• Rashid Uddin (10/5): - What a fantastic resort made even better with the staff that work here especially Valeriaa. From the minute we stepped into the resort she could not have been anymore accommodating. Such a friendly and supportive person which made our stay so enjoyable. So much for the kids to do here, unlimited activities throughout the day and the Aqua Park is top class. The evening entertainment is first class, 10/10 all the time. The food is very good with so much variety whether that's at the Pinea restaurant, Beach bar, Lykia bar or the other restaurants within the vicinity. For adults, the fitness centres, spa facilities are absolutely fantastic. Steam room, sauna and hammam is free of charge. The front office manager Ramazan is a true gentlemen and always made sure myself and the family were happy with everything. Overall a superb holiday, fantastic resort and staff. We will be back very soon!

Guest relations very unfriendly, need different jobs. Although food selection was large, the food quality was low and the selections weren't very well balanced.

The atmosphere was relaxing, clean, and very welcoming. The pool area and the beach were both beautiful and well-maintained, which made our holiday even more enjoyable. The food variety was also quite sufficient, and we enjoyed the meals throughout our stay. Everything was fresh and nicely prepared. We would especially like to thank the manager, Mr. Ramazan, for his kindness, professionalism, and attentive approach. His genuine interest in the guests made a big difference and made us feel truly valued. Overall, we had a great experience and would happily recommend this hotel to others. Nothing.

• Ümüs (8/5): Mein Aufenthalt war rundum sehr gelungen – mit freundlichem Personal, leckerem Essen,sauberen Zimmer - „Ich fand das Buffet sehr reichhaltig, frisch und ausgesprochen lecker. Es gab eine große Auswahl, sodass für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei war. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich auch das Personal, das sehr freundlich, aufmerksam und zuvorkommend war. Die Lage des Hotels ist ebenfalls ein großer Pluspunkt – es liegt direkt am Strand. Außerdem ist die gesamte Anlage sehr übersichtlich gestaltet, sodass man sich schnell zurechtfindet und alles gut erreichbar ist. Insgesamt ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt.“ „Das äußere Erscheinungsbild des Gebäudes ist etwas weniger ansprechend, sodass ich anfangs kurz dachte, ich hätte vielleicht eine Fehlbuchung gemacht. У готелі панує дуже приємна атмосфера, усе продумано до дрібниць, а зимова концепція створює особливий затишок і комфорт для відпочинку. Окремо хочеться відзначити смачну їжу — усе було дуже якісно, різноманітно та справді смачно. Також дуже сподобався уважний і привітний персонал, який завжди був готовий допомогти. Особлива подяка дівчині з Харкова на ім’я Вікторія — дуже приємна, уважна та щира людина, яка зробила наш відпочинок ще кращим. Її професійність і доброзичливість справили дуже гарне враження. Ce que j'ai le plus apprécie c'est les frigo rempli d'eau un peu partout dans l'hôtel, plage etc. Le SPA , le hammamm n'était pas très entretenu. ( Moisissures sur les murs, forte odeur).

"Sorry, mistake" .apoi mi-au facut o reducere la al 2lea masaj-nesemnificativa.Abia ne-am inteles la receptia Spa-ului.Urat din partea lor. La partea de distractie pentru copii se vorbea germana .Nici macar engleza.Dezamagitor. La inchirierea unei masini intr-o zi ni s-a spus un pret, in alta zi alt pret ! Eu inteleg ca turcii sunt pe negocieri, dar sincer va zic, deja e prea mult.Sunt in stare sa iti ia pielea de pe tine. Magazinele din incinta sunt scumpe pentru niste produse fakeuri.

Ramzan dealt with lots of emails and requests from us and made sure everything was sorted before we got there. • Mohammed (10/5): - The staff were absolutely fantastic, particularly those at reception. Ramzan was amazing at dealing with emails and answering questions and organising rooms before we got there. We were given three complimentary upgrades to sea view rooms and were given a free meal in the Italian a la carte restaurant! Great service, great people and a fantastic week. Omar was brilliant at arranging transportation for us all week and works in reception too. Everything was great.

• Evgenii (5/5): Outdated, but clean hotel, questionable food, bad UAI - Sand and sea, some staff The hotel feels very outdated and really needs a complete renovation. Some staff members are genuinely friendly, but others seem exhausted and uninterested. It also looks like many of the positive reviews are fake—staff is polite with you then they ask guests to leave a good review in exchange for an extra day off for them. The “ultra all-inclusive” concept is very questionable. The food is just acceptable but lacks variety—it’s the same dishes every day. Juices are watered down, the coffee from the machine is awful, and there’s no barista. The only exception is barman Ali, who actually knows how to make good cocktails at the entire hotel.
• Egor (8/5): - The hotel is great for its money. Location is not far from Antalya airport. The territory is big and very various. You can find different spots for rest - many swimming pools for all kind of people, with music or not, with shadow or not, with kids or not. Building and rooms are very modern, well organised and clean. Restaurant have very big variation of meals which are all tasty. The beach is wide and have very thin sand. Bathroom in rooms and toilets in different places need some regular refresh due to very high humidity.

As my sister stayed at the same hotel the same time for 2 people and paid 2200euro and I paid 3100 but later was forced to pay another 840euro because booking.com didn’t list the age of my children is not fair.

• Zainab (10/5): Fantastic memorable stay at Limak Atlantis! - My family and I enjoyed an awesome 5 nights at Limak Atlantis. The hotel is lovely and all the staff are friendly and extremely helpful! Special mention and big thanks to the hotel manager Mr Ramazan, front desk managers Ali and Valeria who really went out of their way to solve any challenges we had. The food was simply divine! Especially enjoyed the Far East restaurant- Chef Mangal is super excellent! Best korma and kulfi malai we have had! Not forgetting the freshly made condiments like the mint sauce and mango chutney. The noodles prepared by the Asian chef was also delicious! The beach and pools were clean and well kept and the kids loved the slides! We thoroughly enjoyed the “Sultan for the Day” package. The slides should be opened for longer periods, when you on holiday checking the time is not high on the priority list. Guest should not be allowed to reserve spots around the pool and beach loungers from before the sun comes up till sunset…that’s really unfair to us normal people who enjoy sleeping in during the holiday! Whilst the main meal options vary each night for the dinner buffet, the desserts can get a bit repetitive.

From the fantastic pools and beach to the delicious food, drinks, and snacks, every aspect was enjoyable. The afternoon patisserie was a delightful touch, and the activities and animation team kept the energy high, creating wonderful night vibes. Truly a lovely place! We had a wonderful stay and a great time. Our only feedback would be that the room cleanliness could be improved slightly.

The hotel offered a fantastic variety of food every day, with delicious options for everyone. There were plenty of activities for both kids and adults, keeping the whole family entertained. The beach was beautiful, clean, and had such a relaxing, positive vibe. Highly recommended for a memorable family getaway N/A

The pool area was not very clean. The staff is unfriendly. Lack of food options during snacking time. Coffee and desserts are terrible. Kids club is a joke. Slides are working only during couple hours a day.

Ali at the reception desk and the restaurant team were very hospitable and kind; this is always appreciated. Everything is a rather worn off, from the toilet flush that either does not go off or then doesn’t stop to peeling stripes of paint in the halls and dusty carpets here and there. The bars serve concentrated juices and atrocious alcohol, the towels have seen better days, the public toilets aren’t exactly clean.

I expected a different level of comfort for a 5 stars hotels. Example: on a windy day, you could feel the air moving inside the room with closed windows. The curtains were moving.

From the minute I walked it to the minute I left, everything was great, food, activities, cleaning, staff, literally everything!! Let me tell you Im coming from Canada so I lowered my expectations just in case, but OH MY!! It was above and beyond!! Mr.Ramazan was very helpful and great, he made sure that our stay was exceptional. The staff were very well trained in every department and always smiling and made sure to maintain a great service! I will definitely be back next summer and maybe every summer for suree🤩

Resepsiyondan garsonuna herkes güler yüzlü ve kimse bir dediğinizi iki etmemek için özveriyle çalışıyor. Girişte odalarda bir yanlışlık olunca bizi talep etmemize rağmen deniz tarafı family odaya terfi ettirdiler. Yemekler, ikramlar, temizlik vs bence hepsi 10 numara, sahilde iki devasa iskelesi var, deniz tarafı kusursuz diyebilirim. Ne daha iyi olabilir derseniz, özellikle otel 11 yaş altı çocuklu ailelerle ful doluydu, misafirlerin çoğu bu şekildeydi. Çok sayıda havuz olmasına rağmen, çok küçük çocuklar ve bezli bebekler de büyük havuzu doldurmuştu, bu sebeple büyük havuzlarda yetişkin olarak keyif almadım. Bu belki biraz düzenlenebilir. Ha, sizin de 11 yaş altı çocuğunuz varsa o zaman da siz çok eğlenirsiniz. İkinci yorumum animasyon ve şovlar biraz rutin, bizi oyaladı ama üst üste üç gün farklı tarz olsa da dans şov olmamalı, bence araya daha değişik aktivite konulabilir mesela sirk vardı ama sırası iyi düzenlenebilir. Sabah havuz ve deniz şezlonglarına herkes havlusunu bırakıp kahvaltıya öyle geliyor dolayısı ile boş şezlong bulmak zor geç kalırsanız. Bu bir iki konuyu abartılı düşünmeyin, genel olarak süper bir otel, lüks sayılabilecek bir ortam ve süper ilgili personel. Belek’te farklı yerlerde bu dördüncü yaz tatilim. Bir daha gelirliyim bu otele. Kesinlikle evet. Tam bir çocuklu aile oteli, çocuklu aile olarak biz çok memnun kaldık

• Will (6/5): Too many flaws to recommend at this price point - There is lots to like about this hotel. The level of cleanliness and hygiene is excellent - our room was spotless every day, the hotel communal areas were all squeaky clean and the swimming pools were of excellent cleanliness quality. I suffer really easily from ear infections and often have issues with hotel pools but not here. The water was visibly checked often and maintenance was of a very high standard. The food offerings are varied and about as good as you could possibly expect for a place trying to feed over a thousand people all day. Lunch and dinner presented lots of options from the main restaurant, a smaller poolside restaurant and a beach snack bar. The entertainment and sports team were also excellent. Daily activities were fun to join in with or watch and there was no shortage of enthusiasm from the team. The usual offerings were all present from darts and water polo to aqua fitness and yoga. The evening shows (especially those of the Limak Show Group) were genuinely excellent, particular highlights being the Greatest Showman and the Michael Jackson show. Pool space was easy to come by. Premium spots still require an alarm in the morning to go and place towels but even if you had a lie in, there were still plenty of sunbeds available around the many pools. Staff overall were excellent, attentive, polite and helpful (with a couple of exceptions - see later section.) The beach was lovely, again lots of sunbeds, decent water quality and a variety of watersports and activities on offer if you wish to partake. The acid test for my wife and I for this question is 'Would we return to this hotel?' and unfortunately the answer is no. During our stay our 4 year old daughter became ill (absolutely not any fault of the hotel) and we required to see the on site hotel 'Nurse'. The medical room stated that the nurse was available from 9am so we waited outside the door at about 8.55am. By 9.15 there was no sign of the nurse so I went to reception to ask for help. The staff there told me that 9am was incorrect (even though it is clearly stated on the nurse's door) and that the nurse would arrive at 10am. Our daughter was in some discomfort but not in a life threatening situation so we waited. At 10 am still no sign of anyone. By 10.15 I was getting pretty irate and asked to see some management to get some help. A guest relations manager arrived and she was unable to get a nurse either. Eventually the hotel nurse rolled up at 10.35 and he was very clearly hungover. He did not speak to us, he did not look at our daughter, he did not check her temperature, heart rate or blood pressure (basics even a non medical person knows). The level of service from this individual was rude, negligent and unacceptable. His only action was to ring a hospital car to take us to the local hospital. If I had have known this I could have done it myself 90 minutes earlier. The second issue for us was the vast majority of the hotel clientele. I will not be naming nationalities, but if you value politeness, smiling, manners, waiting your turn, personal space and the chance of making holiday acquaintances then this is not the place for you. However if you don't mind surly faced guests, rudeness, pushing in and a lack of respect for other people then book here now. Lastly, some odd hotel management decisions. Ice cream parlour doesn't open till 2pm (at this point every kid in the hotel is gagging for an ice cream). Kids pool and slides all close at 12.30 until 14.

The bathroom exhaust was not working when I complained someone cane but nothing was done about it till 2 days and then I complained again they upgraded us but the exhaust was not working in new room as well.
