- Annika (4/5): - Very friendly staff, which provided extra Lunch bags for us. Furthermore the hotel is surprisingly quiet, despite the proximity to the main street. The water in the shower was cold on our second day, even after letting the tub run for a couple of minutes. The breakfast is no buffet and only delivered orally - in spanish only. The coffee was cold, the breakfast overall ok. Bath belongings were only provided for one person, despite our room was a double bed one. (We got extra towels and shampoo at the reception though)

Las señoras que atienden en el comedor son muy amables. No acepten una habitación en el piso 5 porque la cocina y comedor quedan en el mismo piso y hay demasiado ruido en la noche y mañana. También deberían hacer limpieza permanente en las habitaciones vacías, mi mesa, ropero y cama estaban cubiertas de polvo.

Tienen en la recepción una nevera con bebidas para comprar. La cama muy dura y las ventanas muy finas por lo que entraba todo el frío y ruido de la calle. Nos comentaron que el desayuno era hasta las 10h y luego nos llamaron a las 8:55h diciendo que terminaba a las 9h, por lo que no pudimos desayunar.

Desayuno correcto Destacar la atención de los recepcionistas que un día por despiste de la hora, nos llamaron a la habitación para que no perdiéramos el desayuno. La habitación era algo pequeña y oscura para 4 personas. El agua caliente se acaba muy rápido y tarda muchísimo en volver a calentar. La habitación luce antigua para se un hotel relativamente nuevo.

- Tony (10/5): Great value, great location, AC is a plus. - This property is close to everything, the area feels safe. 5-10 minute walk to the plaza de armas and the Ica museum. The staff is courteous. Breakfast is delicious although not buffet style, which is fine with me. Yes, they have AC in every room which is great. 15 minutes to La huacachina. Would 100% stay here next time. It is on a noisy street due to being near the city center. If you’re sensitive to noise consider bringing earplugs and eye covers.

The hotel does not matches the price-quality ratio. The room is small, and there is no hot shower. The receptionist advised running the water for 7 minutes, but it still wasn't warm. After a buggy tour, we had sand everywhere, which was challenging to wash off with a weak stream. The room is extremely hot, reaching 30 degrees. Breakfast was also strange; we were only given the option of a chicken sandwich. Later, others were able to order sandwiches with ham and eggs.

The beds were a little uncomfortable. They need to add more toilet paper in the bathroom based on the quantity of people staying in the specific reservation.
