- Jacqueline (10/5): When ever your in orange city Florida and looking for a place to stay safe clean and comfortable com - I love this hotel overall clean nice staff the owners are immaculate the staff they helped meh and my family about a year ago and I have been coming here every time m in Florida Nothing
- Burns (9/5): -
- Richard (5/5): Average - Not much. Very old property. Bathtub needs attention with the plumbing
- Erik (7/5): Would have been better if I wasn’t worried about my truck being broken into. - Near what I was doing. The questionable people hanging in the parking lot drinking, especially the drunk hooker.
- John (9/5): - Room was very clean.
- Jones (7/5): -
- cwh3291 (8/5): - Comfortable older hotel. Free cancelation only 5 days before. I had booked two rooms and one of our group became ill 3 days before and after several calls I was unable to cancel the 2nd room. Lost $110, In the future I will stay with my Choice Hotels app, with a 24 he cancellation policy.
- Charles (10/5): -
- Ray (9/5): The stay is okay. - No breakfast I am staying there dealing with my doctors appointment. They could have given me a better rate. The stay is con
- Debra (7/5): - Location Road noise
- Ray (9/5): Friendly stay! - I don’t have breakfast. The price is too high. If u are staying there for an extended period of time discounts should apply. Breakfast should be offered.
- Jeffrey (7/5): - Good price Room was a little
Musty not dirty just musty smell

- Marcia (4/5): Bring a hair dryer! - Orange city motel is clean and adequate. It has good heat and a good shower. It could use some updating. It is located quite near the convention center called The Center of Deltona(also a wedding venue) and is less expensive than the other motels around the convention center. It was adequate. But, what was most distressing to me was that they didn't even have a hair dryer, in the room. When I called the office, they didn't even have a spare one. This happened after I had gotten out of the shower and needed to dry my hair right away. I consider this standard equipment for a motel these days. Therefore, I don't bring one with me. they should at least tell people this ahead of time. In addition, I was disappointed that the usb outlets in the lamps dont work ( but outlet does) I probably wouldn't use this motel again
- John (9/5): -
- Daniel (10/5): Nice clean and comfortable stay - Close to everything
- Dianne (3/5): Was disappointed the room wasn’t very clean the bathroom there was no shampoo, no conditioner, no soap one set of towels - Convent Dirty
- evan (6/5): -
- tatjana (8/5): - Convenient location to Blue Springs State Park
- Shari (8/5): -
- Teresa (10/5): It was satisfying - Everybody was so nice and very accommodating and I’m gonna stay here again
- Robin Sizelove (10/5): Great Motel - The staff was very nice. The room was bigger than I expected and nice and clean. I will certainly be back. The only thing was the hot water didn't work in the sink. It only got warm.
- Cruz (7/5): -
- jazmin j (10/5): -
- Butcher (4/5): Not recommended plus you're good there for a day for work maybe - The staff and that's the fact they had a sewing machine and ice cable Seen quite a few bugs the bathtub was rusted and it stunk like cigarettes and I don't know what else and the shower water was not too hot
- Ray (10/5): It’s okay but you could do a little better offer complimentary food drinks. - There is no breakfast they should offer breakfast for staying there. Give a little breakfast. Complimentary that would be nice.
- Brian (8/5): - Convenient location and good value.
- MIchael (8/5): - It was generally clean…..except for the dead cockroach in my room
- Sheila (10/5): - Always clean. Friendly staff enjoy staying here No complaints
- Sherry (6/5): Met my beeds - Good location, good price Windows were open when I entered the room. Was able to close and lock them but felt a little unsafe staying in a room with windows at street level.
- David (10/5): Great stay - We had an excellent stay at the Orange City Motel. Our room was incredibly clean and a welcome sight after our daily adventures around central Florida.
- Brandie (9/5): Superb - Not badly priced. Stayed 5 nights. Very clean and staff was friendly. Would stay again.
- Andrew (9/5): One Night Stay - It was very clean and quiet and close to a lot of convenient places. About 15 minutes from shopping for fun or needs. Nothing I disliked but I will mention the pressure from the shower is insanely good. It unfortunately has no way of lowering it that I could figure out so it does wet the bathroom unnecessarily so I used the extra towels to dry it.
- Lowery (1/5): The first room had roaches, then I had a guest and I was told to never come back again - The fact that I was told never to come back just because I had a friend come to visit.
- Lisa (8/5): Overnight stay worthy - Just an overnight stay. Arrived for late check in rang bell person came quickly. Easy quick check in.
Room had everything needed, no safe but iron, microwave, coffee, fridge.
Clean but shower water not really hot and older decor. A few fruit flies in room.
- Diane (10/5): - Although an older motel, the room was large and clean. Housekeeping cleaned the room daily. The small refrigerator keep my husband’s medication cold; the freezer refroze his ice packs.
Close to several restaurants. Walking distance to a wonderful ice cream parlor!
- Ray (10/5): - I didn’t like that there is no complimentary breakfast that would have been very nice. But overall it’s ok.
- Verified traveler (10/5): -
- Chris (9/5): Nice and quiet . - Wish it had a king size bed or 2 fulls
- Hillary (4/5): - A/C was off, so took 2 hours to cool down. Crappy bedding and towels. Spent $95 on very mediocre accommodations. Required $100 deposit for nonsmoking room, but did immediately reimburse on checkout.
- JANE (4/5): It's old and you'll know it - This is an old motel. The key word is old. There's a very loud window unit that keeps the room cold, but would keep the dead awake. The sheets were clean, but old. Would hate to see the results of a black light test. Convenient if you're in Orange City. But, trust me, you won't sleep.
- Zizi (7/5): It's a place to stay overnight. - No breakfast. Price.
- Donna (10/5): Clean Comfortable - Stayed 1 night on way.so south Florida. Usually stay in Daytona but because of bike week couldn't find a room. This was only 25 minutes west and was a good clean afforable find.
- William (10/5): Recommed - Roos are old but clean and well kept. Don't judge a book by its cover
- Carlos (10/5): - ok
- Lizette (10/5): - Cleanliness and comfortable
- Maryann (10/5): Exceptional - Our second weekend in a row staying here due to a job requirement. We absolutely love staying here when we're in Deland. Everything here meets our expectations. We have no complaints.
- Brian (8/5): - Reasonable accommodations at a reasonable price.
- Ford (7/5): Good Value - Large clean room. One of our two beds was like a fabric covered board. The other bed was comfortable
- Eduardo (1/5): Bad - Roaches
- Maryann (10/5): Excellent Stay. A Do-over - Came to Deland to work on our daughters business for the weekend, so this was just 6mi down the road. The rate for 1 night was perfect. We were really impressed. The room was excellent. Very pretty inside. We would definitely book again if we need too. Nothing at all to complain about.
- Sheila (10/5): Exceptional -
- Shane (6/5): - It’s 2025, get rid of smoking rooms
- Standring (7/5): Good -
- Jerome (2/5): - Horrible
- Kristin (10/5): - Very clean room, loved that windows were open for fresh air upon arrival. All the basics covered
- Pamela (4/5): I do t know if I’ll be going back there next time I visit. - Location The room smelled bad. The bed comforter smelled bad. They need to deep clean the carpet and bedding.
- Richard (10/5): - Very good value for the price very clean and safe It is Well lit at night there was never worry about break-ins on the
- Alan (8/5): Very good - No breakfast was included.

- Theresa (10/5): Exceptional -
- Maria (6/5): - Nice stay. Could be cleaner and more comfortable but it was Ok.
- Lihuang (8/5): Nice place, the exterior looks of it were pretty cute. - We could check in earlier than the indicated time, and store our luggage after checking out. Add hangers for clothes
- Kevin (9/5): Not bad - Quaint Bad/loose toilet seat. Those coffee machines are terrible. They need a new soda vending machine.
- Jeffrey (10/5): - Clean and quiet and close to the hospice.
- Verified traveler (8/5): Basic room - The room was clean enough, but there was a strong musty smell. There was a sheet and the bedspread on the bed. Had no blanket so had no choice but to use the bedspread as a cover.
- David (8/5): Very good time - Great location easy in and out Great price The weather could have been better. Not there fault
- Megan (8/5): Very good - It was comfortable for the night we stayed at with family. Narrow hallways, but this coming from a family person that has to carry the bags.
- Kay (8/5): Very good - It was cozy The stairs
- Troy (8/5): - Not the most luxurious place I have stayed at, but certainly worth it for the price. The beds were comfortable and the room was clean. A perfect place for an overnight stay when you need it.
- Artur (1/5): Bad - Clean rooms We stayed in room 29, we had 2 double beds, and my whole family was bitten by bedbugs!
- Patricia (10/5): Exceptional -
- Pat (9/5): Pleasantly surprised at nicely as the price was so reasonable. - Great value , clean and comfortable and affordable. More towels in room.
- Heath (10/5): Exceptional -
- James (8/5): - The room was pretty clean, but the carpet was a little dirty. The bathroom was a little tight between the sink and the toilet.
- Michael (8/5): Very good -
- Michael (4/5): - I did like the convenience in access to the motel. I was very disappointed with the dirty chairs in the room and the old towels and wash clothes in the bathroom. The carpet didn't appear to have been vacummed after my first day.
- John (9/5): Very happy with the one night stay - Very clean
- Ray (10/5): I had a great stay reconsider the breakfast. - No breakfast available 😞 Compliments a little breakfast would be appreciated.
- Amy (1/5): DON'T STAY HERE - We didn't find bedbugs We had to stay in a smoking room, if we wanted a non-smoking room we had to pay an additional $100 deposit. There were stains and cigarette burn holes in the bedding & on the floors, pillows were flat, windows were open & walls were dirty.
- Patricia (10/5): Exceptional -
- Juliet (10/5): I would recommend this hotel to anyone! - No breakfast available. U need to include breakfast that would be nice. Everything is great. I would recommend
- Sharon (3/5): Poor - No breakfast The room next door was a smoking room and the people there were smoking marijuana constantly. We got home from a funeral viewing to a cloud of marijuana smoke outside and the bathroom smelled of marijuana constantly that evening and all night.
- Patricia (10/5): Exceptional -
- Jose (10/5): Exceptional -
- John (4/5): - Coming from a housekeeper... The windows, TV, and mirrors were dirty, the bedspread had holes everywhere, and the tub had water in it when I arrived. But overall, can't complain for the price.
- Donna (9/5): Stay was good, very quiet, bed was comfortable. - No breakfast. The location was easy to find.everything
