- Denis (10/5): - Прекрасное тихое уютное место! Новый отель, со своей ухоженной территорией и бассейном. Находится немного на отшибе города, но поскольку такси весьма дешево, то до любого места можно доехать за 20 минут. А сам квартал очень зеленый, кругом сплошь дорогие виллы состоятельных марокканцев, посольства всех стран, на каждом углу по полицейскому, очень тихо, безлюдно и безопасно. И вообще Рабат очень зеленый город, по сравнению с остальным Марокко, а этот район особенно. Было классно из шума и толчеи туристических мест возвращаться в этот оазис! Огромные номера, комфортные кровати, тишина и покой! Рай!! Не обнаружил. Все идеально!!

- Alice (9/5): Excellent et reposant séjour - Nous avons passées un excellent séjour au story boutique hôtel à rabat . Fatima et houssame ont été d’une gentillesse incroyable. Tout a été mis en œuvre pour que nous puissions profiter de notre séjour à rabat. Le restaurant proposait également des alternatives sans lactose et gluten , pour moi qui suis intolérante c’était adapté. Merci encore .

My room was a perfect blend of luxury and warmth. It was spotless, beautifully maintained, and so comfortable that it genuinely felt like my own space, not just a hotel room. The cleanliness and attention to detail made it easy to relax and feel at home. The reception team set the tone from the start with their professionalism and kindness. Every interaction felt sincere, never forced. The restaurant became a highlight of my stay, delicious food, beautifully prepared, and a team of staff who were not only professional but genuinely amazing in the way they cared for guests. The fitness facility was convenient and made keeping my routine effortless, which I appreciated more than I expected. And the overall environment of the hotel… it’s simply on another level. Elegant, calm, and thoughtfully designed in a way that makes you feel grounded. By the end of my stay, STORY Rabat didn’t feel like a hotel anymore. It felt like a second home, a place I would return to without hesitation.

- natashasH6968MP (6/5): Not worth the price or the trip out of the city. - First, be aware that the hotel is a 25 minute taxi ride outside of Rabat. We stayed here because of positive reviews but our experience was not positive. The bed was comfortable, yes. The outdoor pool was rather cold, and there is no steam bath or sauna available to guests who do not book a massage or hamman service. Most of the staff were pleasant and helpful, with one significant exception, the front desk manager when we checked in; her name means “good news” in Arabic. Alas, she was bad news for us. We waited for an hour (late afternoon) before we were given room keys, then she mixed up the names and room numbers for us and the couple we were traveling with. She told us the dining room opened for dinner at 7:30 pm when it was in fact 7:00. She gave us a room with an adjoining room; although the door was locked, we could hear the man next door and smell his smoke, which drifted into our room from under the door. I note that there are no “no smoking” signs anywhere, so I don’t blame him, although I was later told smoking is not permitted in the hotel. The decor is modern, but with design issues like closet lights that won’t turn off and doors that are difficult to open. The color scheme is upscale brothel: hot pink, magenta, etc. Dinner was fine—they have a good chef. Breakfasts were marred by staff whose English and French were not operative. The “porridge” on the first day was delivered as a bowl of uncooked oats. The food is too expensive for the quality. If you usually book five star places, be aware that this hotel is not that. It looks glamorous but the veneer is false. Interestingly, the hotel solicited a review from me but the link was broken and they did not respond to my email asking for one that worked.

The decor is amazing and most of all the friendly welcoming staff from the front desk to the restaurant. We had an enjoyable time and will definitely come back. Breakfast is served a la carte and I would recommend a breakfast buffet.

From the minute you arrive you are in awe of its surroundings and beauty. The staff couldn’t do enough to make my stay the best experience possible, and they did. The suite was stunning, the food is some of the best I have had anywhere in the world. The bed is like sleeping on a cloud, and the rooms are exceptionally decorated. Fresh fruit and pastries are there to greet you on arrival and in your room every day. The views are stunning. The location is private and exclusive. There absolutely could not be a better place to stay not only in Rabat but in Morocco. This is as good as it gets and I can’t wait to go back every time I am there. The staff not only are excellent they become like family, and this also makes this hotel not just a 5 star luxury but a home away from home. One that you will never want to leave. And, don’t skip the spa if you have time, that is another experience that is beyond compare and not to be missed.
