- Marie (9/5): Für uns hat’s echt gut gepasst - sauber, Lage und Preis darunter befindet sich eine Bar (wir waren an einem Freitag Abend im Hotel) und man hört die Leute vor der Bar schon recht laut. Uns war es egal weil wir eh so müde waren.

- Tatiana (9/5): + - Просторная комната, чисто, хороший душ, удобная большая кровать. В номере есть чай, кофе, чайник. Отель расположен в центре старого города, где множество ресторанов, магазинов. Близко к набережной. Нет собственной стоянки, общественная стоянка на расстоянии 100 метров. Поскольку отель находится в пешеходной зоне, невозможно подъехать на автомобиле и выгрузить багаж. Также нет лифта и нужно тащить чемоданы на 1 этаж. В здании рядом находится бар и если открыть окна, то шумно допоздна.
- Vincenzo (7/5): tutto a portata di mano - la posizione, ti trovi nel centro città stando al centro città, ci sono molti locali e quindi un pò di confusione attutita dai doppi vetri presenti nella camera. purtroppo al piano di sopra, almeno rispetto a dove ero io, abita qualcuno che ha poco rispetto per il vicinato. In piena notte abbiamo sentito rumori, sbattere sul pavimento etc etc

Although there was nothing wrong with the place, there were various printed signs in the room "reminding" guests to leave a ten star review and even a qr code asking for a tip... These came across as a bit pushy and took something away from the experience, it felt less like a relaxing hotel for guests, more a sales push from the owner. If they got rid of these things it would be much chiller!

- Robin (9/5): Super Unterkunft 👍 - Es war toll, dass ein Wasserkocher und Teebeutel auf dem Zimmer waren. Der Self-Checkin über WhatsApp war für mich neu, aber hat einwandfrei funktioniert. Preis-Leistungsverhältnis war top. Alles war sauber und es gab gratis WLAN. Ich wusste nichts von den 5€ Tourist Tax, aber hätte ich mir denken können in einer touristischen Stadt wie La Spezia.

Il bagno era privato con un piano doccia abbastanza spazioso. Dimensioni della stanza come nella descrizione. Ci siamo trovate molto bene. C’era poca insonorizzazione con le altre camere.

Il responsabile e la signora che si occupa delle stanze sono stati gentilissimi e sempre a disposizione, la prossima volta ci tornerò volentieri.

Malgré l'absence de personnel sur place, les indications étaient envoyées par WhatsApp et étaient claires, nous avons pu nous débrouiller ainsi La difficulté pour trouver une place de parking à proximité et l'environnement de l'hôtel (il y a des bars parfois très bruyants autour de celui-ci, peu ne pas convenir pour des familles)

- Ilaria (9/5): Ambiente pulito e accogliente ma zona rumorosa - La struttura si trova in un punto centrale della città, dunque è vicina a negozi e fermate degli autobus. La camera è accogliente e molto pulita. Sia per quanto riguarda i sanitari che la stanza stessa. È anche molto spaziosa e pienamente vivibile anche in coppia. Il letto era davvero molto comodo e i cuscini di diversa durezza. Anche lo staff ci ha riservato un’ottima accoglienza, spiegandoci tutto sulla camera. Le uniche due pecche sono state il fatto che gli snack a pagamento presenti in camera fossero tutti scaduti già da 4 mesi e il fatto che la struttura fosse proprio sopra una locanda aperta fino a tardi e che quindi ci fosse un po’ di rumore. Però offrendo un doppio vetro non ci si faceva troppo caso.

Camera a fost foarte ok, personalul a avut raspunsuri la toate intrebarile noastre, chiar au venit cu sugestii pentru locurile de vizitat de care am fost foarte multumiti. Din pacate am prins zile toride de vara cu temperaturi foarte mari. Aerul conditionat a fost perfect functional, insa l-am folosit putin deoarece camera este micuta si aerul venea in directia patului si am evitat sa il folosim prea mult ca sa nu racim. Era perfect daca putea functiona aerul conditionat cat am lipsit din camera, ca sa gasim racoare atunci cand ajungeam de afara.
- Paul (8/5): Was a stop to sleep after long day driving, just wanted to eat dinner and sleep - which it allowed. - clean, central, secure. modern-looking, plenty of power outlets. access was easy with info on WhatsApp from owner. A/C seemed to be set to too high a basepoint temperature - already on -6C on the controller from previous client but was too warm for me personally on a hot night. Bathroom was a bidet too much - no room for me to use the toilet at 1.90m. Shower small but usable, just. Cash required for city tax, had to leave too much as couldn't get change. Parking isn't easy without resorting to Parking Europa and carrying bags to the flat.

- Pascale (10/5): - Es war direkt im Stadtzentrum. Wir waren zu spät für das Check-In und die Gastgeberin hat eine Stunde auf uns gewartet - das haben wir sehr geschätzt! Als wir den Aufenthalt eine Nacht verlängern wollten ging dies ohne Problem. Die Zimmer sind gross, sauber und gut ausgestattet (Wasserkocher, Kaffebeutel, Garderobe etc) Wir mussten für das Babybett 10€ extra bezahlen.
