• Andrei (7/5): Неоправданные ожидания - В целом неплохой отель - есть большой бассейн (глубина 1,4 м) плюс "лягушатник" для маленьких детей. Есть свой пляж, хотя указателей нормальных нет, пришлось немного попотеть, чтобы найти в первый раз. На территории отеля и пляжа есть бары с закусками и алкоголем. В номере ежедневно пополняемый мини-бар, также в номере ежедневно проводили уборку, хотя за неделю ни разу не сменили постельное белье. В стоимость также включены сауна и хамам. Есть хорошее спа с услугами за доплату. В общем, если вы едете за all inclusive, то вы вероятно получите все, что хотите. Возможно, у меня изначально были завышенные ожидания. Сам номер был с видимыми следами износа. Да и по самому отелю и территории видны проблемы. Меню в основном ресторане вроде и менялось каждый день, вроде и огромное количество блюд, но по факту выбрать как-будто бы не из чего было. В один из дней была морская тематика, были отварные креветки и они их каким-то образом сумели обезобразить - сварены они были без соли, некоторые креветки какие-то склизкие - то ли перемороженные, то ли испорченные. Десерты каждый день новые и красивые - но на вкус никакие. Вкусные были разве что турецкие десерты. Ну а самая большая проблема, из-за которой снизил оценку - это кондиционер. У нас он не работал, мы в первый раз пожаловались в 8 утра, что температура высокая (25 градусов) - позвонили на ресепшен. Потом во второй раз в 10 часов позвонили на ресепшен. Потом пошли сами на ресепшен и в службу поддержки гостей - и там и там нашу жалобу зарегистрировали, но ничего не изменилось. Только вечером, когда снова пошли на ресепшен и уже работала другая смена сотрудников, они относительно оперативно всё исправили и кондиционер наконец заработал. Но такой уровень сервиса, как по мне, недопустим.

Le midi et le soir c'était délicieux. Hôtel très très propre et personnel très agréable surtout au bar de la réception. Nous reviendrons au plus vite Boule de pétanque qui n'était pas à disposition pour jouer en famille..

• Mohamed (8/5): Heerlijke verblijf gehad - Hotel in zijn algemeen ziet er heel mooi uit, personeel zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Het eten is prima. Prachtige strand met voldoende ligbedjes voor de gasten. De cocktails aan de bar waren heerlijk. Kidsclub was ook erg fijn voor onze dochter. Alleen jammer dat ze beperkte openingstijden hebben en op zondag gesloten zijn. Ontbijt was beperkt. Kamers beetje gedateerd terwijl het hotel er prachtig uitziet. Voor kleine kinderen naar mijn idee weinig te beleven. De toetjes in het restaurant waren niet lekker.
• Irina (10/5): - This is my second time staying at this hotel, and once again I am very satisfied. I truly liked everything. The apartments are excellent — spacious, comfortable, and very clean. Housekeeping was done every day and always at a high standard. I would especially like to highlight the staff — very friendly, smiling, and always ready to help. They create a really pleasant holiday atmosphere. The food was excellent, always tasty and varied. The pool is conveniently located close to the sea, and the beach is clean and well maintained. Overall, this is a place I would happily return to again and again. Very comfortable, cozy, and truly enjoyable for a holiday. The only thing I didn’t quite like was that the gym opened at 8:00 am, and cleaning staff sometimes came in around 8:30 to vacuum and clean while people were already working out. I feel this is not very appropriate, as it can disturb guests during their training. It would be better if the cleaning was done before opening hours or after the gym closes.

• Liis (10/5): Perfect for relaxing and comfortable holiday - Everything was very nice and clean - the room was comfortable and had all what we needed. Their service was excellent - they make you feel welcome and really look after you. We got a nice little surprise in our room on the second day - fruit platter and sparkling wine. Also, excellent food and great waiting staff. They have a lot of options for vegetarians and even some options for vegans. We also enjoyed the beach area and it’s only a few minutes away from the main hotel. They provide the towels so you don’t need to bring anything. Nothing - everything was great.

• Beata (8/5): Allgemein sehr schön - Der Aufenthalt war sehr angenehm. Besonders der Spa-Bereich war einfach wunderbar – tolle Massagen, super Sauna, alles perfekt. Auch das Zimmer mit Terrasse hat mir sehr gut gefallen. Die Dusche im Zimmer war defekt – das Wasser ließ sich kaum richtig einstellen und wechselte ständig zwischen kalt und heiß, was das Duschen sehr unangenehm gemacht hat.

Raport calitate-preț, nu merită! Dacă plaja ar fi amenajată numai cu umbrele, ar fi mai drăguță! Un hotel potrivit pentru persoane mai în vârstă, așa cum de altfel se găsesc la hotel.

Поэтому в Лобби посетители ходят в плавках и полотенцах- неприлично! 1й раз такое в гостиннице встречаю Минибар совсем маленький эконом- эконом вариант.

Rooms are of a good standard, This Hotel is Ideal For Solo Travelers ,Couples, and Families with Kids Entertainment is Provided For all Day and Night. The Private Beach Is 200 Meters Away you will find the BEACH HOUSE which provides Food & Drinks.

The staff were exceptional—very warm, attentive, and especially kind with children. Our son, who is about 20 months old, absolutely loved his time at the hotel, which made the experience even more special for us as a family. The spa and gym facilities were excellent and very well maintained. The hotel is also within easy walking distance of its private beach, which was extremely convenient. The food deserves special mention. There was an incredible variety available every day, and everything was delicious. Honestly, I have never eaten so much amazing food in one place. We returned home safely and very happy with our experience. Going forward, we will definitely be planning to return, ideally once or even twice a year. Thank you to the entire team for such a memorable stay.
• Maggie.Lis (9/5): Great value for money, lovely hotel - Beautiful, clean hotel inside and out. Great location. Good food - went with a small child and had no issues. Lots of desert options. Staff were very friendly. Atmosphere was great. Turkish baths were gorgeous. The water in the indoor pool was rather cool both times we were there (they were changing the water at 10am-13pm , you'd think they could do it very early in the morning, when none of the guest would like to use the pool). Steam room was off one time, but on the other. Clean spa and towels. Thank you Yousuf (reception), Mustafa (at the bar), Mr Memet (at the restaurant), Deniz (chez lavinia) and a special thanks to the housekeeping ladies, who made sure we were comfortable in our room 😊💐 Could have more Turkish themed entertainment, but it was better than expected during the winter anyway. The balcony doors in the room weren't sealed in the family room - it got quite cold in December. Heating didn't work, but we got additional blankets. We live in Scotland, so were fine with additional blankets.

• annd344 (10/5): Absolutely wonderful hotel - Absolutely beautiful hotel. Immaculately clean. The staff were so friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean comfortable and well appointed. The food was very good and plenty of choices. The beach and beach bar were lovely-they took us down on a golf buggy. The only thing I would say is if you like a wander around the shops outside and have limited mobility there is a fairly steep slope which makes it very difficult. For able bodied its not a problem at all but if walking is a problem or in a wheelchair you might want to think about it. Overall 10/10 from us-a wonderful holiday.

Есть теплый бассейн, 3 парилки и невероятно красивый хамам. Работают кофейня, с утра очень вкусный фильтр кофе. Отель однозначно рекомендую🔥 Пожалуйста научите повара кондитера готовит пирожное Безе🙃

• Irina (10/5): - Враження від готелю просто неймовірні! Все дуже сподобалось — від атмосфери до найменших деталей. Їжа різноманітна та смачна: десерти, випічка, булочки, торти — справжнє задоволення! Сервіс “all inclusive” на високому рівні, персонал привітний та уважний. Було дуже комфортно й затишно, все чисто та акуратно — саме так, як я люблю. Особливо приємно здивував момент, коли ми тільки приїхали: у номері чекало холодне шампанське, ліжко прикрашене квітами, у ванній з рушників зробили серце з декором — неймовірно красиво. Наступного дня постукали в двері та принесли листівку з привітанням, фрукти й ще шампанське — дуже приємний жест від готелю. Харчування просто шикарне: його настільки багато й різноманітне, що вистачило б і на два прийоми їжі, але тут аж п’ять! Сніданок у ресторані, ланч біля моря, обід у ресторані, підвечірок біля басейну чи на пляжі, а ввечері — смачна вечеря. Умови чудові: великий басейн, сауна, хамам, спа, масаж — усе на високому рівні. Щодня різна розважальна програма, нудьгувати точно не доведеться. Враження від готелю настільки сильні та позитивні, що я вже думаю про наступну бронь. Обов’язково повернуся сюди знову.Дякую усьому персонало.

• Natalia_7 (10/5): - I enjoyed the stay in this hotel and can recommend it for the big families and solo travelers. The sea is very clean and warm even in late November. The ancient part of Side looks magnificent. The road to the beach and the promenade is very beautiful too. The hotel and surroundings look gorgeous. The personnel in the main restaurant are very friendly and polite. There are plenty of sunbeds round pool, and plenty of seating in bar/lobby area, which is also excellent and offers a vast majority of choices. There was some misunderstanding at the beginning, but the hotel boasts very professional receptionist, Yasmin, a young lady that can handle nearly each situation tactfully and calmly as she is aware that it can define a guest’s entire stay and leave a lasting impression on the hotel's reputation. It was not about just fixing a problem; it is about demonstrating empathy and professionalism. So, overall, it is an excellent choice for a very enjoyable winter trip.

• _maxmatinpalo (10/5): OZ Side Premium is going up - Clear improvements. - I have been visiting this hotel for years, at least twice a year in spring and fall.
It has become my first choice because it simply feels like home. The location is great, the rooms are cozy, the food is good (for all-inclusive), and most importantly the staff is very friendly. For the first time, I’m seeing clear improvements: the interior design has been refreshed in many areas, there are more sports activities from the animation team, and the food has gotten better — roast beef, entrecôte, lamb steak from the charcoal grill. Prices have increased a bit, but the quality has increased even more. A few hints for other guests: Colpan – The very kind lady from guest relations. She sits right next to the reception.
If you have any issues or wishes, just ask for Colpan — she can solve anything in seven languages. Elvan – Manager of the reception. If you are a returning guest and wish for a particularly good room, Elvan is the beautiful lady who will help you. Thank you very much. Eralp Ünal – The new general manager, who personally takes the time to talk with guests about feedback and implements improvements quickly. When comparing it to other Side hotels, OZ’s rating deserves to be better.
In my eyes, it’s definitely now among the top 10 hotels in Side, especially when it comes to the price/quality ratio. OZ Side Premium is going up.
