El cobro extra por 1 mascota que llevamos, ya que estuvo en la misma habitación y no se proporciono ningún artículo para su uso tal como plato, tapete para dormir, etc. No obstante nosotros llevamos sus utensilios. En otros hoteles no han cobrado ningún extra.

El servicio al cuarto es muy rápido. Cuando llegamos el cuarto no tenía shampoo ni jabón. Al bañarse en la regadera se sale el agua y moja el pasillo. Hay hormigas en el escitorio. La alfombra está muy sucia, unas cuantas pisadas descalzo y se me pusieron negros los pies. No me gustó que los de room service cargan directamente el 10% de propina sin preguntar, ni siquiera lo comentan. Se supone que es un hotel libre de humo y había varias personas fumando. En la zona de alberca no se admiten mascotas y aún así había gente con sus perros. Solo te dan una llave/tarjeta, y nosotros que traíamos varias maletas fue poco eficiente instalarnos dando varias vueltas. Debería haber algún mesero fijo en la alberca para ateneder a los clientes y no tener que estar saliendo de la alberca a usar el teléfono de servicio.

Me hubiera gustado que en recepción me informaran sobre el tipo de habitación que se me había reservado para poder decidir y disfrutar mas del hotel.

Nos hospedamos 4 personas y solo dejaron 3 toallas de baño, acudí a la recepción y me indicaron que no tenían toallas y me proporcionaron 1 de las que prestan para la alberca. Encontré 1 cucaracha en el baño.

Rosa Elena (9/5): Buen hotel para hospedarse de manera relajada con un hermoso jardín - Hospedarse en el hotel es como un oasis dentro de la ciudad con sus jardines y alberca. Tener el estacionamiento es una gran ventaja y es fácil acceder al hotel en auto desde las principales avenidas del centro de Querétaro Nos toco en la torre ejecutiva. Reportamos un olor no muy agradable en ambos elevadores. Las toallas necesitan cambiarse o bien lavarse de manera diferente ya que están rasposas.
Isaac Chavero (9/5): Siempre bueno y cumplidor, recomendable... - La ubicación es muy buena para el lugar de trabajo y lo que suelo visitar, la alberca siempre cumple con limpieza y temperatura. El servicio y atención siempre es destacable. Buena calidad de WIFI. Lo único que no me gusta es la TV, ya deberían de modernizarlas y sobre todo agrandarlas, están muy chicas y no se ven bien desde la cama.

Nos encanto la alberca ya que cuando fuimos hacia frio pero utiliza calefacción para que este caliente y aunque es pequeña el ambiente es muy acogedor. La verdad fue una grata sorpresa y volveriamos encantados. Si somos muy estrictos nuestra habitacion tenia unos temas en los acabados de las paredes, algunas grietas.

Easy to order room service also. I was in a room with a room above it and I could hear footsteps very clearly from people upstair. I'm not sure if they were stomping loudly, but it was loud for a few days at odd times like 2am.

Yolanda (10/5): FANTASTICA!!!! - Realmente desde que conocí el Flamingo Inn, ha sido mi preferido las veces que acudo a Querétaro a una cita médica. En general me gusta mucho lo relajante que es a la vista desde los jardínes, así como la comodidad y ubicación. El Restaurante excelente siempre, tanto los alimentos deliciosos, como la atención y servicio del personal. Quizá algo de ruido en la noche, dejamos una ventana un poco abierta, pienso que se debió a eso.

Fernando (10/5): Chulada de Hotel Familiar - El mantenimiento espectacular, a pesar de la edad evidente se ve super bien cuidado y limpio. Los espacios verdes muy amplio relajantes, el poder accesar a tu habitación dejando la unidad relativamente cerca por el acceso que hay en forma de privada también es bastante conveniente para las familias, alberca con agua templada una joyita para que a cualquier hora te puedas dar un chapuzon. Muy grata la visita Familiar al hotel Flamingo un poco mas de iluminación en áreas verdes con luz blanca ayudaría mas a disfrutarlos por las noches aunque entiendo que usan colores cálidos y con iluminación reducida para que el ambiente sea mas relajante y propiciar un mejor descanso.
