- Birgit (9/5): Wunderschönes exklusives kleines Hotel im reizendendem Moena. - Alle extrem freundlich und aufmerksam vom Service im Lokal bis zur Rezeption und dem Reinigungspersonal. Zimmer renoviert und sehr gemütlich. Das , für unseren Geschmack, schönste Zimmer, in all unseren Skiurlauben. Das Hotel überall gemütlich warm. Essen hervorragend vom Frühstück zu den Nachmittags Kaffee und Kuchen, Snacks, Bis zum 5- gängigen Abendessen , Alles wunderbar. Volle Punktzahl in jeder Hinsicht ausgenommen dem Wellnessbereich. Der Wellnessbereich, vor allem das Schwimmbad und der wirlpool müssten dringend renoviert werden. Die Mosaiksteine am Boden sind abgeplatzt, der Putz von den Wänden bröckelt ab und die Stufen und Sitzbänke im wirlpool sind rau und scharfkantig. Gestört hat uns auch, dass das Duschen mit Duschgel oder Seife verboten war und die Leute ungeduscht vom Skifahren in den Pool gingen. Es roch deshalb auch nicht gut im ganzem Wellnessbereich. Eigentlich schade, wäre ansonsten richtig hübsch.

- Maria (10/5): - Tutto molto bello partendo dalla camera con idromassaggio molto romantica elegante rilassante il soggiorno è stato tranquillo molto bella e le colazioni molto varie dalle cose da mangiare buone tra salato e dolce davvero tutto bellissimo e personale tra reception e camerieri gentilissimi e a disposizione Niente tutto molto bello e ne vale anche solo per una giornata per staccare i pensieri

La camera si è presentata piccola il giusto ma molto funzionale, con una vista stupenda sulla vallata. Buffet della colazione amplio e molto buono, con la possibilità di farsi cucinare pietanze calde sul momento. La posizione dell'hotel è ottima per poter raggiungere tutti i punti di Moena in comodità. La spa interna ha dato un tocco in piu di relax al nostro weekend.

Wir hatten Halbpension, das beinhaltete ein 5-Gänge Menü zu Abend. Dazu Salatbar vom Feinsten. Nachmittags waren Kaffee, Kuchen, Obst und diverse Getränke inklusive. - Jan (8/5): Very good - Nice location and view, private parking, good breakfast, helpful staff. Very nicely designed wellness with variety of saunas and baths and complimentary refreshments. I think with this price tag the rooms could have an A/C. Wellness closes at 20:00 which I find to be too soon. Regarding the wellness, even though it is really nicely built, in some places there seems to be issues with mold smell and walls peeling off. Yaccuzi and pool could have a warmer water. Kitchen fumes are present at the balcony.

The staff is very kind, helpful and discrete and always welcoming the guests with a smile. The rooms are super clean, functional and comfortable. There are sound proof windows opening to fantastic views of the Dolomites. The hotel offers also a great indoor swimming pool to further relax It is a great place and highly recommended

The suite was on the first floor with almost no view. the balcony was dirty and we could not open the windows as the smell of the kitchen came from bellow. The food on dinner was bad
