- Paul (3/5): Yuk - Bed was comfy Didn’t have a shower because First the tub portion of the shower was not cleaned ( hair , soap scum around bottom of tub). Rubbed off with wet paper towel. And NO hot water. Ran water for 5 min and still cold. Electrical outlets would not even hold a phone charger in they fall out. Worn out
- Sue (8/5): - Perfect for a work trip stopover outside of the city. Spotless and owners are very kind.

- Verified traveler (4/5): - My experience was quite unpleasant. Room smelt moldy and damp around area behind little drawer by the head of the bed and bed lining was stained. In addition, the front office had a strong unpleasant smell. It might be a good idea to air out that space and deodorise in addition.
I'm glad my stay wasn't for long.
- Carly (8/5): - Good experience. Clean.
- Patrik (9/5): -
- Tracy (10/5): - The property is under some renovations which is great. The staff were very nice and accommodating. It was a great stay for an overnight on our way home. Would definitely stay again!
- Vanderbeck (4/5): -
- George (5/5): - Owner was great Room smelled moldy
- mike (6/5): - Friendly staff, clean room, loud road traffic.
- Edgar (6/5): - Out dated
- Noyce (8/5): -
- Birgit (7/5): -
- James (10/5): - Ok
- Sheila (8/5): Good for a short overnight stop - Village Inn& suites was a good place for an overnight stop. The beds were comfortable. The bathroom facilities adequate and the parking of course was right in front of the room. There are a pizza hut and Tim Hortons a short drive down the road so quick food was possible for dinner and breakfast. One bonus too was that since we were headed west, we could just stay on that old Highway 17 which cuts across and rejoins the new TransCanada Highway 17 rather than backtracking into Sudbury to continue on our journey.
The supplemental charge for our two small dogs was also reasonable. Also, there was a nice grassy area in the back of the motel where we could throw the ball for the dogs. It was right on the highway so there was some traffic noise but really not unreasonable.
- Sandra (8/5): No problems - Na Extra chair quieter bathroom fan
- Sandra (2/5): - Cannot get receipt from them property and from expedia. I need for travel grant. Will not recommend or use either of you again. Cant get wxpedia page. Keeps saying not available
- James (10/5): - Place was nice. Nice tub. We were only staying long enough to snowmobile. Fit the ticket. Plenty of parking for the trailer
- Rosanne (10/5): - It's like home
- Robert (10/5): - We really like this place for snowmobile trips. Its not a fancy place, just has what you need and the stafff are really trying
- Evelyn (8/5): One of a kind country morel - The rooms need updating. It was difficult to find outlets to chage our electronics and the towels were skimpy. The beds and bedding were very comfortable.
- Cheryl (4/5): Should go camping instead - The bed was comfy Didnt like all the traffic going at night, people going in and out the rooms all night driving crazy in parking lot .
The room was cold the heat wasent working properly and the water was cold took very long for water to heat up to have a shower
- Kody (7/5): Good -
- Allan (6/5): For one night stay on way through town was good value foot price. Wouldn’t use it for long term stay - N/A Size of room was a little small.
- Jonathan (10/5): Great for a nights rest - KB was a great host, very informative. Rooms were just what we needed for a few hours off the road.
- James (4/5): - Although the attendant was very nice, the room was ice cold, the water would not get warm ever, and the beds were next thing to cement slabs.
- Janice (7/5): Pretty good place for a pretty good price. - Front desk staff was helpful when I could not get the heating unit working. Solid door with good locks. Hair dryer provided. Bathroom was very clean. Good value for me and my pet. The lobby area smelled of moth balls.
- Carol (6/5): - Good spot to stop . Clean and comfortable , friendly service.
Good food places nearby and close to highway when travelling across Ontario
- L. (8/5): Very good - Quiet. Helpful staff. The little freezer compartment in the fridge needed to be defrosted. Otherwise, no complaints.
- Sandy (7/5): Easy quick stop - Clean, comfortable, good value, friendly On hiway. Noise not too bad though
- Verified traveler (2/5): Bed bugs and stench - stay away at all costs - Traumatizing experience - my kids and I woke up to bed bugs crawling on the bed sheets. Sure enough, there were multiple bite marks on our bodies. I should have turned around and left the minute I smelt the stench of the reception/office and the room itself. Unfortunately, it was too late that day to find another place. We've been having problems sleeping since then, can't shake that horrible night off.
- Ralph (8/5): Very good - Late checkin
- Michel (8/5): Very good -
- Jim (3/5): Poor -
- Moran (2/5): Very poor -
- Christine (9/5): A great stay in a very convenient location - The person checking us in was very friendly and helpful. Our unit was sparkling clean! Nothing
- J (6/5): Pleasant -

- Annette (8/5): Clean & Comfortable! - Right off the highway, quiet, clean, comfortable and excellent value for the money. Short driving distance for meals. Very friendly staff and our pup was welcome!
- Burland (9/5): Superb -
- Jeannine (8/5): - Very good accommodations although the pillows were hard. Kind of wondered what we were getting ourselves into when we first drove up to it. The property and surrounding areas looked old and unsafe but room was very nice. And area ended up being safe. It’s just located in an older town. (Lively)
- M.l (8/5): Very good -
- Spencer (10/5): Great hotel for travellers - Rooms are reasonably sized, and clean with decent amenities. They are pet-friendly and just off the highway for travellers looking to avoid the city.
- Catherine (10/5): - Great price and great stay.
- Cory (10/5): - Owner is very welcoming and friendly and cares a lot about the guests stay.

- Keith (7/5): a place to sleep and travel on -
- Stephan (8/5): Very good -
- Robert (6/5): - Property had been remodeled from an old motel. Good job. Located on a busy road and a 2 am train route. The room however smelled terrible of smoke even though it was a non-smoking room. Close to where we needed to be. A few hidden charges which I was unaware of. Overall it fit our needs.
- Cristina (5/5): Passable - I can not say I like something The room was smelling a truck in my parking spot. . Dated room. Bad lights
- Cyril (8/5): Very good -
- Deborah (8/5): Very good -
- Blair (8/5): - Friendly staff
- Evelyn (10/5): - Very clean & quiet motel.
- Marlene (9/5): Pleasant , friendly, clean and comfortable - Very convenient and parked in front of our room!
Easy access
Tim Hortons close by
Breakfast included- very good It was all good
- Charles (6/5): Pleasant - Very out of date but clean and comfortable. Price too high for 1-star property.
- Jodi (6/5): - Convenient location, very friendly staff, the room was generally clean and comfortable. There was a used washcloth hanging in the shower that housekeeping had missed taking away, and there was only a partially used roll of toilet paper with no spare, so could have been a bit more attention to detail. But I would stay here again.
- Happy (7/5): Adequate for a one night stay. - This is an old strip motel that has remodeled. The room was clean. There was new ceramic tile in the bathroom and new flooring in the bedroom. The beds were comfortable. It was an adequate place for a one night stay. The bathroom is very small and had an odd odor. The parking lot was seriously cracked and rutted.
- Ann (7/5): Good value for short stay, 1/2 the price of many Sudbury places - Good location for us west of Sudbury although close to the highway. However, traffic was light after 6 pm and A/C drowned out traffic sounds. Bathroom setup was spacious and the sinks, tub and toilet areas were very clean. Bathroom had clearly been updated. The room had a microwave, fridge and a simple coffee maker. The manager was friendly and helpful with a minor wifi issue. Beds in our room were doubles, not queens, so a bit more snug than I prefer for two adults sharing. The place doesn't have much "curb appeal." No restaurant next door or close though there are three restaurants, a Tim's and a grocery store about a 5-minute drive away. Turn right (east) and then left (north) at the first traffic light and you'll see a small commercial area with Tim's, two gas stations, several convenience stores, pharmacy, liquor store, bank etc.
- David (7/5): Okay. - Friendly owner/staff. Room had strong bad smell.
Sheets yellow from age or not washed well.
- Kathryn (10/5): - The only thing need a guide in the room for the TV how to start and get channels.. we had to get the desk clerk to help
- Jacqueline (8/5): everything you need - Basic motel- nothing fancy. it was a clean room, comfy bed. it had everything i needed- fridge, microwave, and wi-fi. The staff at the front desk seemed very nice
- Gail (10/5): - Close to highway ! But definitely clean room
- Natalie (8/5): - Room was fine for a one night stay. Very noisy being beside a busy road.
- Alexander (6/5): short trip - The staff is super friendly.
- George (10/5): Exceptional -
- Ali (10/5): - Nice and clean room. Friendly staff. I would come here again.
- Steven (8/5): - No comfortable seating other than a desk chair.
- Anonymous (8/5): Very good -
- Ann (9/5): I wasn't they much, good clean rooms, friendly staff. - Upgrade was a blessing to me. Friendly staff. The sign in the middle of the parking lot in front of room 9, makes parking difficult.
- Kdj2000 (7/5): Good for a quick overnight on long drive. - Just fine for a quick night's sleep on a very long drive across Canada. Check in was easy. Room was comfortable and clean.
- Gladys (10/5): Exceptional -
- Susan (10/5): - Bare bones, but clean with the essentials. Fellow at the front desk was super friendly and helpful.
- James (10/5): Exceptional -
- Jean (8/5): great place to stay enroute. - basic but with fridge and microwave, clean, comfortable, courteous and kind staff. bathtub was slippery!
- Lynne (5/5): Passable - Great to get on on 69 highway and bypass sudbury city Bit worn
- Charles (7/5): Pretty good - Shower was a little awkward in placement
- Bogdan (8/5): - Good stay in this property,
- Yu (8/5): Very good - When we booking at booking.com
It shows us the price is (all include). But when we pay at this inn. The owner ask add more tax on ?! We paid. but we don't happy for that?! We keep the booking page and receipt can show to you. We hope you can fix my problem. Thank you!
- Pamela (8/5): - Decent room for the price. Very friendly owners. Clean room.
- Mark (5/5): quick sleep and go - clean. close to main road dated. questionable characters hanging around.
- Rj (10/5): Exceptional - Excellent motel. All amenities. Comfortable. Very nice people running the place. Blackout shade for window. Highway noise is persistent if you're sensitive, but that didn't bother me.
- Andersen (8/5): Very good - Nice and clean, very convenient, owner is very friendly Slightly musty smell, few power outlets, nothing unexpected for an older building.
- Matthew (10/5): Nice motel - Better than expected. Room included a large fridge & ample space. Clean & comfortable.
- Alison (8/5): - Convenient stopover near the highway but some traffic noise. Friendly staff and clean room.
- Lyne (8/5): - Close to side streets to walk the dog.
- Habibullah Bahar (2/5): - Local in rural area
- Bernhard (8/5): - ok
- Ashley (10/5): Will stay again - Desk staff was super friendly. We were staying to attend for out of town surgery for our dog and on chrck out they asked how our dog fared during surgery. Room was a little crowded and some paint looked like it needed touched up but very clean. Short drive to Sudbury and Chelmsford. A few take out options within 5 minute drive. Highway can be a little loud in morning with cars driving past. Overall great value for price. Will be staying for follow up vet appointments
- Lyndsey (8/5): Basic motel with good value close to Sudbury - I was passing through the area and needed a last minute place to stay, Village Inn and Suites did the job. It’s a bit dated and the bed wasn’t the comfiest, but it was clean, the staff was friendly and the value was very good.
- Amanda (8/5): - Stayed for one night, the staff were nice and i had a comfortable sleep. Would stay there again. Good location as far as being close to stores and restaurants but not on a busy road, it was quiet.
- Liam (10/5): Good value - Friendly and helpful staff. Room was clean and kitchen well stocked with all the necessities.
- Mary (8/5): - Very comfortable stay. Only stayed 1 night because we were traveling but I recommend staying there.
