- Nehemias (10/5): Don't just dream, just do it! - The cabins were excellent but I would recommend only to stay one day unless, you're there to do other things. Otherwise, it's repetitive. This is my personal opinion. Staff were outstanding & attentive. The guards were friendly and provided excellent service. We stayed here for two nights. 5*

- Marvin (10/5): Pure Enjoyment - This place is amazing. Let's not talk about the Cabins. This is pure enjoyment. Its so nice you don't even wanna leave. So clean. Beds are comfortable it has a porch. Love it. You can seat out there and just enjoy the sound of the river. Beautiful all around. And the Pulhapanzak Waterfalls wow. Everyone needs to see this. AMAZING you will not be disappointed

Claimed to Expedia for refund, they said THEY COULD NOT REACH THE HOTEL FOR SEVERAL DAYS!! so they could not refund without talking to them. Never. ever pay anything in advance with expedia. And avoid this place, for all we know they are out of business already.

- Hilda (6/5): - Las instalaciones son hermosas y el lugar muy tranquilo y relajante. PERO, aquí dice que el check in es hasta las 8:00 pm. Llegamos a las 7:30 pm y ni siquiera había nadie en la entrada, así que nos atrevimos a entrar después de buen rato llamando y gritando. De noche no se ven para nada las señalizaciones, estuvimos dentro buscando las cabañas y nadie salía, hasta a los 40 minutos apareció el guardia de la entrada a indicarnos por dónde acceder (es un señor de avanzada edad que por lo visto lo tienen en muchas cosas y con demasiada responsabilidad). Nos recibieron los guardias de las cabañas (muy amables ellos). Por la mañana, al ir a la recepción, la muchacha de ahí no nos quería incluir el desayuno a pesar de que estaba incluido en el pago, estaba necia que no lo incluía y se hacía caras con otra persona del staff, después de largo rato y de mostrarle varias veces que en mi confirmación incluía el desayuno, accedió a atendernos. Estuvimos dos noches, el personal de seguridad es muy amable y atento, sin embargo los demás del staff son sumamente arrogantes y le dan prioridad a los extranjeros. Deben mejorar mucho en la atención al cliente, ya que el lugar es muy bonito pero su atención es pésima.
- Nilesh (10/5): - This is a great way to enjoy the waterfall. The zip-line gives you an amazing birds-eye view of the fall, but the best adventure is the climb down below and behind the fall. The staff are all accommodating and friendly too. And the whole resort is beautiful.

- dixie (2/5): - I've been to honduras many times. There was noone attending checking and no security posted. Noone to give a key. It was deserted. Noone was there when we came to check in around 6, and then we were stuck driving to another hotel in the dark and the rain. Which is really dangerous in honduras.

- Irvin Leonel (6/5): - Se necesita mas limpieza sobre todo en las areas publicas cerca de la cascada, alguna vigilancia permanente que ponga en rienda a los visitantes que no tienen educacion y no botan la basura en su lugar, creo que las entradas de auto deberian ser minimo con huellas de cemento o piedra, despues de tener una existencia de mas de 40 años!!

- Verified traveler (8/5): - Once you arrive at the property you become amazed at the views from the astonishing waterfall to waking up in our cabin with a river just steps away. The property is the true definition of nature and all it has to offer, the cabins are comfortable and conditioned just right. The cleanliness could be a little better, the walls, windows and baseboards has some dust. However, this was made up with their extraordinary dinning service that included all meals and all were delicious. The activities offered by the property are also great, we did the tour to the waterfall and it was the most extreme and breath taking thing I’ve done. My greatest

- Robert (10/5): - Incredible location only a few minutes walk to beautiful waterfall. Two pools and a calm river to splash around in as well. Ricardo, one of the managers, took extra care to make sure all of our meals fit our special diets. The food was delicious and made with a lot of care. The waterfall cave hike was one of the most exhilarating activity we have ever done! If you are driving there, the cabins are located in the same park as the falls.

- Maria V (4/5): Beautiful place, terrible service - The place is beautiful but the service is not good. We went there off season and the staff seem annoyed they needed to serve us. Kitchen closed before 5 pm and the food was frozen uncooked pizza and fries stuff. When we arrived the staff was eating and they saw us pulled in but my husband had to leave the car to open the gate for us. The night we were there it rained and we lost power and therefore AC; nobody check on us during the whole night. We had to move the bed because the roof of cabin 6 was leaking and we were getting wet. No one was around when we left.
