• nelimai2025 (2/5): AWFUL AVOID AT ALL COSTS - 1/5 — Extremely Disappointing Stay at Lindos Village Hotel We arrived quite late at Lindos Village Hotel, and the man checking us in (Theodores) told us we were being given a free upgrade. Originally, we had booked two Deluxe Sea View Rooms, and he said we were being upgraded to Panoramic Sea View Rooms. At first, we were really pleased — but our happiness didn’t last long. When we got to the rooms, there was absolutely nothing 5-star about them. The bathroom was atrocious — nowhere near what you’d expect from even a basic hotel (see attached photos). We immediately went back to reception and asked to move to the rooms we had actually booked, as the “upgrade” was clearly not an upgrade. We were told that no other rooms were available and to “stay one night and see how we felt.” What happened to the original rooms we booked? What would have happened if we had said no to the “upgrade” in the first place? When we tried to shower, we discovered that the toiletries had been watered down, and worse — the water didn’t drain properly, flooding the entire bathroom floor. We reported this to reception, but were told to wait until the next day. The next morning, we went to reception as instructed and were told to wait around until a room became available. We had plans to explore Rhodes, but we were told to stay nearby to view a new room once other guests checked out. We waited until 4 p.m. before being shown just one room, even though we needed two. The first group moved, but the “new” room wasn’t much better. The same flooding issue persisted, the toiletries were still watered down, and the view definitely wasn’t a Deluxe Sea View as advertised. The next day, we asked again for a room for the second group. We were told to wait again — another wasted day of our short trip. When a room finally became available, it was even worse, and due to my sister’s mobility issues, we had to stay in the first room. We also asked for an iron and ironing board. We were given an iron for just one hour, but when I asked Theodores for an ironing board, he said, “We do not have one because…” and never finished the sentence. We had seen housekeeping taking ironing boards from other rooms, so clearly, that wasn’t true. We eventually spoke to the manager, who informed us that because it was the end of the season, many of the other rooms were closed. If that’s the case, why advertise and charge for 5-star rooms that aren’t even available? When we mentioned the watered-down toiletries, she sent housekeeping with fresh, unopened ones — proving our point. She also said we could call housekeeping after showering to mop the flooded bathroom, which we found ridiculous, especially as it was a slipping hazard for my sister. We tested this — called at 11:58 a.m., but returned at 10 p.m. to find the bathroom still flooded and untouched. To make matters worse, the indoor swimming pool — which was advertised as one of the hotel’s key amenities — had been completely drained and was not in use, with no prior notice given. Our entire trip was ruined waiting around for rooms we had already paid for, dealing with poor maintenance, dishonesty, and completely unprofessional service. We left the next morning feeling disappointed and frustrated, having missed out on seeing Rhodes entirely. This hotel is not 5-star quality in any way — it’s poorly maintained, mismanaged, and misleading in its advertising. I would not recommend it to anyone
• LiverpoolThejones (8/5): Relaxing, stunning views. - What an absolutely lovely stay, from the moment we arrived we were treated so well by all members of staff. Our room was clean and spacious with every amenity you could want and need, our sea view as requested was a delight. Especially in the morning. Breakfast was amazing lots and lots of options. Pool area and bar was clean, with tasty snacks and drinks. The only downside for us was the location. It’s quite isolated which is lovely in one respect but when your only on bed and breakfast it’s a lot to pay 15 euro to lindos each night for food and then 15 euro to return, it adds up. There just isn’t many food options a walk away from the hotel. Other than that for a relaxing child free break it’s perfect. Thank you for a lovely stay.
• dickieontour (2/5): Not 5 star at all. Tired. Rundown and they charge for everything. Even water for your meal! - I won't waste too much of your time. If you are thinking you're getting a 5 star, 6 restaurant hotel "experience" then look elsewhere. This place is terrible. Nothing works and is either broken, dirty or they want to charge for it. - Not Five Star - They even charge for Water at your Half board evening meal! - Food lacking, lacklustre, slow and the staff just follow you about. Creepy and weird - Advertised as 6 restaurants. In reality you have one! The pool bar is extra and there is one more a La carte. Also extra and empty so this is a one restaurant and one snack bar hotel but the snack bar is extra - We had to change rooms. First room was disgusting - Second room. No water. No coffee. No ability to even plug in the coffee machine. - They then wanted 2 Euro for coffee pod. We had no tea or coffee making facility in the three awful nights we were there. - TV not usable. Placed on the vanity unit. Wifi does not work with the TV reliably and nor does mirroring. - You have to ask for tables to be made up at breakfast. - No USB or even sockets in the bedroom so unable to have phones near beds. Some might say a good thing. I agreed but give us a choice. This is a Five Star hotel after all. Only decent things are sunrise, Lindos and checking out!
• Ikechi1988 (10/5): Fantastic stay - Just recently got back and wanted to write a review while it was still fresh in my mind. Had a fantastic time at this resort. From minute one when we arrived at reception they treated us very friendly and professionally. Everything was amazing the staff the resort the pool the food all of it tremendous. Great location too super close to Lindos town and good links to Rhodes by public transport. Special shout out to the breakfast team Andi, Elisabet, Stella and everyone else ( apologies I couldn’t get everyone’s name ). They were brilliant it was such a good way to start the day off speaking with them. It was like catching up with friends the energy was very positive and friendly and caring. The food like I mentioned was unbelievable I definitely indulged and the lady at the omelette station was incredible, a great cook and person too. Thoroughly recommend this resort. If you are lucky enough to stay there I’m sure you will have a fantastic time. Thank you
• racbak (2/5): AWFUL, AVOID. Outdated, shabby and sad hotel. - AVOID at all costs. Absolutely NOT a 5* hotel, barely a 3*. The only decent thing about this hotel is the very grand reception and most of the staff. As soon as you get beyond reception the hotel is outdated, hard to navigate as it’s on a steep hill, and the rooms are AWFUL. We were shown 3 hotel rooms, as on arrival at our room we were so disappointed with it, and asked for another room. We had booked a Deluxe Junior Suite with garden view. There was nothing Deluxe about it, except for the price. The garden was a mess, so the view was horrid, and also took in the very old plastic water slides from the hotel further down the hill. Fixtures & fittings were old, dated, dirty and shabby. The sofas in all 3 rooms we were shown were badly stained and dirty. Cracked tiles on the floor. All the bathrooms were old, smelly and in desperate need of replacing. The room we stayed in for 1 night smelt like a public toilet. The pool area is depressing with every single sunbed being old and stained. The whirl pool smaller pool is in total disrepair and has an overwhelming stench of sewerage around it. The Hotel describes itself as a 5* hotel, and “arguably one of the most luxurious and exclusive hotels on the island”…. Don’t be fooled, it’s nothing like this. We left after one night, having booked a room elsewhere. We couldn’t wait to leave. Wasted a day of our holiday speaking with the hotel reception about our complaints and also Tui customer service centre. We needless to say have a complaint going through and are trying to get our money back…. Spa was not open, yet it claims to be a Spa Hotel!!!! I don’t often write negative reviews, but don’t be fooled by the hotels website or any positive reviews on here, it’s just not what’s advertised. Will be reporting to ABTA and Trading Standards.
• Guide61116234078 (6/5): This is NOT 5 Star - We have just spent a week at this resort. As per some of the previous reviews this resort is 100% NOT 5 Star. If you are thinking of booking to get a 5 star hotel please reconsider. We made our decision off the website and its pictures and description of the place and it looked right up our street just what we were looking for. Unfortunately it resembles nothing like the pics on the website, it’s very tired and tatty. The staff are very friendly and helpful but that’s about it. Mediocre food and cocktails. WiFi in the room would not work, no irons in the room, if you want to iron and clothes you have to take it to a dry cleaning service and they charge you!! The spa was out of service, no water in indoor spa pool. The handful of coffee pods in the room on arrival are to last you the duration, they are not replaced and they charge two euros per coffee pod after that! Lindos itself is stunning and if you are after ! Hotel, rooms and pool area are all dated and run down. Lindos as a whole is beautiful, if you want a 5 star experience I would recommend the Lindos Grand Hotel which is 200 yards down the road. That is a true 5 star resort, not a made up one like this place.

• danielasG5070EZ (8/5): Nice hotel, outdated rooms - The rooms were a real disappointment, we booked deluxe sea view room, the room was far from 5 stars. Cracks on the wall, shower got blocked a few times and the biggest issue was that it wasn’t sound proof at all. Because of the view of the room we were located under the main restaurant and bar seating area so you could hear everything. However, the rooms were kept very clean (they came most days) & maintenance did see to the issues quite quickly during day times. Wi Fi was also quite poor. On a positive note, we booked bed & breakfast and really enjoyed this every morning, the views are truly stunning & food selection was amazing. Pool area was great, service was fairly good however they did try charge us for someone else’s bill at the end, even though it was another signature on the receipt but I guess this could’ve just been a cheeky guest. The main hotel area is really lovely, shame about the rooms really. We had lunch by the pool once, it’s quite over priced for what you’re getting & drinks are also quite expensive. We tried to book late stay in the rooms, however this option wasn’t available they did offer us a shower slot & use of facilities till we leave just incase people have late flights. Location, it’s about 10 minutes drive away from lindos town centre (stunning) however we did rent a car, if you’re not all inclusive I can imagine it’ll get quite expensive going back and to as there’s not much to do walking distance. Overall, unfortunately I don’t think we would stay here again purely due to the rooms & them being outdated.
• GrandTour03138677045 (10/5): We had a really lovely time!! - Staff are really lovely and very helpful, breakfast is fantastic. The beach is a 2 minute walk down the hill and is beautiful - it's pebbles but for sunbathing and swimming I prefer them to sand, although if you want to run around on the beach you will need footwear. Rooms are a little dated and it probably isn't 5 stars but very comfortable. Small well equipped gym and nice pool areas serving drinks and food. Taxi service to Lindos is very efficient but it is 15 euros each way. Small shop on site and a car/motorcycle hire company - hired a car for a day and it was all very professional. We had a great 10 nights there - very relaxing - wish we'd had 2 weeks.
• bethmF9320GA (10/5): Lovely Hotel - We had a lovely stay at this hotel. All the staff were fantastic, from reception, housekeeping, spa and restaurant. The breakfast included everything you could possibly want, and the a la carte restaurant had amazing food. The beach is only a short walk from the hotel or there is a regular buggy if you would like. The only negative is some of the rooms do need to be updated, as the facilities can be a bit temperamental. Overall we had a great stay and would love to return to this hotel in the future.
• michellebE1564XY (4/5): Definitely not 5 star hotel - Recently visited this hotel very disappointing. Firstly pictures for advertisement of this hotel are very very deceiving rooms nothing like you would expect. Ours was a panoramic suite with sea view …. Balconies exceptionally small no privacy … grubby room requires refurbishment bed damaged leaned to one side telephones in room but don’t work. No tea coffee facilities after first night unless you’re willing to pay additional. We paid additional for bed breakfast and half board. We also paid for a late check out £120 but still had to be out of room for 4pm. Buffet evening meal very repetitive sometimes food not cooked properly especially seafood ( be cautious). Not entitled to buffet on your last night absolute rip off ( although paid for eleven nights) when challenged about this reception said well you ate first night ( single chicken warm wrap left in room) because of very late arrival shocking. Pool quite large but very overcrowded whilst we were there ( another pool would be beneficial for quests). Sun beds need replacing don’t look after them wheels hanging of some of them ( we took four out circulation whilst we there )Cost of drinks in hotel very very expensive especially red wine and spirits. £36 euro for two drinks !!!. Breakfast was very good lots of options for everyone. Could not enjoy breakfast outside far too many wasps lots people complaining about this ( definitely needs checking out ). Some staff appeared like they didn’t want to be there and management clearly not happy with some of them. However Achilleas was absolutely amazing couldn’t do enough for you always proactive helpful professional and always had a smile on his face ( thank you so much 😘) need few more of him. Entertainment very poor overhaul. Meal at Brocca restaurant you got discount 10 euro per person if you where half board although this cost 40 euro per person at buffet again shocking absolute rip off. Reception area is very nice shame staff not always helpful unless you’re paying more money for something. Food at poolside bar was always tasty good portion sizes. However don’t pay thousands of pounds for poolside food and nice weather. There are many more places to visit much better quality more importantly customer service including higher standards of accommodation facilities which are not dirty in need of repair outdated and value for your hard earned money👎👎👎 Don’t forget an iron they charge a fortune for ironing individual items !!! Will be discussing all this with tour operator 5 star definitely not !!!!!!!!!!!!
• Kimzwi (10/5): We had a great week! - We had a great week at Lindos Village Resort & Spa. The hotel ist beautiful and clean. The food in the restaurant Ambrosia was excellent. The staff is wonderfull. They were all very friendly, helpful and totally enthousiastic when I, as a tourist, try to say a few Greek words. Cool also, there was a shuttleservice, that would bring us to the beach (500m down the road). The hotel ist not totally barrier-free, but the staff really helps where they can. They brought our luggage to our room for example.
• S2990WLjamesc (4/5): 3-star hotel with 2 star rooms - Our stay started with difficulties as our panoramic deluxe double room booking wasn't in the system, and it didn't get better from there. The rooms, of which we saw 4, were uncomfortable, run down and unclean. Suprisingly that with so much silicone and black mould, the water would still leak from the shower tray to flood the bathroom everyday, that is to say in the 1 room where the shower wasn't leaking or positioned at chest height (for a 6'1" person). The two single beds pushed together gave my partner a good vantage point to enjoy the view as their mattress was 1 inch higher than mine. The spa was also broken down, from previous reviews it seems this has been the case for a while, and the outdoor pool and furniture hasn't been maintained for at least a few seasons. The monotinous drone of the pools pumphouse however provided a white noise to let us enjoy the view, but not so much as to forget the construction site that we had left behind in the UK. In all, staff were lovely, location was convenient, but the hotel appears to be largely left to ruin after the construction of the grand and royal nextdoor, no clearer example of this prejudice than the sunbed divide at the beach.
• B2852EAkays (6/5): Not 5 Star But Has Its Good Points - Just returned to UK from a week stay at Lindos Villages, our first trip to Rhodes and Greece in general. Here is our honest, and we hope a balanced, review of our stay. GOOD POINTS The staff were largely very helpful, friendly and gave good service. The common areas of the hotel were mostly clean and well kept. I celebrated my birthday during our stay, we didn't mention it to the team but they still surprised me with a small but delicious birthday mousse cake which was a lovely touch. Our welcome drink was nice and the bottle of wine in our room on arrival was very appreciated. We took the trip to relax and we left feeling very chilled. We did visit Lindos a few times by taxi and this service was always efficient and easy to use, the Reception team booked the transport. We also used the beach buggy transport once. We liked the choices at buffet breakfast, we also used the evening buffet but were less impressed. We ate lunch a few times at the pool cafe and that was ok although be mindful of the wasps and other flying insects which also bother you at all the outdoor eating and drinking areas. We did appreciate that this was an adults only hotel and the pool was largely quiet (in term of noise) and people behaved respectfully to others. NOT SO GOOD POINTS The hotel charged us 15 euros per night stay hotel fee when we checked in, which we subsequently thought was cheeky as the indoor pool and spa was largely out of order and apart from our arrival day we never got refreshed tea/coffee/sugar/milk in our room, plus the overall quality of the rooms and common areas were of a low standard and not warranted by this "top of the range" resort fee. We used the outdoor pool a lot, we didn't need to reserve sunbeds initially however we found the week got busier so we ended up having to do this. The pool was sometimes dirty and cracked tiles in places, Our room didn't live up to our expectations, although comfortable we were expecting a more impressive layout for a panoramic double delux accom, plus the shower was cracked and rusted, the complementary tea/coffee was absent and there was a lack of any hooks for the dressing gowns or hangers (2 in total!). The resort is hilly and many steps lead from the main hotel area to the pool area. The nightly entertainment was of mixed quality, it would have been helpful to know what was being offered in advance and what time/s the music was due to start and finish, as we could hear the artists from our room even with the balcony door shut. We learnt to plan our evening around this, in the end. In summary, we would return to Rhodes and Lindos again but probably not to this resort, and our reflection of the total overall cost vs quality received and value gained has made us conclude that we didn't get value for money from this stay. However, we did appreciate the overall friendliness and genuine nature of the people that we met on this trip and our overall impression of Greece was very positive.
• AshleighCW (4/5): Not a 5 star hotel. - The reception and lobby are lovely, pool and terrace average, but the rooms are definitely not to a 5* standard. The afternoon we arrived and checked in to our ‘panoramic deluxe double sea view’ room, we ended up in a small double with a small balcony wedged between two huge walls. We queried this with reception and were told our booking was not in the system, so I believe we had a ‘standard room’. We had to spend our first night in that original room, as the ‘reservations team’ had left for the day (at about 4pm) and the reception staff could not move our room without them. The next day we received a WhatApp message telling us our new room was ready and would we like to see it, but we had advised reception about an hour before that we were now out for the day. Don’t consider it unreasonable not wanting to spend the first day of a holiday trapped in the hotel waiting for them to rectify their error. Returned to the second room, which had a terrace and a view, but was unkept and unclean. Water damaged wardrobes with doors that didn’t shut, damaged table (functioning but not 5* standard), marks on the bedding, stains in the toilet, shower that dripped so had to be taken down, dirt and hairs on the shower tray, hand soap and conditioner not available. Again went to reception who sent cleaners up, but could not move us rooms again because according to the reservations team (who must work later on a Wednesday?) that the hotel was full and there was no other room available. Not the quality you would expect from a 5* hotel. Cleaners very polite, reception staff polite but seemingly constrained by the reservations teams. Three star hotel at best, if you book here, don’t expect 5* and you might not be so disappointed.
• julietM3608CX (8/5): Fab holiday at this hotel, clean, comfy and very friendly, helpful staff - We had an amazing time at this hotel, great view over the pool and sea, comfy bed and very good shower and air con, room needs a kettle as coffee machine didn’t really work but I could have asked for one I found out, breakfast was amazing, best I’ve ever seen, if you can’t find anything to eat there’s something wrong and the food on offer was good quality. The hotel is at the top of a hill and your up and down steps to the pool, and other areas so if you have mobility issues it might not be for you. The pool was lovely and there was never a problem getting a sun bed, the staff were lovely, very friendly and helpful, all in all a very good hotel.
• Buckletravels90 (8/5): A Relaxing Stay with Gorgeous Views – but Not Quite 5-Star - We recently stayed here and overall had a lovely holiday, but there are a few things worth mentioning if you’re considering it. The pool area is beautiful with a great view, and the service – especially from the pool boys – was excellent. The gyros at the pool bar were delicious, though the tzatziki was a bit disappointing. Breakfast offered plenty of variety (I loved my daily omelette!), but the orange juice was far too watered down. The beach is a pebble beach, so definitely bring water shoes, but once you’re in, the sea is calm and lovely. The Banana Beach Bar was a highlight – such a cute little oasis with great food and chilled vibes – and we loved the golf cart service to and from the beach. However, for a supposed 5-star resort, the sunbeds could really be better – they’d benefit from proper cushioned mattresses like you’d expect at this level. On the downside, the hotel doesn’t quite live up to its 5-star promise. From the outside it looks luxurious, but the rooms, while comfortable, are a bit shabby around the edges and could use a refurb. There’s also a barren patch of grass near the bottom of the property that would benefit from some greenery. A couple of practical notes: there are a lot of steps (it’s on a hillside), so bear that in mind if you have mobility issues. The on-site supermarket is handy, but waiting for taxis to town can be frustrating – sometimes up to 45 minutes, and people jumping the queue doesn’t help! Some odd touches: the cleaners sometimes leave used cutlery or glasses outside the rooms, which isn’t very 5-star either. Also, there’s no ice cream freezer by the pool, which felt like a missed opportunity. All that said, we really did enjoy our stay – the weather was perfect, the pool and sea were gorgeous, and despite a few quirks, it was a relaxing break. With a bit of updating and attention to detail, this place could easily live up to its 5-star potential.

• KarenOldrieve (6/5): Family trip to Lindos - We had a reasonable stay at this hotel and redeeming quality are the lovely staff Personally I wouldn’t stay here again as this is definitely not a 5 star hotel The rooms are very tired but kept very clean by the girls who do the best with what they have to work with The toilet had stains in the bowl, the tap on the sink had lost its sparkle and the hairdryer didn’t work for 5 days out of 7, and the safe malfunctioned I reported both items several times and it took several days for the hairdryer to be replaced after being told they had to get a part for it after the weekend, to there was nothing wrong with it, to it then being replaced with a new one 🤷🏼‍♀️ The furniture around the pool needs attention Several of the sunbeds were broken underneath but in general were comfortable Pool was great, clean and good temperature Guys in the pool bar were fantastic and food there was pretty good too. Breakfast buffet was really good It would be hard to find something that was missing from there The beach is very pebbly and shelves into the sea very quickly at this end of the beach Water was warm and very clear, beautiful to swim in The other end is sandy and doesn’t shelve as much but seems to be allocated to the hotels up above so others may not be able to sit there There are public sunbeds at 15euros a day for 2 and an umbrella if you wish There are sun beds for our hotel and Lindos royals and also Lindos grand. Will leave pics of all types of beds Very very disappointed with our hotels beds on the beach Not 5 star at all We had a good week and spent every evening in Lindos for dinner which was lovely Not one bad meal and great choices for restaurants Cab ride is €15 each way or there’s a local bus from the main road for €2 each I understand Think this was quite pricey for standard of hotel and the tourist tax on top makes for an expensive mediocre hotel

Leider wird das Hotel kaum gewartet, es hat viel kaputtes, das nicht repariert wird (lose Bodenplatten auf den internen Gehwegen, kaputte Glühbirnen im Speisesaal, defekte Düsen beim Whirlpool, Platten im Aussenpool lösen sich, kaputter Vorhang im Schlafzimmer, Lavabos funktionieren nicht, Dusch-/ Strandtücher mit Flecken). Schöner Strandbereich mit kostenlosen Liegen/ Somnenschirmen, Kiesstrand, gemischt mit den Gästen der anderen Hotels (auch Familien mit Kinder). Am Strand täglich Unterhaltung durch Unterhaltungsteam/ Musik des anderen Hotels. Am Abend hörte man immer die musikale Unterhaltung vom Nebenhotel (Kinder).

• N8912LUgh (6/5): Deffo not 5* - This is definitely not a 5* hotel. Upon arrival we thought we had hit the nail on the head with the hotel when walking into the lobby. However, once we got to the room it’s a different story. The room isn’t the cleanest, the headboard lights didn’t work, the shower doesn’t have a shower guard so the bathroom floods and the drains are clogged so it doesn’t drain that well. We had problems with ants and Beatles coming into the room because there is a big gap under the door. The balcony didn’t have a divider wasn’t that high so you could see into the ones next to you which made us not want to sit out there when there were other people out there as it was awkward. We paid €40 each for dinner which didn’t include drinks at the main restaurant and the food was absolutely shocking. It was cheaper and nicer for us to go and eat out. Breakfast was ok tho. The air con was making my nose blocked and stuffy and then started leaking quite a bit which was creating a puddle on the floor. We sent a message to them and they asked us if we wanted them to get housekeeping to clean it up… we told them it would still be leaking so they finally got maintenance to come and fix it. Once fixed my nose was completely fine. All housekeeping do during your stay is make the bed and change the bins so by the end of the week the floor was filthy. On our final day we got given a courtesy room to use, it looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in a while. Tried using the hairdryer to dry my hair and it cut out on me after 1 minute of using it so I just had to let my hair dry naturally Wouldn’t recommend, wouldn’t go back, not worth the money.

• 956delc (6/5): - To the point, 7 night stay, what you really need to know: location: Top of a mountain so down hill going anywhere uphill coming back (keep this in mind) Plenty of steps to get anywhere inside and outside the hotel so don’t forget anything in your room. On site market managed by a very rude lady and very expensive only use it if you have to, there is a supermarket about a 30min walk which is very good but a long walk back with or without shopping. There is a hotel shuttle (golf buggy’s) that will take you down to the beach at set times, they will not adjust times whatever the issue, this is a 5min journey however I wouldn’t advise you walking it in the heat. Lindos old town: Nice place about 10mins in a taxi (€13-15 one way) which you can ask the hotel reception to book, you will be given a number so when the taxi arrives the driver should ask you for it so you know it’s your taxi, I’ll say no more about this system, Lindos town is very old with very narrow streets, plenty of restaurants and shops with people outside touting for business, shops are all much the same, you would think expensive however you can get a taxi to Rhodes old town (which is nice) from the hotel (€60-70) 1hr drive or you can hire a car from Drive Car rental near one of the sister hotels reached by buggy (€65) per day so you do the maths, prices are much the same in Rhode's the Australian gentleman at Drive car rental is great! Food: Not exactly 5* but 5* prices, €40 each for buffet dinner, the on site posher restaurant was actually cheaper. Food was ok not that special but fine, plenty of choice. Staff: All staff very nice and helpful, bellhop's, restaurant and main bar staff, nothing is or was too much trouble. SPA: Steer clear is my advice, My wife and two daughters visited this facility and had nothing good to say about it, over priced, hidden charges, rude and unprofessional, don’t think it is run by the hotel, sub contracted out. Pool: Plenty of sun lounges and parasols, no early morning towel stampedes, staff ok some waiters a bit nonchalant. Entertainment: Music of some sort every night, some good some not so good, although the noise from sister hotels (kids and family’s shouting out and taking part in whatever etc) next door can be annoying at times. Overall: If you’re on a budget this hotel is not for you as you could find it very expensive as you would expect at a 5* hotel, Lindos Royal hotel next door is all inclusive and nearer the beach. Plenty of stairs and lifts I would add when they are working, lots of walk ways so you will get lost very easy. All staff we came into contact with were very helpful and a pleasure to talk to. Room cleaned daily.

The hotel is not updated and worn out. The interior looks like from the 80s. The pool area is like a playground for 20-ish years people. Its really loud techno music playing from the bar at the pool and the hotel has several fotballs in the pool that guests can play with. Fotballs are flying everywhere (rough playing) so you cant swim and relax without worrying to get a football in your head. Its wors then a kids pool! The staff in the bar does nothing about it. If you want a more relaxed and quiet holiday, reading a book by the pool, then this hotel is not for you. Im extreamly dissapointed.
• 780ronand (2/5): Please be careful with belonging around pool bar area - Please be careful with belongings around pool bar area. We had an incident where my bag containing my wallet, cash and the room card was taken from my possession at the pool bar and later found in a hedged area near the pool bar toilets. We have our suspicions of how the bag got to the hedged area, believing that our questioning of individuals may have caused the people involved to panic and discard the bag. Moral of the story, be careful with any belongings around the pool / pool bar area. We raised all concerns with management (Alexandros and Gabriela), who provided no reasonable explanations, actions or compensation for the major inconvenience. Additionally, management informed us that there are no CCTV cameras within the resort - the only cameras are at the entrance to the hotel. This left us in a very uncomfortable position. So much so, that the two females in our group were understandably wary when walking to the rooms on their own. This is not a concern you should have at a 5 star resort, hence why I will not be recommending Lindos Village Resort to anyone. Separately, the rooms and bathroom are dated and require general maintenance. The pool also requires maintenance, with a number of small pool tiles gathering at the bottom of the pool and posing a potential risk for cuts etc. The only bright side of our trip being Maria in reception. Maria was nothing but accommodating throughout our stay.
• Davidknight1962 (10/5): Stay at Lindos Village resort and spa - On arrival to lindos village resort and spa as you walk into the hotel it is amazing. The staff are always happy to assist with anything you need. The hotel restaurant serves up great food and change variety each day, Elizabeth greats you with a big smile and tells you the food theme for that evening. George and the waiter staff are there for your every need and pleased to help. To pool is perfect and no one rushes down to put towels on them because there are so many for all guests. The bar staff are lovely and will serve you at your sun lounger or you can sit in the shade by the bar to eat, drink and listen to chilled music. If I had one negative comment it would be that the room was a little worn but pleasant with air conditioning, the maids are always somewhere to get anything from clean towels, bedding, extra toilet rolls. I would definitely give this hotel a 5 star rating. PS, I recommend having a massage to excellent treatment.

The room was spacious and super clean, the staff was super friendly and helpful when we needed advice during our stay, and the food delicious in both restaurants. We stayed 1st week of July which was quiet (and perfect!). The spa is basic but treatments were fabulous and very good value for money. The gym is well kitted and the beach is only a short walk away (if going uphill/downhill is not for you, there is a buggy service). Overall we loved it!

The room was wonderful, large, clean with a stunning view of the bay of Vlycha. The breakfast buffet was amazing, great variety for all tastes and high quality. The A la carte Bocca was the highlight of our stay. We used it twice, the quality of the food and service was of a high level, as was the view from the restaurant and the bar. Finally, the hotel staff in all departments take care to make your stay special and make you feel at home. Always smiling and willing to help with anything you needed. We will definitely be back next year. Efcharisto Lindos Village and all the staff for this amazing week.

• Inspire35352103788 (10/5): Wonderful Lindos Village Resort and Spa - I had a fantastic time at this hotel thanks to Tasos and his terrific staff who were all very welcoming and friendly...5 stars guys, you were great . The hotel is set like a Greek village on various levels so expect steps to some parts of the hotel as detailed on the hotel site. Without that elevation you wouldn't get the amazing views of the bay which I really loved and enjoyed especially when eating and having a sundowner at night. I have travelled all over the world and the views from here were very special to me. I will miss the golden sunrises each morning from my balcony and the warm relaxing atmosphere at the hotel due to the staff. The hotel is close to Lindos by bus or taxi and would recommend visiting there. Any closer however to it you might lose that relaxed feeling the hotel exuberates as Lindos and its beaches do get very busy. There was little noise from any neighboring hotels which could impact that serenity and nighttime entertainment wasnt on very late for those wishing to be in bed by 11pm. My room was spacious, clean and had a wonderful wrap around balcony to enjoy the wonderful setting. I loved the Greek restaurant and overall there was a lot of variety of dishes to chose from between the buffet and the speciality restaurants everyday. I look forward to visiting this hotel again after this season...thanks for a fantastic holiday Lindos Village Hotel Team, much appreciated.
• brionyc91 (8/5): Perfect stay for a couples holiday - Our week at Lindos village resort was amazing. Although the facilities weren’t 5 star (as stated) the staff more than made up with it with the level of service. We asked to change rooms when we arrived as we were given a garden terrace instead of a balcony, they changed us no problem within an hour and gave us a beautiful room with a pool view. There is also a WhatsApp service where you can get in touch with reception which was super helpful and efficient. On the last day our transfer to the airport was late afternoon and the staff on reception kindly let us use a different room once we had checked out to shower after using the pool. If they renovated the showers and bathrooms of the rooms this place would be perfect. The girl on reception was so lovely and helpful everyday and really made our stay at Lindos Village. Thank you for making our week so lovely and stress free!
• huni146 (4/5): Hotel not good - Stayed at this hotel on September 18th this is not a 5 star hotel more like 2/3 on arrival we were taken to our room we noticed leaking toilet was told there was a cold plate in fridge as arrived late there was two wraps in fridge wrapped in cling film and swimming in water in the tray, complained about toilet maintenance did come but nothing was done so for the whole week we were putting towels down to soak water up 😡 bed was disgusting especially the mattress…food was awful and cold as were the plates eggs were slimy and not cooked correctly we ate out most of the time ….holes in the decking and some boards were lifting toilets one quite a way away from swimming pool also only found one toilet inside hotel which was on the next level up from the restaurant. Alcoholic drinks were dreadful made by the staff far to much alcohol in them, we always waited to be served by tom the barman at least he knew how to do drinks the rest of the bar staff should learn from tom at least he knows what he’s doing well done tom you will go far you deserve a bar managers job …. This was not the holiday we can say we enjoyed…Will not return to this hotel wish i listened to the reviews 🙄🙄🙄
• christine1685 (10/5): Perfect Week in Lindos - This was our first experience of holidaying on a Greek island. Rhodes is stunning and the Lindos Village Resort and Spa was the perfect place to enjoy a truly relaxing week in the sun. The staff could not have been more helpful and friendly. The accommodation and facilities were fantastic and the food and drink amazing! We are definitely planning to return 🥰
• Zarasimms (4/5): Not 5 star, 3 star at best - Well where do I start? The positives - Hotel staff at reception were super helpful and friendly, we were greeted with a warm welcome in the plush reception area (the only plush part of the hotel) -Lindos town -View from the hotel -Desserts at the buffet -Cleaning staff nice and friendly and did a good job. The negatives - Some staff (not all) particularly a girl at the poolside bar seemed like she couldn’t be bothered to serve you and made out like you were being a nuisance by simply asking for a drink. -Main buffet, sub par food, lukewarm, weird combinations of food, lack of seasoning and flavour. Chewy meat. -Service: takes ages to get a drink in buffet area (particularly coffees in the morning) sometimes they served ice coffees in the morning, sometimes they couldn’t be bothered, was met with ‘no iced coffees today’ with no alternative suggestion or apology. -No explanation or solution when certain cocktails apparently ‘ran out’, given there’s two bars and a restaurant, hard to believe a hotel would run out of rum, lime, mint, sugar and soda water when I asked for a Mojito. -Rooms, outdated, poor fixed patch work jobs dotted all around the room (poor attempts at poly filler) -fridge on floor not filled with drinks -you have to pay for Nespresso capsules (2 euros) once you have ran out of the 4 pods they provide you with, what all inclusive hotel does that? -only 1 plug socket in room, unless you unplug the fridge on the floor -Food at ‘Ginger root’ Asian themed restaurant awful, stodgy noodle dish that didn’t taste of anything. -Pool is a sun trap, no shade and pool tiles coming away -Pool bar decking wobbles and is nearly collapsing decking in upstairs bar also dodgy in places. -‘Private Beach’ is not so private as it’s accompanied by 2x neighbouring hotels including loud family hotel and you have to pay to go to the toilet?!?! And bar down there is not owned by hotel therefore have to pay extra if you want a drink -Cocktails were awful and pre mixed cheap alcohol (no branded) -Pool toilets are disgusting, had to go back to the hotel room each time to avoid. -Can only change towels every 2 days -Spa pool out of order and completely empty All in all not very great considering the price point, the photos of the hotel are no way near the reality. Could be an amazing hotel if it looked into the continuous issues that people point out and actually fixed them.

• Anita (8/5): - The food and staff was excellent. The rooms are lovely and the panoramic view is very good. Location is great for both Lindos and Rhodes town with bus services to each town. The sun beds are very comfortable and the pool is a great size and temperature. They sometimes ran out of some drinks at the pool bar. The air con did not work in our first room but they moved us the next day. The water was off a few times but we always managed to get a shower at the end of the day. It did take 7 days to get hot water from our sink tap but that didn’t stop us enjoying our stay. Temperatures were over 40 degree on several days during our stay and so were extreme for the time of year.

• Sepehr (10/5): - Lovely place, nice and quiet, with the friendliest staff I’ve ever seen. They have the most fantastic bar crew, and they give you excellent drinks—really friendly people and welcoming. Their Buffet restaurant has a lot to offer. Tasty and fresh food every day for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The servers they have are excellent, and they give you the best service possible—lovely people with nice humor. The outdoor pool is amazing; I spent a lot of time over there. If you wanna visit the beach, they’ll take you over there and bring you back to the hotel. I definitely will come back again and highly recommend it.
• Carol-Ann (8/5): - Hotel has the most beautiful and peaceful setting giving amazing views of the coast from the rooms, bar and restaurants. Exceptionally friendly staff who work hard providing a very high standard of service in all areas. All inclusive is excellent value with a la carte dining options, coffee bar, pool bar and crepe and sweet treat station. Free sunbeds at vlycha beach was most enjoyable and an easy bus or taxi ride allows you to enjoy Lindos. Would love to return.

• Aaron Wayne (10/5): - Wow! First Adults only hotel and it was amazing. Food Options are great and the bar menu around the pool is awesome as well. This was a level above standard all inc. Drinks are well made and they have a maid/butler style service around the pool and for evening entertainment. For people who aren’t able bodied the walk up from the pool can take some effort! Hotel is well kept and the view from the hotel is second to none! I fully recommend getting a sea view room!

They really are committed to customers having a wonderful time while visiting, and always let us know that they were available to help with anything we needed and it was greatly appreciated. • Barbara (8/5): - Es war ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt, jedoch wurde die Reklamation des Fernsehers nicht durchgeführt. Statt es herzurichten wurde einfach das Kabel durchgeschnitten. Für ein 5-Sterne-Hotel sollte die Minibar voll sein. Es wurde Kaffee im Zimmer angeboten, jedoch wurden diese nie nachgefüllt, somit konnten wir ab der Hälfte es Aufenthalts am Zimmer keinen Kaffee mehr trinken.

• Sharon (4/5): So disappointing - The first few days of our stay were good then from then on the hotel was being closed down for the season around us. This meant the A la carte restaurant was closed for most of our stay, breakfast service gradually reduced from day 4, no fresh bread for last 3 days, pool bar closed as did the hotel bar on our penultimate day. On our last day we tried to sit at the pool only to find hotel staff clearing away sun loungers around us. This whole experience wasn’t great and really spoiled our holiday. If we had been advised at the time of booking that the hotel would be closing down during our stay there is no way we would have booked this accommodation. At the very least we should have been offered a partial refund rather than the dismissive attitude of the hotel staff when we raised our concerns.

The staff are extremely attentive, the food is varied, fresh and extensive, the pool area is spacious and provides a relaxing atmosphere, aided by the pool bar and restaurant being close by. Although the hotel is a short distance outside Lindos, this enables you to enjoy the excellent family run and very reasonably priced, restaurants in Kalathos. These are in contrast to the rooftop restaurants in Lindos itself, which again are excellent, but slightly more expensive. The fine dining restaurant at the hotel itself is excellent and again, the attention to detail in the staff service, just adds to the quality of the dining experience. Although the room we stayed in was perhaps slightly outdated, this did not detract from the hotel itself. It is an excellent hotel and well worth a visit.

Nice pool area with large spa pool on elevated terrace which never got overly busy, probably due to the lovely choice of beaches nearby. Good quality breakfast buffet with the usual wide range of options served up to 10.30am if you fancy a lie in. Reception staff always happy to assist with booking taxis or restaurants etc. Glass of sparking wine on arrival and bottle of red wine in the room a very nice touch. Only minor complaint upon arriving late in the evening (around 11pm) we were advised that they had laid on a complimentary hot plate. In reality they had prepared a load of ropey sandwiches much earlier that day which had been wrapped under cellophane and which they only allowed you to eat indoors. Literally the only complaint in the entire time we were there and they'd have done well to just not bother as it detracted slightly from what was a fantastic break.

• Salvatore (6/5): - La struttura davvero bella, così come la posizione. Dalla terrazza del ristorante e del bar si gode una vista stupenda sulla baia. Personale non sempre all'altezza, poca comunicazione tra le varie aree (nonostante avessimo prenotato la mezza pensione ci avevano accreditato solo il B&B, dopo la correzione alla reception non é stata data comunicazione al ristorante e per due giorni non eravamo inseriti nella lista delle camera che avevano accesso alla sala ristorante) . La camera, pagata per un vista mare, aveva davanti l'altra struttura del royal lindos, e il mare si intravedeva a malapena! È mancata per un intero giorno l'acqua nell'intera zona, è seppur vero che sono inconvenienti che possono capitare ma se questo capita ogni anno (come confermato da operatori del luogo) un hotel 5 stelle dovrebbe adoperarsi per ridurre al minimo i disagi per i propri clienti. Servizio spiaggia solo ad orari stabiliti(ogni ora!) , con un pulmino che portava max 8 persone... per un hotel con più di 200 camera mi sembra troppo poco, il servizio poteva essere se non continuativo almeno con una frequenza maggiore! Una citazione la merita Stratos, l'addetto ai bagagli e al servizio spiaggia, che nel suo piccolo si é sempre dimostrato attento alle esigenze del cliente.

However the driveway up to the hotel is very rough and is not lite up at night .Also very limited parking at hotel entrance mostly back up the rough driveway .This aside hotel was excellent overall .
