The room upgrades were great since that last time we stayed it was getting pretty run down. New owner very pleasant. Lots of golfers while we were there. The bar/lounge is great being close by for that nightcap you might want. ATV from here.
- billmX6665KM (8/5): Great place for an overnight traveling by snowmobile. - Stayed here one night end of February, traveling on a multiday snowmobile "backpacking" trip. Trail access runs right across the front driveway. Locations for dinner options and gas are just a couple minutes down the trail. Rooms/beds/bathroom were good. No breakfast at the hotel, but options are close by.

- jawtripinfo (8/5): Recently remodeled, new owner. Great spot to ride the wilds from - Recently remodeled- new owner. It's a great place to ride your ATV from the local trails—plenty of parking. We had a king room, a good-sized compact Fridge with a nice freezer. We did not visit the 'club bar' while we were there. I know they are in the process of remodeling the kitchen so when that opens this will be a great little spot. We will definitely come back here

- TravelingBill24 (10/5): A great North Country destination with lots to do. - A friend of ours rented a couple of rooms there for a group of us to watch the solar eclypse on April 8 2024. We arrived and checked in with a very friendly person at the desk. During our stay there we had the pleasure of getting to know the owners, Shannon and Brooks, a very nice young couple. They have owned the facility for three years and have made some nice renovations to the rooms. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. They have done away with desks and bureaus and replaced with a very useful counter top with stools. There is also a compact refridgerator/ freezer as well as a microwave. Beds are simple and very comfortable. The bath with large shower is nicely done. There is definately a European Village feel here. This year they are looking to do considerable work on the golf course. Golfers keep an eye on this place! There is plenty to do in this great north country town golf, motor sports, biking, XCskiing, fishing, hiking and the list goes on.

Very cliean and comfortable bed. Close to Table Rock for amateur hikers like me who don't want to to travel too far from the hiking trail after the hike. Bad is that the town and restaurants close up on too early or on Columbus day

A long with limited selection the one in my room would not recognize the modem for a half hour after being turned on. That wasn't a big deal as I wasn't visiting the area just to watch television, though there were times when catching the local news and weather would have been nice

He has a large white board in the office listing all the restaurants in the area. The views were spectacular and the other guests very friendly. Great shower in the bathroom. Overall a great value for a very reasonable amount. Would definitely return and heard guests dropping off the key "see you next year "

The room was exceptionally clean and tidy, featuring air conditioning, lots of room for our gear, a large fridge, screened-in deck out back, tv, wifi, and a friendly owner. Not only was the studio unit clean and well stocked, they went the extra mile to make sure our RV could fit in the parking spot and utilize the washer and dryer at the location. - 65oski (10/5): Towel warmers! - Towel warmers! Never stayed in a place that had them, but then I rarely go to places where they'd be needed. Overnight stay here on business, arrived about 10:00 p.m., desk agent came out in the snow to greet us. Very friendly and helptul. Rooms are clean with all the amenities others have listed. Nine hole golf course surrounds the hotel so it is very quiet. Beds are very comfortable.

- Verified traveler (10/5): Quick snowmobiling trip. - This motel is ON the local snowmobile trails. We parked our sleds right outside our unit with plenty of parking for our truck & trailer. At check-in the owner had current trail condition info, and was very friendly and helpful. Will stay there again.

Although the motel looks dated on the outside, our room was like new inside. Although not plush, the room was comfortable and clean!! The owner is relatively new and explained the many improvements he has made (taking everything "down to the studs") with more to come. They also allow pets! We will definitely stay here again!!

I was expecting run down motel with stained carpets and outdated furniture but was pleasantly surprised. It’s newly renovated with engineered hardwood floors and updated bathroom (loved the towel warmer ! ). Beds were comfy with clean beddings . I did take off 1 star only because you can hear people outside (guests next door checked in very late). There aren’t a lot of dining options nearby. If you’re looking for a place to stay near Dixville Notch , this is an unexpected nice place to crash in for the night.

Large tv, fridge with freezer, microwave, and plenty of free space in the room. Bathroon was completely new, very clean, Nice large shower. Very friendly staff. Still doing work on the place but looking really good. Plus with every room pet friendly, you wouldn't know. Very clean rooms. We only stopped for the night, but would have liked to play the golf course too. Great location, 25 mins to the CT lakes, Pittsburg and Dixville Notch. A great stop if your heading up for Atv, snowmobiling, fishing or just getting out to the unreal nature in the area.

Our rooms were clean & updated with nice amenities (AC, WiFi, microwave, fridge, etc). Bed was comfortable with soft bedding & linens. Bar area had pool tables, air hockey & arcade-type games which was a plus! We definitely will return in the future!

Next morning I signed in before breakfast. The room was nice with plenty of room to spread out. There is a screened in back porch. I will certainly stay there again if I return to Colebrook.

- Beverly (8/5): - Don't judge a book by it's cover. The exterior needs paint, but the room was freshly painted. (No paint smell.) The bathroom is all new. The bed is comfortable. The room is clean. It has a refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker. There is no closet or dresser. The chair in the room is plastic for outside, but comfortable. But for one night's stay it was fine. For the price I would definitely recommend staying here.

- teri2tea (10/5): Last minute stay for dad's passing - We needed to secure 9 rooms for my dad's sudden passing. The couple that owns the hotel did a fantastic job making everything comfortable and easy for our family. They had us use the lounge for a family gathering. The rooms are still in the process of being updated...but what we got were the updated rooms which were comfortable and easy to check in. The family will be back in June for dad's celebration...this is where we will stay. Thank you for being there when we needed a place to stay!

I loved everything except the pillows I stayed in room 23 the pillows made it hard to sleep switch to down feather costa a lot more but the quality is important

- Getaway797344 (8/5): Visiting Family - Our family put us up in the Country Club for a few nights while the kids stayed with them. Room was clean and comfy. Owner was super friendly and hospitable. Room was updated except for desk and nightstand which is acceptable after learning the property was owned by Ethan Allen 50+ years ago and that was their stamped furniture. Loved the free coffee options. Only downside was how thin the walls are since you can hear all the snowmobiles early in the morning and the guests in next room.
- Lauren (10/5): - The hotel is newly renovated and extremely clean. The owner was very nice and helped us find some local restaurants. Would definitely recommend this one if you’re going to be in the area!
