H (8/5): - Etwa 20 min zu Fuß vom Bahnhof Termini gelegen verbrachten wir als Familie mit zwei Kindern ein verlängertes Wochenende in einem Appartment. Die Schlüsselübergabe erfolgte problemlos nach telefonischer Vereinbarung. Das Appartment war überraschenderweise recht groß und in einem Altbau gelegen. Die Räume entsprechend hoch aber alles sehr sauber! Teilweise etwas veraltetes Mobiliar aber alles vorhanden was man braucht. Sogar Kaffee, Zucker und einiges mehr waren im Appartment beteitgestellt. Reinigung erfolgte jeden Tag, sogar die Handtücher wurden gewechselt. Das Stadtviertel ist ein studentischer Treffpunkt und bietet viele Möglichkeiten am Abend noch etwas zu unternehmen. Man sollte sich vom Graffity an den Wänden nicht abschrecken lassen. Hier findet man gute Restaurants mit ital. Küche genauso wie Bars, Bäcker , Gelateria uvm. zu vernünftigen Preisen in unmittelbarer Umgebung. Lediglich am Abend/frühe Nacht bekam man bei geöffnetem Fenster aufgrund des regen Treibens in der Straße noch etwas Unterhaltungslärm ab. Bei geschlossenem Fenster war das nicht so störend. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohlgefühlt - für unseren nächsten Rom-Aufenthalt würden wir das wieder buchen.
Ian (6/5): - Right next to bars that are loud and open till late 3am Great in my younger days I would just join in but with young family not so good. Room nice all you need maybe my old age but a better mattress almost bounced my wife out when I got in . Nice area not far from train station. Great restaurants and ice cream bar over the road.
Christina (4/5): Sketchy location - Room smelled of raw sewage. Breakfast was off site a five or six minute walk through a horrible sketchy neighborhood in a bar where only one crescent roll and cup of coffee was provided. Inadequate towels, no hand towels or wash cloths provided. Terribly disappointed in our stay, this is not a bed and breakfast, closer to a hostel for young kids looking to rough it.

Suvi (8/5): Hyvä hinta-laatusuhde - Hyvä hinta-laatusuhde. Asunto oli vähän likainen, sängyt+sohva aika epämukavat, mutta palveli täysin tarkoitustaan. Ensimmäisenä iltana suihkusta ei tullut lämmintä vettä, aamulla soitin asiasta omistajalle, noin viidentoista minuutin kuluttua oli jo huoltomies paikalla ja asia korjaantui hetkessä. Aikuisille hyvä paikka, lasten kanssa hieman liian pitkä kävely Terminin asemalle.
ninie (8/5): satisfait - conforme aux descriptions, chambre propre et très spacieuse. Petit plus, petit déjeuner compris en se rendant dans un bar au bas de la rue. Il s agit d une chambre dans un appart avec cuisine commune, simple mais propre et confortable. Bon accueil.

Yeaeun (6/5): 엘레베이터가 있는 숙소 - 제일 중요한 엘레베이터 있습니다. 현관문이 진짜 안열려서 들어갈때 최소 오분 최대 십분 넘게 시도했어요. 들어가면 공용주방있는데 가스렌지는 있지만 불사용은 못해요. 전자렌지랑 커피포트만 사용하시면 되고 냉장고는 방별로 나눠서 사용할 수 있습니다. 그리고 주방이 깨끗한데 냄새가 나요. 심하게 나요. 물비린내랑 약간 걸레 썩은내? 근데 육안으로는 깨끗합니다. 그렇지만 방에서는 냄새 안나요. 방은 깨끗하고 화장실도 깨끗한데 샤워기가 메달려있어요. 그거 불편하고, 화장실 변기 물 내리면 투숙객 모두가 내 볼일본줄 알정도로 소리가 너무커요. 그리고 숙소주변이 외국인들 핫플인건지 새벽 2~3시까지 술먹고 떠드니까 잠귀 예민하신분들은 피하세요. 그리고 4박 5일 투숙기간동안 수건 한번도 안갈아줬습니다. 수건들을 모아서 수건좀 갈아달라고 메모를 써놨는데 사용했던 수건 그대로 접어서 돌려놓았더라고요 :) 그리고 청소하시는 분께 수건을 갈아달라고 직접 말씀드렸는데 3일에 한번 갈아주신다고 하더라고요. 그래서 우리 4일째 투숙이라고 말씀드렸는데 이탈리아어라 대화가 안통해서 그냥 썼어요.. 그리고 여태까지 그 어떤 숙소도 제 물건을 건들지 않았는데 여기는 제 물건을 정리해줍니다;; 보통은 아무리 널어놓고 가도 물건을 정리하지않잖아요 불미스러운 일이 생길 수 있으니까요. 그런데 모든 물건을 정리하십니다... 누가 내 물건 건드는거 절대 싫다 하시는 분은 투숙하지 않는게 좋으실 것 같아요. 아침 무료 조식있는데 숙소에서 3-5분 거리에 있는 bee bar라는 곳에서 드셔야 해요. 빵이랑 커피 선택하실 수 있는데 언니들 일처리 완전 빠르세여ㅎ 아마 이탈리아에서 본 최고의 직원 짐 무겁고 냄새,소리 안예민하신 분들은 추천하고요 짐 안무겁고 냄새, 소리 예민하신분들은 비추에요!

Joao (10/5): Vale a pena - Pela segunda vez hospedamos neste local. Todos da empresa muito solícitos, em especial uma moça portuguesa que nos tratou muito bem e deu várias dicas. Gostamos da região pq está há poucos metros da AV. Tiburtina e fácil acesso. Além disso há muitos comércios na região, inclusive um Carrefour, trattorias e para quem curte um pub a noite estará bem localizado. Entretanto é uma área universitária e então para quem deseja total sossego não seria o local mais adequado.

De noche se ve media peligrosa la zona pero hasta eso es tranquilo aunque es preferible estar acompañado. Los cuartos del b&b suficientemente amplios y limpios, el desayuno algo escaso pero rico.

Verified traveler (8/5): A different feel - My friend and I stayed in the apartment which was in another building near the B&B, so we didn't get to experience the benefits of the B&B, which I wish we had known before booking. But, the apartment was very clean and the neighborhood did not feel touristy at all. It felt very residential, it seemed like there was a lot of good activity going on at night. The apartment was about 15-20 minutes away from Termini station, but it was a little bit far from many of the main tourist attractions, but I highly enjoyed the area.
Ellie (8/5): Spacious b&b and good location - Had a lovely 4 day/3 night stay here last week. Air con and comfortable beds were great in the heat. Clean and good shower/wash room. Breakfast wasn't amazing, just small toast and a croissant (both out of plastic packets) with coffee and orange juice. Would have appreciated more as it says 'continental breakfast'. But overall good stay and I would return and recommend.
