Emplacement est bien mais le bruit est là (travaux d'une future construction) la 218 très beau balcon - wifi ok air conditionné ok Attention à la 121 double deluxe reçu en surclassement par booking mais pas bien insonorisé odeur de cuisine sur le balcon musique surtout le vendredi samedi

When I return, I'm staying here. The only thing I didn't like was waking in the wee hours to the aromatic breakfast being prepared. My room was near the restaurant. Honestly, there was nothing to dislike.

They accommodated all our unusual queries and requests with great efficiency and a smile. The room was sparsely but functionally furnished. Beds were hard but good. Location was good for walking access to shops and eateries. The restaurant had an extensive menu with outside seating option which we loved. Great value for money. The mosquito nets were poor with the structures barely functional. The hand basin tap and shower door eaked so that the floor was always wet (frustrating!). There's inadequate surfaces in the room for luggage. The hotel is located directly across the road from music venues and bars, meaning that it is very noisy at night till late.

- Janet (10/5): Very accommodating with our schedule. Airport shuttle was a terrific bonus. - Hotel Five to Five provided us with a complimentary airport shuttle. For our outgoing flight, we had to be at the airport at 1:30am and they had no problem arranging shuttle transportation at this hour. They were also so gracious as to prepare a breakfast for us to take along with us the morning of our gorilla trek for which our departure was well before standard breakfast hours. All of the staff were professional, friendly, and kind. I feel they went above and beyond given the hours of our arrival and departure.

The staff wasn't very helpful, we had to get a sim-card, and they didnt seem very interested in helping to find out where and how to get one, so we endede up at the NTM headquaters which was closed. The coffe at breakfast was cold.

They were also very honest when I got a knock on the door to say they had overcharged me, and how I would like the refund. The resturant was excellent, and the free airport shuttle is a bonus. And only 10-20 mins from the airport. Our room was on the small side for two people. There was no where to put our bags, but we were given an extra table when we asked for one.
