Breakfast buffet may be a little wider or varied. For example one or two Indian dishes like idly or luchi may be added. Fruit choices are also limited.

I booked it seeing their rating on booking.com which was 9.5 & I totally agree with it. The main think is the staff is very Good & friendly. They greet u every time u come or leave hotel and that too from Gate staff to Reception etc. They also provided us free Airport pickup to Hotel. One of my colleague left his bag in Taxi when we were going from Hotel to Airport. I called Mr. Mehdi Hasan hotel Incharge for help he immediately picked our bag from Taxi Driver on his bike and himself delivered the bag to us at Airport which was very nice. I definitely recommend this Hotel . Nothing

• Michael (9/5): Excellent - I have stayed in the hotel for the last 12 days; the hotel services make my stay amazing. All staff ( security, front desk, restaurant, house keeping and maintenance) are always welcoming their guests with big smiles and eager to support! The breakfast buffet is very good with varieties of options. The rooms are clean and well maintained with a little bit old furniture. The location is very good and the most safest place in Dhaka. There are a lot of open holes on the walkways surrounding the hotel areas.

• Brian (10/5): For me this was ideal. This hol represents exceptional value- I highly recommend! - I stayed at Nascent Gardenia Baridhara for 3 nights...and what a pleasure it was. To give some context, I am a New Zealander and have travelled the world. The service level at this hotel is astounding, aligned with international 5-star hotel. From checkin to room service, the restaurant experience, and porters all provided enthusiastic service. The hotel is a lovely classic hotel that has been extensively renovated. For me the mark of a good hotel is the bed. In this case the bed was comfortable and the shower hot and powerful. The hotel is located in the diplomatic zone, meaning it was both secure and more quiet. For me this was ideal. This hotel represents exceptional value- I highly recommend! The inly fault was that on the last day the cafe was out of expresso coffee beans for a short while. The cafe is however a real asset to the property and uses North End branded coffee beans...a premier cafe chain in Bangladesh.

• Thomas (10/5): One of my best experiences ever!!! - Excellent hotel with the best location in the best area of Dhaka. The staff was really helpful and took very good care of me and made sure everything was perfect. The restaurant was also excellent. I had several different dishes and they were all fantastic. There is an excellent walking path by the lake just a couple of minutes walk from the hotel and you can actually continue around the whole lake and walk and walk and walk in a very safe surroundings. The room was excellent and the bed was fantastic. I have traveled a lot and this was one of my best hotel experience ever. I would recommend it to everyone for a great and safe stay in Dhaka.

The room was well appointed, yet daylight is scarce. The fitness room is small with just a few machines stacked up. On site restaurant serves variety of national and international dishes for affordable price.

• MGOMEZULU (8/5): Good Business Hotel in Dhaka - I am planned to stay in this hotel for about 3 months with a distinct possibility of returning many times over the next few years, so it is important that it lives up to my expectations of a quality, comfortable hotel. I am almost at the end of my initial stay now and it has ticked most of the boxes for me. Let’s begin with the airport arrival, this was perfectly executed by their representative at the airport who was waiting for me at Immigration and took me to where the car was waiting to take me to the hotel. Reception at the hotel was excellent with friendly staff ready to help with any queries and it really was a perfect welcome. We went up to the room where I found a few maintenance issues over the next few days, but these were dealt with immediately by the housekeeping and maintenance staff. Let’s be honest, this is not a 5 star hotel but it is comfortable and perfectly suited to my purpose with clean rooms with amenities which you would expect from a hotel of this grading. The same day laundry service is perfect and always delivered timely in the evening. Food is really good and the evening meals are perfectly prepared with a wide variety of cuisines including local, Western, Chinese, and Japanese food all on offer, I have tried the former 3 and could never find fault (and, as an ex restauranteur, I am rather picky about food). Breakfast is buffet style with an egg station where you can order eggs or omelette. Whilst breakfast is adequate though I wish that someone would ensure the temperature of the Bain Maries are kept at the correct temperature (low temperatures can lead to growth of bacteria). Each day there is a good selection, including some sushi, if you like that for breakfast. If I have one quibble about the restaurant, it is that some of the staff have very loud voices and it can be a little annoying to listening to staff conversation while expecting a little peace (especially at breakfast). So is everything good about this hotel or are there somethings which don’t make the grade? Well firstly, the Internet connection is rather poor, whether it is their WiFi system or their connection with their ISP, it often drops out and watching anything on Netflix is often frustrating, I am under the impression that they have serious “bandwidth” issues, for a business orientated hotel, this in my opinion is not acceptable. A zoom or WhatsApp video call is an exercise in patience for both parties. On a very minor note, some of the towels provided, though scrupulously clean are a little on the worn out side :) Aside from the issue of internet connectivity, this hotel gets my seal of approval and especially because of the friendliness of the staff and cleanliness.

They have yet to learn what they are doing night and day. They continue the construction work and make noise on top of my head even at night during the holy month of Ramadhan. If you expect a quiet night of rest, keep away from staying at this hotel.

The room provided were very small and no air conditioning even though I reserved and requested a month in advance. I arrived late and no choice. They charged in full and no alternatives. Utilities such as electricty, hot water as well as air conditioning were not fully furnished and maintained. Employees seems no interest in providing proper services to customer. Upset by repeated cheating, lies, and unreasonable execuses. No more. bye bye.

• KULVINDER (10/5): Good Hotel in Diplomatic enclave - Good hotel .Fair cost/facilities package. Good WiFi & restaurant but i did not use gym. Hotel is in very quiet police controlled diplomatic enclave not far from FrenchEmbassy. Hotel & rooms are clean & generally comfortable but bed is hard (like chinese 3*). Mattress quality needs improving. Typical slowish service but it is near India ( even slower service) Hotel is popular & nearly full of foreign business visitors. I would stay again. Nearby park is popular for walking early morning 7am ish before temperatures rise A few 5* hotels in Dhaka @ 3x prices . Muslim country/NoDraft beer.Very expensive beer @ sheraton. Lets hope new JW Marriott will compete & lower Dhaka prices for westerners. Many lower cost hotels but you share rooms with mosquitos/roaches/dust & very noisy traffic etc.
• Verified traveler (8/5): - スタッフ対応良かったです。ダッカの中では上位ではないでしょうか。１つ気になる点はタオルの古さです。使い古し感が凄かったです。日本人だからかもしれませんが、掃除の細かさの結果が水回りに表れていましたが、概ね快適に過ごすことができました。
• Verified traveler (6/5): Nascent Gardenia - I would describe the Nascent Gardenia as a decent budget hotel. If you want to save money at a decent and safe hotel, then it's a good option. I stayed in a single room and found the conditions somewhat at the Spartan side of things. The room small and the bathtub is a little tricky to navigate. But I was comfortable. The air conditioning and television worked fine. Breakfast was adequate. On the other hand the hotel staff is very friendly and helpful.
• Verified traveler (6/5): Small Hotel in Diplomayic Zone - The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The single room was small but clean. The bed natures requires changing Hotel restaurant was fine. Gym was average.

• Verified traveler (8/5): ビジネスでの宿泊には問題ない - 部屋も明るくWifi接続も問題なし。バスタブ付きで快適でした。やや湯温が不安定なのが少々気になった程度。
• SANJAY (4/5): Overbooking and shunted to other hotel - We were told that hotel is overbooked and shunted to a service apartment hotel nearby despite having confirmed booking with payment.
• Ok Dong (6/5): Just below average comfortable - It's not that nice hote but seems very safe. If you want calm and peaceful night, it would be the worst.
