Guest Reviews
- Mary (5/5): - Hot tub out of service upon arrival.
- Julie (4/5): disappointed that the hot tub was not functioning - The pool is nice but the hot tub was closed and disgusting looking that it was advertised that there was a hot tub and it is not in working order
- Rui (9/5): -
- Morris (7/5): -
- BARTLETT (9/5): - Staff and clean Breakfast
- Lori (10/5): I had a great stay. It was quiet so sleeping wasn’t a problem!! - How friendly the staff is and it’s close to everything!!! How it advertises hot tub and a sauna and it’s all broken!!!
- Patrick (10/5): Nice place to stay if your fishing out of Hampton harbor - Quiet clean comfortable affordable in a nice location close to the fishing boats. Coffee was ready in the morning at 3:30! Staff is friendly and they aren’t foreigners. you can understand them when they talk to you. Wish the hot tub was working would be a nice way to relax after a long day fishing
- Garcia (7/5): - The bed was super comfortable. I like that they had a pool. Very close to restaurants and pharmacies and grocery store walking distance I did not like that they didn't have the jacuzzi working. Also the elevator kept getting stuck with my bad foot I had to walk down the stairs a few times but other than that it was good
- Julissa (7/5): -
- And (10/5): -
- Mark (8/5): Good for the price - Comfy beds Hot tub and sauna didn’t work
- LISA (7/5): -
- Brunelle (6/5): It was a good stay besides the loud person on their phone at 2 in the morning! - I sleep there then either go to work or go fishing so I don't get to enjoy breakfast
- Ivan (3/5): Not safe to stay - It was clean Hot tub didn’t work, swimming pool barely warm.
Woke up at 3 am some drunk guests started fighting and screaming, hotel manager and owner did nothing to help. We wasn’t feeling safe and decided to leave.
Poor housekeeper lady was trying to calm them down I suggest over the phone to call the police but I don’t think owner was willing to solve it anyhow. Hopefully everything is ok with her.
- Beth (1/5): We never ended up staying because they booked me a room that was not available. - Nothing, because the hotel screwed up and had me reserve a room through booking.com when they had no rooms available. so 2 hours later the hotel called and said sorry but we have no rooms available and that I had to contact booking,.com to get my money back.
So the hotel approved the refund without charging me any fees because it was their mistake not mine. But I know have to wait 7-12 business days to get my money back, which is almost $400 which is a lot of money. So me and my husbands Valentines day was ruined and we couldn't even go and stay anywhere else because all our money went into this reservation. My husband saved this money just for Valentines Day and you ruined it and now we have to wait for OUR MONEY back.
And the worst part is, is that I called the hotel prior and the man said initially that they had the room available. I called back 2 minutes later and he said it was booked and said that someone probably booked it through the website, Booking.com, in that 2 minutes.
So I went on Booking. Com and it said it was available and was going to let me book it. So, I called the hotel back and the man said that he double checked 3 times and that in fact he made a mistake and the room was available and just book it through the website. So I booked it. Like I said they called 2 hours later to cancel.
If the hotel employee did his job and tried to book my reservation through the hotel, he would then have noticed that in fact there were no rooms available and we wouldn't be waiting 7-12 business days to get our money back.
So, thank you for nothing and a bigger thank you for ruining our Valentine's Day.
I really needed just one night away because we can never get away because both our kids are on the spectrum and it's nearly impossible to get a sitter. I barely sleep because my son doesn't and I got my hopes up for nothing.
So, needless to say, I will never make reservations at your hotel and affiliates and I will never use Booking.Com... - Karen (5/5): - It’s not what it used to be. The hot tub is not working, no more continental breakfast, pillows were flat and hard, bathroom ceiling was pealing. I won’t be back.

- Kenny (8/5): -
- Best (7/5): - Easy check in. Nice facility and staff
- Maurizio (7/5): - Stanza ampia e pulita. Staff molto gentile e chiaro nelle spiegazioni. Alcune zone dell'hotel erano datate ed avrebbero bisogno di essere rinnovate.
- Sidi Mohammed Amine (10/5): -
- Bernie (7/5): -
- Richards (7/5): -
- Ruotao (8/5): -
- Kathleen (9/5): -
- Connie (6/5): Probably won't stay there again - Location, decent coffee Staff announced my room number in front of another group checking in, the room didn't have an extra lock (chain lock, security lock), common areas (lobby, back stairway from parking area, pool room) could have been cleaner, no breakfast items besides coffee, disappointed because it had reviews that made me expect better
- Kristen (8/5): -
- Ben (8/5): - Fine place to stay the night. Easy to check-in, friendly staff. Room was small. Nice to have coffee in the morning, looks like they used to offer breakfast but not anymore. The heating was a little weird, it would get very warm in the room quickly if we didn't have AC on. Got the job done for one night
- Brian (7/5): -
- Nora (8/5): Comfy and affordable with nice staff. - Great location off the highway.
- Charles (10/5): - Very friendly staff!
- Dominique (8/5): -
- Sara (10/5): - Clean room.
- Anisa (8/5): - The front desk attendant was friendly, explained things clearly. Everything was clean, room was spacious enough. There's coffee, but wish there was still breakfast offered. The AC unit in our room 210, was very loud and vibrated when on AC, putting it on fan mad it so the vibrating wasn't there.
- jan (9/5): - The time of year. The location. The employees are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are very clean. Love the hot tub and pool. Nothing
- Cooper (8/5): -
- Chris (8/5): - This was a clean well run facility. I wish the room next door wasn’t up talking and goofing around until 1 a.m., but that’s not an issue with the hotel.
- Alina (4/5): - The hotel was not worth the price. Old and not clean. Hot tub was a bit too hot. The water in the pool was not clean.
- Jessica (10/5): Great location, and perfect size room. - The location was great. The room was the perfect size.. bed was comfy. There was garbage under the bed, lots of dust and dirt around. Definitely could be cleaned more through before guests arrive.
- Jade (8/5): Adorable stay close to Hampton and Sailsbury Beaches - The room was nice, staff were nice. Decent place if you’re traveling or just staying a night. Nothing. It was a good one night stay
- Adams (10/5): -
- Brock (6/5): - No one was manning the counter upon arrival and had to wait awhile to check in. Someone was banging on hallway doors in the middle of the night.
- Steffi (8/5): - Praktische Unterkunft für 2 Tage.
Einkauf in Supermarkt "Hannaford" unmittelbar nebenan möglich.
Parkplätze ok.
Ruhige Lage nachts.
- Lisa (8/5): - Pool and hot tub dated and felt like I needed a shower after. Strong chlorine smell made my eyes water. The walls are very thin. You can hear your neighbors. Had a bit of a closed up smell. Would be nice if the black out curtains went to the ceiling. The room was still bright. Room was clean and the staff was accommodating. Check in and out was easy. Located near fun things to do.
- Perez (7/5): -
- Patrick (10/5): - Clean quiet well maintained. Good location. Reasonable price. They told me coffee and breakfast at 6. Told him ide already be gone by 5:30. He made a note and there was coffee on and ready for us at 5:00 am! Totally fisherman friendly
- Ronald (9/5): -
- Laura (10/5): - Very nice
- Judy (10/5): - Always stay here.
- Terry (8/5): - The people that walk there were amazing. They stayed all night and were great. The only thing I didn’t like I think the hot tub in the pool had too many chemicals in it.
- Stephen (8/5): - It was a room. Got good rest person at the desk was nice parking was a little tight all in all OK in my book.
- Betsy (8/5): - The property was slightly shabby but fairly clean.
- Fabien (6/5): - Pas trop cher
Restaurant mexicain juste à côté, bon et pas cher Pas de machine à café dans la chambre,
Le jacuzzi avait une odeur bizarre et le sauna était froid, impossible de le mettre en marche
- Sherif (8/5): -
- Erik (10/5): - As usual, John was great with his assistance upon checking in and helping with the area layout. Other staff were pleasant and helpful. I enjoy this place over some of the others nearby due to cleanliness, staff, location, & how easy it is.
- Linda (6/5): - Old and dirty looking inside, always had to lift toilet tank cover and manually lift plunger so toilet would flush. Shower was awful and bathroom floor sticky.
Night staff was friendly, day staff couldn’t be bothered to say a word when spoken to.
No, breakfast. Coffee and hot water area were lack, nothing in vending machines.
- Thea (6/5): - Not a terrible place, but wouldn’t recommend. Pretty run down and a bit dirty. The pool and hot tub are really showing their age, rugs are work, paint chipped. The stay was fine. It was quiet, we had a no problems, I just wouldn’t go there again.
- Jeffrey (4/5): - The gentleman at the front desk was super kind, personable and helpful. Great interactions with staff. So my comments are more on management and overall upkeep. Empty vending machines and old equipment that didn’t work or serve a purpose. Felt kind of deserted. Kinda old and dingy vibe. The room was actually ok, but I would not come back.
- Gonelli (9/5): -
- Bruce (6/5): - Very basic. Coffee was awful. No hot water for tea. No vending. Noisy air conditioner.
- Joanne (3/5): - The hotel and staff were great. Unfortunately I was charged a refundable $50.00 charge from hotel which I never received. Also, was charged twice, for same room, with different prices. No refunds given and will book directly with hotel from now on! Very disappointed and out money too! NEVER AGAIN WILL I USE THIS SERVICE!!! Read above
- Dashawn (10/5): - Friendly staff, no more than 10 minutes away from the beach, nice pool and overall nice
- John (8/5): - The pool and jacuzzi were most enjoyable. Great location for our needs. Small elevator and vending machines on our floor were out of order.
- Alkurdi (10/5): -
- Nancy (7/5): We are return summer customers - Location. Restaurants, grocery, gas. Only a few miles to beach Price
- Jill (10/5): Great place to stay for the money. - So pleased to stay at this motel. It was a nice surprise. The hot tub was great even though it needs to be replastered terribly. It was clean and nice after days of traveling and hiking. The only issue was our room AC was very noisy which made it hard to sleep. But we would stay again and in fact there was another couple that come to this place every year checking in which verified it’s a great place to stay. If you’re fine with a clean but not quite updated place give it a go.
- Lori (10/5): - Hot tub & pool and the late hour to use it.
- Richard (6/5): - Nice hotel for the price but a little run down. Good location but noisy air conditioners
- Heather (8/5): Good stay - Good stay. A bit outdated. Curtains and floors were dirty. Cleaned up a small water spill with a white towel and it came up black. Carpets should be replaced to a more safe and clean flooring. Towels were not soft and showers should be updated.
- Eric (10/5): - The WiFi service can be improved...
- Tamika (10/5): - It was great however it needs better WiFi service....
- Kristin (10/5): - Clean rooms friendly sraff
- James-William (10/5): - We go there since I’m a kid. It’s always a pleasure to come back to the Hampton Inn. Sam and his team are excellent.
- Laurie (10/5): - Staff was very nice
- Jennifer (6/5): It was alright with some minor issues** - When we opened the window on the third floor, there was no screen. Dangerous. Just a pin holding it in place. There was no remote for the television so my daughter and I got to watch baseball as our only choice. Also the blow dryer did not work at all. People were nice, seemed busy. Also the parking was a little difficult to maneuver, but there was plenty of places to park.
- Greg (5/5): -
- Charlanne (8/5): -
- Ann (10/5): Great stay at a great hotel! - Great location, big room. Close enough to the beach, but far enough to be away from the busy area. Best hot tub in a hotel we've ever visited and loved it being open later than normal. No complaints
- Alex (10/5): - A littl
