• melis (9/5): Great location - Location was so so great, there are a lot of cafes and restaurants nearby, also a nice museum for children Cin Ali. We wanted to stay in the same floor with our friends as we told when we did the reservation, they said Ok when we arrived. But after check in unfortunately, they didn’t give the rooms in the same floor. It was just a small problem for our children. But the hotel was so nice that we forget this and had a nice stay for 2 days.

• Yasmine (9/5): Very nice; I recommend the hotel to individuals and families. - I had a great experience staying at Aldino. I was not afraid to walk around at night; the neighborhood is vibrant, and there are many nice restaurants around. The breakfast had a nice variety that catered to different tastes. The staff were friendly, particularly Yussuf Bek at the reception. Some guests were so noisy late at night, standing and talking loudly in the corridor when people wanted to sleep.

• Sofia (9/5): Buen hotel con buenos sevicios - Comodidad, buena atencion y desayuno muy rico y variado. Es un poco dificil aparcar en la calle, pero si tienes suerte y aparcas cerca el botones se queda con la llave y mueve los coches para que esten mas cerca.

• Amal Abdo (1/5): Extremely poor all around - We had booked for a room with with an available fridge, as shown by booking.com but upon arrival there was none except a minibar fridge with additional charges. Leaking water in the bathroom which we videoed and informed staff about. There was a dirty smell coming from the room. Cleaners did a very poor job cleaning the room. Some very small things were taken like my personal hygiene pads (female) which was alarming. Very rude attitudes by staff. Don't even get me started on taxi's in general in Ankara. Most significantly, my family member and myself had very bad food poisoning from the morning buffet which we had to stop eating (cooked eggs had a smell which was most likely the culprit). Pairing this experience with the harsh and rude demeanour of the people in Ankara from government workers to retail/airport staff, I would recommend all to reconsider travel to Turkiye in general.

• cozma (6/5): Loud music till 1 AM - Location The music pub from the ground floor was loud till 1 AM and couldn’t sleep. The walls were cracked and not repaired. The rooms were not isolated and you could hear everything around. The took phone called 2 times and one time during the night.

In check, they told us that the spa is not included, they are separate from the hotel, and we need to pay additional if we would like to use the spa! Normally, we booked a hotel because of the spa facilities. and spa working hours were 2 PM and 8 pm, which wasn't ok for u,s and we couldnt use spa facilities
