- Federica (9/5): STRUTTURA COMODISSIMA E MOLTO BELLA - Hotel molto bello che si affaccia sull'arno a due passi dal noto Ponte Vecchio. La struttura è molto bella, le camere dotate di tutti i confort e spaziose. Dispone di un buon buffet per la colazione. Consiglio vivamente la struttura. Le maggiori attrazioni si raggiungono facilmente a massimo 5/10 min a piedi. Consigliatissimo!

- Janet (8/5): Great location! - The hotel was in a remodeled historic building. The room was nice, but the common areas, ie the halls, had stained rugs and leaks on the walls in some areas. We had a great view of the courtyard and bell tower in the distance. It's in a great location on the Arno and the breakfast was great! Room size.
- Natasha (6/5): The views and location were incredible but the hotel itself was ok. - I had the most beautiful view from my room. Staff were lovely but breakfast was mid. The ceiling in the breakfast room was beautiful but the breakfast itself was plain and boring and if you’re vegetarian then the options available for you are very small. I didn’t like how pork / non pork items were all grouped together and utensils were cross contaminated. Also, I was made to wait 30 mins for a taxi on one day when staff told me it’ll take less than 5 mins. The sofa in my room was squeaky and made a lot of noise. I couldn’t even sit on it.

This hotel was well situated near all of the places we wanted to visit and had beautiful views of the Arno River and buildings along it. Our suite was spacious, clean, and well-maintained. The included breakfast was delicious and plentiful. The servers were helpful and friendly. Check in and out was fast and easy. I hope to return to this hotel someday and will recommend it to others The music was far too loud in the bar. My husband and I would have liked to have a drink or snack in it or at the outdoor seating adjacent to it, but could not have endured to super loud rap and other current pop music. I think this hotel lost bar business because of the loud music.

- Jean-Jack (9/5): Good hotel that should have more staff - We had a deluxe room. Large room, renovated and very nice design. Good breakfast. Perfect location, on the river, All rooms are quiet. Staff at the front desk was a little obsequious but finally, helpful. Some of the buildings are not in the main building. The first day, the cleaning of the room was late, we had to ask for the room to be cleaned at 15:00. The day after, it was done early. No bellboys, it is an issue since some buildings are opened to anyone entering the hotel porch.

- Kateryna (1/5): Awful - I want to share my experience staying at this hotel so that others don’t make the same mistake. The rooms are very old. The rooms are also very dirty, and the cleaning is terrible. It’s extremely noisy — there is absolutely no soundproofing. You will hear literally EVERYTHING. On the very first day, the shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel bottles in the shower were completely empty. One day when we returned to the room, the housekeeping staff had simply left trash in the middle of the bathroom. This hotel is a maximum of a 3-star level. Do not stay at this hotel!

Solicité cambio y me asignaron la habitación contigua, 114, con el mismo problema

- Laura (6/5): Absolutely not worth the high price - The location is marvelous. The staff was smirking and unfriendly. I was woken up often by bottles being deposited in a trash can outside my room, people walking through the courtyard and talking loudly, mosquitoes humming and biting me, music playing. It was always something. So that made it absolutely not worth the expensive price I paid.

- Karen (8/5): Overall great stay! - The hotel is located in one of the trendiest part of Florence, right in front of the river and close to everything. The staff is friendly and willing to accommodate.The breakfast was very good with lots of choices for everyone. The hotel approved our request for an early check-in and we were given a big size room so we are quite grateful for that. However, in comparison to the pictures on Booking.com, our room and furniture were a bit outdated. Be mindful that the walls are paper thin and you can pretty much hear everything. Overall great stay!

- STEPHANE (9/5): Séjour idéal pour fêter nos 25 ans de mariage, merci. - La vue extraordinaire sur l'Arno et la ville, très illuminée la nuit. La suite grande, confortable et bien pensée. La salle de bain très complète et la baignoire à jets massant. Le patio intérieur de l'hôtel. Le DJ set tous les soirs au restaurant de l'hôtel, trop de bruit pour pouvoir y diner. Rien d'autre à part cela!

- BOGDAN (10/5): We truly enjoyed the "Florence charm" and the spectacular views of the hotel... - First and foremost, the location of the hotel is absolutely unbeatable. Being just around the corner from the designer shopping district and a stone’s throw from the Ponte Vecchio was a dream. Having dozens of incredible restaurants within walking distance made our Florence experience very special. Furthermore, the suite itself (Deluxe Suite with Terrace) —specifically the terrace—offered what I believe to be the best view in the hotel. It was truly breathtaking and served as the perfect backdrop for our stay. Despite the beauty of the room, we encountered several functional issues that were quite frustrating for a suite of this caliber: Connectivity & Power: We were surprised to find no electrical sockets in the bedroom. In today’s world, this is a significant oversight. To charge a laptop, I had to use sockets in the living room that were hidden behind the sofa or curtains. Outdated Tech: While there are USB ports in the bedside closet, they are the older USB-A model. Most modern devices now use USB-C. Updating these would greatly improve the guest experience. Housekeeping & Amenities: For two consecutive days, we were not provided with shower gel, receiving two bottles of shampoo instead. While the reception was quick to respond when we reported this, the bottle they sent did not fit the wall-mounting system in the shower. It felt like a disorganized solution to a simple service standard.

The air conditioning doesn't get turned on until summer, and the heating was on. Which was uncomfortable, a fan was provided which helped.

- Joshua (9/5): Great location and beautiful rooftop terrace . We loved our view of Arno River - Great location on the river Arno with a view! Walking distance to all major sites . The Breakfast was included and was great also. The AC didn’t work although we didn’t need it much but the heat would still come on even in the off position. Like I said it wasn’t a huge issue so we didn’t bring it up to staff .

- Hazel (7/5): Fabulous, but could do with some upgrades in various areas as outlined above. - Breakfast was lovely as was the staff - especially Gloria the receptionist. Super helpful and lovely. Fantastic location. Beautiful hotel. Roof terrace an added bonus too. The room was fabulous, but as outlined below, could do with a little bit of attention. The carpets in the corridors of the rooms was very poor. They are dirty and stained. It needs a complete refurbishment of carpet. Also, the sink worktops were tatty in the bathroom. The laminate had partly lifted, and it needs replacing. Also, the plastic cheap looking tissue boxes and the table and side tables in the rooms was very IKEA basic and again, needed replacing. The table was actually stained. Again not what you would expect for the money. The suede sofa was stained too. A faux leather choice would have been better and more practical material.

- BELEN (10/5): Recomendable 100% - La ubicación de hotel es excepcional estás a 15 minutos a pie de todo y en todas las direcciones de las zonas más importantes de Florencia incluido la estación de tres. Las habitaciones son muy grandes, están limpísimas y nuestra habitación se encontraba con vistas espectaculares al río. Me gustaría destacar también el excelente desayuno, con una muy buena calidad además de la gran variedad de alimentos de todo tipo y con un servicio inmejorable.

Nous avons pensé que le donner en terminant le séjour serait suffisant. Et bien non. Alors que c’est à ce moment que nous payons, refus. Aucun sens commercial. Le restau est par ailleurs cher et mauvais, petite quantité.
