9/5): Günstiger Preis, top Zimmer - Personal sehr freundlich, das Zimmer war sehr groß und mit den zwei Betten perfekt. Sehr angenehm war die Badewanne. Die Lage nah an verschiedenen Bussen und der Metro. Praktisch war auch der Minikühlschrank, der Wasserkocher und das Wasser im Kühlschrank. Die Klimaanlage war leider etwas laut. Das Frühstück war leider, da sehr geringe Auswahl, fast immer das gleiche, weshalb wir nicht mehr Frühstücken gegangen sind.

Hardly any space to move around The bed is not so comfortable. The mattress is too hard to sleep on.

AC unit in each room that we could control. Complimentary travel size toothbrush, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, as well as complimentary shower sandals, bathrobes, etc. The only negative was that the plumbing can't handle toilet paper in the toilets, so there was a sign to place toilet paper in the bathroom trash can instead of flushing down the toilet. Overall a good experience.

La camera non corrispondeva assolutamente alle foto allegate alla descrizione ed era molto più piccola di quanto indicato. La posizione non è centralissima, nonostante il quartiere sia ben fornito di tutto il necessario anche se un po’ decadente.

- Keiji (8/5): お得 - ・素泊まりだけを考えるとかなりお得。 ・シャワーの水圧は強いし、浴槽のお湯はすぐにたまる。 ・朝食はいたってシンプルで食べ放題。焼き飯、ゆで卵、コーンフレーク（チョコ味、プレーン味）、レタス（ドレッシングはなくオリーブオイル）食パン（7枚切りくらいの薄さで苺ジャムとバター）マンゴージュース、ホットコーヒー。 ・チェックアウトもカードキーを渡すかなりストレスフリー。 ・駅から3分。（かなり便利） ・近くにコンビニや食事をするところがたくさんある。 ・ホテルの入り口がわかりにくい。 ・冷房の操作がわかりにくいし、機械音がかなり大きい。 ・テレビは韓国のしか見れない。 ・トイレットペーパーは流せないので、ゴミ箱へ捨てる対応。
- M. (8/5): Comfy clean and well located hotel and nice staff - This is our 2nd time staying at DH Naissance. Kids love the bubble bath. Spacious and clean rooms with all basic things one needs: airco, fridge and wifi. Room amenities, clean towels and waterbottles are provided daily. Regarding the location, convenience stores and many other shops plus eateries, and subway station are within a few minutes walking distance. Nearest 24/7 affordable laundry self service is just 3 minutes away, evenings may be quite crowded, but if you go early mornings there is hardly any waiting time. Usage of washing machines on hotel premise is limited depending on card key availability, so if you want to save your precious time and don't wanna wait go to the self service shop just around the corner of Sungshin women's university. The guy at the reception was so kind to let us check in earlier than 4 pm as the rooms were already available and cleaned - free of charge. Airconditioning can be unexpectedly and extremely noisy. Although clearly stated not to take any breakfast food items out of the dining room, during our 10 day stay we frequently saw this rule being broken by other guests. Also food waste is not uncommon. Would be good to enforce the rules set by the hotel.

- Ed (8/5): Queen not King, near GZ Metro - Hotel attached to a busy mall and late night food stalls are only 5 minutes walk away. Although Hotels.com advertise King size beds, they do not have any. Reception staff said all their rooms are Queen beds and it could be a translation issue on the web sites. In spite of this, rooms were comfortable.
