- Verified traveler (6/5): 値段だけ見ないように - 値段が値段なので、本当に寝るだけでOKという方にだけオススメできます。 1人スタッフで日本語を話せる方が1人います。 ベッドは倒れるんじゃないかというくらいキシキシ音がなります。布団も羽が沢山とび出ていました笑 シャワーがありましたが、お湯はほぼ出ず、チョウバエが何匹も壁に止まっていました。wifiも部屋まではあまり届かない為、帰ったから寝るまではずっと共用スペースで過ごしていました。

The front desk people where very friendly, also provided suggestion on places to go and there is even a restaurant next to the hostel provide great food definitely worth trying.

La pulizia lascia molto a desiderare, puzza costante nel bagno e nel complesso locali igienici carenti. Di contro come lati positivi reception presidiata h24 e ottima posizione vicino la stazione Termini dalla quale si può raggiungere tranquillamente a piedi il centro urbano.

- Arturo (8/5): Best Bang for Your Buck - The front-desk stuff was super friendly and the price was fair for what they offered. The only downside is the people you will be rooming with, which is a hit-or-miss. My stay and my fellow hostel mates were very nice people overall, except for one rude guest that would disturb the tranquility in the room. The hostel is clean, very close to Termini Station, about a five-minute walk, and one of the cheapest in the area. It is a hostel so do not expect more than a bed and some sheets. For me it was not a problem, since I prefer to bring my own toiletries and towels when I travel.

Sucio, y al decir sucio no digo que te encuentres una mota de polvo en un mueble, había bichos en las paredes, suelo lleno de pelos, inodoro lleno de sangre y orina, ducha llena de cal y todo oxidado, podría tirarme una hora y no terminar. Nos hicieron volver a pagar la habitación que ya habíamos pagado a través de Expedia, ya que eran las 10 de la noche y no teníamos donde ir. A la mañana siguiente llamámos a Expedia y nos cambiaron de Hotel. Lo peor que hemos visto en nuestra vida, las imagénes no tienen nada que ver con lo que es. No vayan!!
- Kiki (4/5): Overall it's not worth it. - The hostel is terrible, we booked for a 4 person dorm private and the system booked 4 persons in 1 bed (We were informed later that it was a server error although it got us 800€ out of budget). We were supposed to stay here because it was cheap but that didn't happen. The manager saw the mistake but did not contact us or hotel.com, he only informed us when we arrived at the hostel. The rooms are dirty and a lot of things were damaged and 3 out of 4 that stayed there got rushes all over our bodies from the filthy beds. The overall room and bathroom are badly maintained with a shower head that has really low pressure and most of the times not hot water. The shower has molds around it. On our last day I asked them not to come in the room for cleaning as I needed to put cream on the rushes so I needed to be in underwear but they ignored me and walked in the room while I was in. The manager is the only one that keeps the place together. They offered to change our room but as I saw from other reviews more people had the same problem and I refused in hopes to save the last person from getting rushes. They paid for the pharmacy as we needed to buy antihistamines and creme with cortisone for the rushes and refunded one night. The only good thing is that is close to metro and buses.

- Céline (2/5): Aubege que je préfère oublier - Manque de propreté, surtout au niveau des sanitaires et de la chambre. Concernant la douche : ça a varié entre débit faible, eau froide et pas d'eau du tout. !!! Punaises de lit !!! J'avoue ne pas avoir osé tester le petit dejeuner.
- L. (2/5): Gros manque de propreté - Le prix de la chambre est beaucoup trop élevé et l’état est déplorable. Le sol du dortoir n’avait pas été lavé avant notre arrivée, il y avait des taches et des crasses partout. Les murs n’étaient pas propres non plus, tout comme les draps sur lesquels il y avait des taches de sang. En effet, le sang provenait des punaises de lit qui se sont appropriées les matelas. En ce qui concerne la salle de bain, elle est correcte mis à part le jet d’eau un peu faible, l’absence d’eau chaude et le matin où nous nous sommes retrouvés sans eau. Le personnel est sympathique contrairement au propriétaire qui essaye d’entourlouper ses clients. L’auberge n’est absolument pas à conseiller. Pour 20 euros la nuit par personne un autre hébergement propre est trouvable.

- シニア佐藤 (6/5): テルミニ駅に近いItro特急・地下鉄・バスの交通便利 - テルミニ駅に近く100m交通手段は最高です。 ホステルは、コスト的にも普通の一般的な授業員の対応と設備。２４時間入口open、ｽﾀｯﾌ勤務は便利。大きいテルミニ駅構内での食堂は、ﾚｽﾄﾗﾝという感じしない、ﾋﾞｭｯﾌｪｽﾀｲﾙもあり、おいしく何でもあり、250ccワインの赤白多種あり、値段も安く手ごろ一杯気楽に飲めて、豪華なもの食べれるしチップも無いし。10時～20時。ｽﾊﾟｰﾏｰｹｯﾄCOOP等もあり、４日間朝食用ミルク、おやつ、果物含め日本並みの安ｽｰﾊﾟｰ買い物して、一部のお土産まで済ませてしまった。

En una cama de DOS plazas, un cubrecama de UNA plaza, y eso era todo. Mala atención, no fueron capaces de prestarnos un adaptador para cargar el móvil.. y tenían. Teníamos que imprimir un ticket de embarque y nos cobraron por imprimir 2 hojas. Consultabas donde estaba el centro y te contestaban de mala manera. PESIMO EN TODO SENTIDO. PESIMO!

The staff I got to interact with was extremely friendly and they helped me when I had questions about the city. The room was acceptable but then again the price is not bad. The noise was really my main concern.

E non aggiungo nulla sulle condizioni complessive di questa pseudo struttura. Considerando che avevo già pagato la prenotazione, forse qualcuno dovrebbe prendere in considerazione l'ipotesi del rimborso.

Terribilmente sporco, le serrature delle porte erano addirittura rotte e personale terrificante non siamo riusciti neanche a scambiare una parola perche nessuno parlava italiano! E chiariamo che questo hotel si trova a Roma e non all'estero. Ce ne siamo andati immediatamente! E oltre tutto non ci avevano assolutamente avvertito che non saremmo stati gli unici in quella camera, anzi ci hanno proprio detto che avremmo avuto più spazio proprio perché la camera era più grande del necessario! Rivoglio immediatamente tutti i soldi che ho versato!!! Dovreste: oltre che vergognarvi, proprio chiudere!!!

- D (2/5): - Direkt am Bahnhof. Ansonsten Null Komfort. Rezeption im 1.OG, Zimmer auch im 2.OG, Aufzug ist nicht für Hotelgäste nutzbar. Extrem hellhörig. Wenn man in Rom nur feiern will und mit drei Promille morgens ins Bett fällt ist das evt. Nicht so schlimm, nüchtern aber eine Zumutung.

- Verified traveler (2/5): 제발 제발 가지마세요 - 제발 가지마세요 진짜. 너무 불친절해서 2박 예약했다가 하루만 자고 나왔습니다. 겨울에 이용했는데 방에 난방이 고장나 첫날밤 덜덜 떨면서 자고 아침에 내려가서 사정을 설명했더니 상당히 불쾌하게 응대하면서 자기가 출근하자마자 일을 시킨다느니 자긴 이걸 고치는사람이 아니라 프론트 직원이니까 본인이 해줄 수 있는 건 기술자한테 연락해주는것 뿐이라며 언제 연락이 되고 몇시쯤 고치러 와줄수 있는지도 얘기해주지 않았습니다. 그리고 여긴 호텔이 아니라 호스텔이니까 제가 더 이해를 해야된다고, 한국에서는 이런 일이 없냐며 도리어 따지더라구요. 빈 방이 없다고 방도 못 바꿔준다고 거짓말을 하는데, 전 날에 빈 방이 있는걸 확인했었기 때문에 더 화가 났습니다. 제발 제발 제발 가지마세요 ㅠㅠ
- Alejandro (4/5): Ugh - Though they “just installed” the water heater for our room, I had to keep asking for help to get the hot water to work. Was told over and over again “just push the button, it’s new”. They ran out of towels upon my arrival so I had to go buy some at the shop next door, double what the hostel charged. Second to last day we were informed of another shower that we could have used this entire time. Location was conveniently close to Termini; but no lift access. I wouldn’t stay here again.

- Verified traveler (6/5): Let Down. - Reception was lovely! Hostel wasn't. We arrived and there was no water in the entire building after a long day travelling all you want to do is have a nice shower but it was impossible with the water issue and what service fee are we paying when there is no service up to standards. Over all if you want a bed to sleep on then that's fine but if you want the extras that you pay for it would go elsewhere.

- Verified traveler (4/5): Wouldn't use again - Customer service at the front desk on arrival and departure was poor and staff were rude on all occasions we had contact with them, mostly distracted and dismissive. The lift in the building is unable for use for customers of this establishment and reserved for other guests in the same building. The room was mostly clean and hygienic although in a state of disrepair and hurried upgrading. An open fuse box underneath the sink with exposed wires doesn't look particularly safe. Overall, very noisy and a disturbed 2 nights were spent here, so much we considered moving on the first day but as you can expect reasonably priced accommodation was already full.

- Tyler (6/5): Below average hotel, great staff - The hotel is in a great location, close to Termini station. This makes getting around Rome really easy. However, the hotel itself is kinda grimy, and the Wi-Fi is spotty. My toilet stopped working on friday, and no one came to look until Monday. The shower head had a build up of calcium or something that prevented a steady stream of water from coming out. There was a desktop computer in the room, but it did not have an Ethernet cord so was not connected to the internet. The staff was pleasant and friendly, but were clearly lazy.

It is closed to Termini train station with its metro station linked with the most important touristic destinations in the city. It's also clean and the services inside are cheap!!!!!!!!!!!! a cup of coffee is only 1 euro!!!!!!! I do recommend it for people with limited budget! Enjoy the beauty of Rome!!!!!
- jacqui (4/5): Shabby and un maintained - The photos make it look good. It has zero charm and the kitchen is disgusting and doesn't have most basic things like a coffee maker, or a kettle. Everything about the hostel looks dirty and needs fixing or a renovation. It's not rustic, it's unmaintained and uncared for. I stayed in a 4 person dorm with ensuit bathroom. The room is small and other than 2 bunk beds and a small table it's unfurnished, no clothes storage or lockers or lamps. Zero decor. The shower handle was broken off and every time you flush the toilet a strong sewer odour crept through the room. Staff was okay but un attentive and not very helpful. You pay 3 euros for bed sheets and 10 euro deposit for your room key. Bed linens were at least very clean and seemed pretty new. And the hostel lobby and restaurant area is cleaned up and chic. After you leave the 1st floor though all the charm disappears. No major problems so I wouldn't say don't stay there but stay if you only need a bed to crash in. This is not the place you want to hang out at or that you will enjoy being at. Most suitable for solo travellers.
- Mohd (4/5): There is nothing good about this hostel - There is nothing good about this hostel except its location. 1.Poorly maintained room with no wifi. It was 8 beds per room while booking but they put us in a room with 10 beds. 2.One poorly maintained small washroom for around 30-40 guys/gals on a floor. Shower was also not working properly. 3. After charging the room rent and taxes , they overcharged for the bedsheet. 4. No iron in room or anywhere.
- Verified traveler (4/5): OK hostel, needs a bit of work - We stayed for one night. The wifi is only in the common room, which only has uncomfortable garden furniture in it and looks a bit like a hospital waiting room. The kitchen could do with a good clean and include more cooking utensils. The beds are very preloved, sag in the middle and creak if you think about moving! The bathroom needs a bit of work, it looks like it used to be a nice bathroom.
- Verified traveler (2/5): All the bathrooms in poor conditions... - Just stayed one night. Didn't shower because all the showers were very deteriorated. The floor was wet, like they didn't cleaned it for 1 week. They just offer a good bed. They lack of personal staff.
- Vanessa (10/5): Really nice place! - It's a nice hostel. Nice rooms and really clean. The people working is pretty friendly and will give you information about things to do around the City. I highly recommend it!
- GhaziUSA (6/5): Perfect location - If you're only staying a day or 2, this hostel is perfect for you. 5 minutes from the train staion, 2 minutes from the airport bus shuttle. The stuff is very helpful. The only downside is the overall conditions (showers, kitchen, rooms), that's why the rating for this place is just 2.5!
- Verified traveler (2/5): Very disappointed. - I stayed here to save 40 euro (was staying in another hotel with my gf but she left earlier) and deeply regret that decision. There was no wifi in the rooms. There were no outlets near the beds. Although it was 35-40 celsius outside there was neither AC nor a fan in the room. The shower was shared for about 20 people and was filthy. For the extra 40 euro I could've stayed in a private room nearby for my 3 day stay. As well this hotel felt unsafe as there was no security between each floors and it is in Termini area. Overall my suggestion is this hostel is not worth the money you might save. For its low quality it is VERY overpriced.
- NOWZED (2/5): not comfortable - It's bad nights,,,the air condition not working probably,,No enough water in shower,,the bed springs make marks in body ,,No shampoo or soap ,No fridge in room ,,No wifi
- Verified traveler (4/5): Look for another hostel - Wifi is only in the main area, and is poor to say just at this place. Room was not what I booked and service was extremely poor. Didn't even get a key to my own room.
