• Jean Paul (2/5): pas a hauteur de mon espérance - Bonjour, Cela fait de nombreux voyages que j’effectue avec Booking.com, mais c’est la première fois que je suis aussi déçu d’un hébergement. J’ai réservé une chambre en me basant sur les photos présentées sur le site, qui montraient une véritable chambre avec un lit de 1m60. À mon arrivée, j’ai découvert qu’il ne s’agissait pas d’un hôtel comme annoncé, mais d’une chambre type dortoir étudiant, dans un espace partagé avec huit personnes, extrêmement bruyant. Les conditions sur place étaient très décevantes : accès compliqué à la douche, aucune serviette fournie, pas de savon, pas de verre pour se brosser les dents, petit déjeuner très insuffisant malgré un tarif de 12 € : pas d’œufs, pas de yaourts, pas d’omelette, seulement quelques croissants. Je trouve cette situation injuste, d’autant plus que les photos publiées sur Booking.com ne reflètent absolument pas la réalité de l’hébergement, qui ressemble davantage à une colonie de vacances avec lits superposés qu’à une chambre d’hôtel. J’aimerais donc qu’un geste commercial soit envisagé compte tenu de cette expérience très décevante. J’espère sincèrement retrouver à l’avenir des hébergements correspondant réellement aux descriptions proposées par votre compagnie. Cordialement, Jean-Paul Grauss la proximité du centre
• Anastasia (8/5): Great hostel in the centre of Barcelona, perfect for a few nights. - Very nice hostel with an outdoor pool. The beds are fairly comfortable and it’s super central to everything. Adding some curtains to the beds would add some privacy. Also make people aware what time the cleaning is would be helpful.

It’s very clean and safe, featuring an electronic front door and 24/7 reception. I loved that the shower and toilet are separate, which saves so much time when multiple people are getting ready. You can rent a towel at reception for €3. There’s also a cozy common room with a pool table; the whole place has a family vibe, making it feel incredibly safe for me as a solo female traveler. It would have been better if each bed had a curtain to secure more privacy.

• Irish Clair (10/5): - I had a great stay at TOC Hostel Barcelona. The location is excellent because it’s in a central area, and I felt very safe the whole time. Unlike some places located in narrow alleys, this hostel is situated in an open and accessible area, so I always felt comfortable whenever I come back. The hostel and the surrounding area were both very clean. There are also many restaurants and food stores nearby, which made everything very convenient. The price is reasonable considering it’s located in the city center, and most tourist attractions are within walking distance. I would definitely recommend this hostel to anyone visiting Barcelona.

• Robert (10/5): I enjoyed my stay and met some nice people. Great location for everything l. - I had a great stay at TOC Hostel. The place was very clean and had a really nice vibe throughout. The rooms were comfortable and the beds were really cosy. The staff were super friendly and helpful, and even though I don’t remember their names, most of them were French and clearly very good at their jobs. The pool and bar area were also a great bonus and made the atmosphere even better. It’s in a perfect location, close to everything and really easy to get to from the airport. I’d definitely stay again. One thing that could make the stay even better would be more organised social events, like going out together or bar nights, to help guests meet each other more easily. I’m not sure if this is possible in Barcelona, but it would be a great addition to the overall experience. Also have another dj night on a Saturday.

O pequeno-almoço era bom, com alguma variedade, e o facto de ser servido até às 11h da manhã dá bastante flexibilidade em termos de horários Durante a reserva, solicitei ficar numa cama de baixo e recebi uma mensagem a confirmar que o pedido poderia ser atendido. No entanto, ao fazer o check-in, voltei a mencionar esse pedido e fui informado de que não havia cama de baixo disponível, que não conseguiam garantir esse tipo de pedido e que as camas eram atribuídas por ordem de chegada. Foi uma situação frustrante, sobretudo por ter recebido previamente a indicação de que o pedido poderia ser acomodado.

• Moacir (10/5): Um lugar que te conecta literalmente com Barcelona - O hostel apresenta banheiros com duchas e chuveiros separados o que facilita o acesso coletivo, com amplo espaço em todos os andares, uma cozinha com tudo que é necessário e um espaço confortável para trabalhar online, uma sala de esperar para quem vai lavar roupa e espaço para guardar as malas após encerrar o horário de estadia. Está menos de 10 minutos andando da Plaza Cataluña, mais recomendo quem chegar pelo aeroporto e pegar o onibus T2 descer na Plaza Universitaria que fica a menos de 300 metros do hostel, e depois de guardar as malas sair para explorar a cidade. Um bonus é que no banheiro há sabonete de boa qualidade. O espaço da piscina é bem movimentado pelos que querem aproveitar o sol. Creio que por descuido meu, ao ir pegar algo na geladeira havia sumido. Acredito que possa ter sido um mal entendido, considerando que quando pensam que o hospede foi embora tira as coisas, no meu caso coloquei a data de entrada e saída. Depois de comprar novamente segui a metodologia de deixar tudo dentro de um saco e coloquei somente a data de saída desta forma não voltou a ocorrer.

• Patrik (6/5): - Really nice and clean, the best hostel I ever stayed so far. Great location. I was in 6 bed room we had our own shower and toilet. Each bed had it's own locker (you need your own lock) and space for toiletry under the sink. Staff on recepcion 24/7. I really wanted to give this hostel 10/10 review but they did a mistake.... I booked 4 nights, Friday - Tuesday. On Sunday I came to my room and everything was gone, all my stuff, my luggage, every locker open and empty. I came to the recepcion, waited in a line X minutes just to find out that they changed my room without telling me! Noone informed me about this, no information about it when I booked in, no message over booking app, nothing! They broke my lock on my locker (I asked for a new one, they didbn't have any in stock so gave me 10€ instead so I had to go to the city and get a new one myself) and packaged all my clothes into plastic bags and left on reception. I gathed all my stuff, plastic bags and went to my new room to unpack just to find out that they packed the things wrong! Some of my things that I had locked in my locker was in the plastic bags but some were missing and there were random things of other people! So I went to the reception again where I returned things that were not mine and asked for the rest of my stuff. It was in two other plastic bags together with other people's things! As apology they gave me free breakfast for one day.

• Caroline Berentsen (6/5): - The location was really good, very central and easy accessible. The facilities were very modern and for it being my first time staying in a hostel it felt very safe. The only thing I would comment on would be the mattress being too thin. I did have pain in my back when waking up the next morning. Additionally, the air quality in the room was not really that great. It felt very hot, regardless of the temperature that the air con was set too. It almost felt difficult to breathe. I also woke up the next morning feeling a bit ill, which could be due to the air conditioning.

La cuisine à dispo , les espaces commun cosy Dommage que la piscine soit à l ombre l après midi Comportement bruyant de certains clients mais ça, ce n est pas du ressort de l établissement Matelas du Lit double pas terrible
• Javiera (6/5): Mas o menos por el precio que piden - La ubicacion y la amabilidad del personal El aseo dejaba bastante que desear. Los baños de mujeres tenian los mismos pelos en el piso todos los dias, ademas al tener el piso negro no se notan los hongos que hay entre las baldosas, porque habian hongos negros entre las baldosas de las paredes de las duchas. Las camas eran malas. Estaban super hundidas en el medio (en el toc de madrid pasa lo mismo pero un poco menos)
