• Darren (9/5): Nice hotel - It was right off the interstate which made it very convenient. The price was decent. Good sized room and a comfortable bed. The breakfast offered was pretty weak. Cold cereal and waffles is all I saw. They need to clean the shower head occasionally. Weak water flow.

Enuf with these sugary waffles. Coffee was all I took. I'm sick of the sugary offerings and hyperprocessed food. There was no fresh fruit or yogurt. Stop calling this breakast

• Cathy (1/5): Dissatisfied - The facility and the rooms have an extreme odor of cheap cleaning products. The room smelled like a cross between fabuloso and cologne. A neutral or no smell disinfectant should be used to clean the bathroom as well as the floors. I have allergies to perfumes and colognes and had to sleep with my nose covered and had a headache and cough due to the smell! It was a terrible experience!

From the moment I checked in, the staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. Everyone was incredibly friendly, professional, and helpful—genuine hospitality that really stood out. The entire property is spotless. My room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with everything I needed to relax after a long day. You can tell they take pride in keeping the place in top shape. Another huge plus: the location! It’s conveniently located right off the freeway, which made it super easy to find and perfect for travelers like me who are on the go. Despite the proximity to the freeway, it was quiet and peaceful inside—no noise issues at all. If you’re looking for a clean, comfortable, and friendly place to stay, Hotel Platinum Inn checks all the boxes. I’ll definitely be coming back! N/A

• BK (8/5): Easy access right on I 10. Clean room and nice coffee on the way out. - It was clean and well appointed. Not the deal my brother got at $29 but I appreciated it quite a lot. My non-smoking room really was non-smoking; no smell of cigarettes at all. The only problem is I wish I had stipulated a first floor room. I wasn’t smart enough to pack an overnight bag and I had to take my suitcase up the stairs. Lol.

• jessica (2/5): Horrible hotel - Got in too late to switch hotels but I definitely wouldn’t recommend anyone staying here. I travel with a service animal for my husband health and paid for a non smoking the hotel changed it to smoking they argued with me and tried to show me I didn’t pick non smoking once showing and explaining that due to my husband health issues I need a non smoking he finally had a room that wasn’t. And upon checking in the front desk wanting me to fill out a form for my service animal which is against federal law. I tried to explain and show but he refused to listen so I just signed and that was it. The first room smelt so bad you could smell it thru the door the second room had a black light on the while so I scanned the sheets and saw bodily fluids on the bed the wall and roof had mold on it. I ended up sleeping above all the sheets. I 10 out of 10 would not recommend this room especially with a service animals. The breakfast was twinkies and waffles
