Will in the future always stay at your facilities , when in Bathurst . Will also highly recommend to family & friends. Thank you. I cannot in all honesty write a bad review as we liked our stay and being central helped us regarding our time schedule.
- Jo-Anne (9/5): Comfortable motel in great location - We had a very pleasant stay at Heritage Inn. The motel itself was immaculate; every inch of it was spotless! The staff were eager to help, very warm, polite and accommodating. The location is close to the town centre and although on a main road it was very quiet. We would definitely stay here again. Nothing!

The lady at the front desk was incredibly friendly (sorry forgot her name but I think it’s Margaret)— honestly the nicest person I’ve ever met while travelling. She make everything so much easier. If you happen to stay the room near the road better bring earplugs. Also the gastop not easy to use, we didn’t figure it out, but too late to call for help.

- Juanjuan (8/5): The motel was very nice and comfortable to live in, other than the breakfast. - The room looked new, and the towels were exceptionally clean. The beds were quite comfortable, along with the couch. We only had one problem. The breakfast was not that great of a deal. It was around $15 per person, and the variety of food was not so abundant.

- Mandy (10/5): - The room was exceptionally clean, beds were comfortable, great water pressure in the showers. We stayed 2 nights, didn't expect daily housekeeping so that was a nice surprise! Reception staff were helpful and very friendly. Location was good - within walking distance to Harris Farm (huge store, had everything!), restaurants and shopping centre. Highly recommended. Room rates were a little expensive considering there were no facilities (pool) on-site
- Loretta (5/5): Terrible night sleep. - Location The mattress was very uncomfortable—both uneven and lacking firmness, with one side noticeably sinking like a punctured air mattress, making it difficult to get a good night’s sleep. Additionally, some of the linen appeared discoloured, looked tainted, and should no longer be in use, as it raises doubts about whether it has been properly laundered.

Stayed in an executive room which I believe is more modern than some of the others. Close to tennis courts and town which was great. Good to have a mini fridge and some plates and cutlery. Air conditioning could be improved. The temperature seemed to fluctuate even though the setting was not changed.
