• Gautam Kumar (7/5): - Breakfast is good. Due to flight delay we reached the hotel at 2230 hrs, the first things reception desk asked for payment of balance 50%. When a customer is coming from outstation, he had already paid advance amount of 50% of his entire stay asking for immediate payment of remaining 50% appeared very unprofessional. There was no provision for any dinner, on requesting they said everything they are closing by 10.30 pm. You can order food from outside.

• Aryan (6/5): Worth the price except a few things. - Good location in kharadi, not too far from train station. But a bit inside a side street so no cabs can come in. In general the staff is quite friendly, they serve breakfast too which is excellent at price involved. Room is quite big too, washrooms are good sized and the property is quite spacious The room is a little run down, not a huge issue again but could be better. The sitting chair was fairly worn down too, for couples they don’t have a queen/king sized bed but only 2 single beds that they can adjoin. The lift could be much better

Everything was good including the staff behavior and Spacious rooms however a little more cleanliness is expected. The cleaning staff kept the unwashed linens and mops right in front of our Room door.

The staff generally were good. The cat and kittens wandering around eating left over food from plates that were left on the table. Disgusting hygiene. Told the manager. They were also eating from the clean up bowl left on the floor.

All the staff members are very friendly and caring. I may not say that I dislike, but one should be prepared to note that the approach road to the Hotel location is just ok or average. Once we stay in the room, rest all are well taken care. Internet quality requires improvement.

To start with, I never expected they will pick up any calls at 1:00 a.m. they picked up in the first ring itself and guided about the location, extremely cooperative staff at any time during the stay. I stayed here for 2 weeks with my family and wanted to extend even more. Apart from the small lane at the start, everything around the hotel is fantastic,in front of the hotel area, there is enough space to back any sized vehicle,not sure about trucks though 😛 close to market area. Safe. The best part is the property is filled with greenery which sends such positive vibes and is well maintained! The room has everything from fridge, to microwave to a work table for your long stays! My only issue was the WiFi wouldn't work at times but they resolve it when you ask and they'd definitely help if it is urgent. Also the quality of WiFi is dope as well, very high speed but they could go higher! The food quality is amazing as well. Housekeeping staff are so sweet and so good at what they do! In short I loved the place and would recommend it to anyone who is planning to come to Kharadi! I'm going to come back again for sure! I don't think there is anything to dislike.
