Το δωμάτιο ήταν άνετο, καθαρό και προσεγμένο, ενώ η θέα στη θάλασσα έκανε την εμπειρία ακόμα πιο όμορφη και χαλαρωτική. Οι κοινόχρηστοι χώροι ήταν περιποιημένοι και δημιουργούσαν μια ευχάριστη ατμόσφαιρα. Το προσωπικό ήταν ιδιαίτερα ευγενικό, χαμογελαστό και πάντα πρόθυμο να βοηθήσει και να εξυπηρετήσει. Η τοποθεσία του ξενοδοχείου είναι πολύ καλή, καθώς βρίσκεται ακριβώς μπροστά σε παραλία και πολύ κοντά σε ακόμη μία όμορφη παραλία. Παράλληλα, είναι σε ήσυχο σημείο λίγο έξω από το χωριό, ιδανικό για ξεκούραση και χαλάρωση. Στα αρνητικά, θα ανέφερα την έλλειψη χώρου στάθμευσης και ασανσέρ, κάτι που μπορεί να δυσκολέψει κάποιους επισκέπτες. Επίσης, το πρωινό ήταν αρκετά περιορισμένο σε επιλογές, αν και θεωρώ πως αυτό πιθανόν να οφείλεται στην εποχή και στη χαμηλή πληρότητα του ξενοδοχείου.
• Élise__C (3/5): Prestations non conformes et hygiène décevante - Vue sur la mer. J’ai séjourné dans ce logement, choisi principalement pour le jacuzzi, mis en avant dès les premières photos de l’annonce. Malheureusement, celui-ci était hors d’état de fonctionnement, et ce manifestement depuis un certain temps au vu de son état général. Le personnel a prétendu découvrir le problème en même temps que nous, affirmant qu’il fonctionnait encore deux jours auparavant. Au-delà du fait qu’il semble surprenant qu’un hôtel ne vérifie pas quotidiennement un équipement aussi central dans ses prestations, l’état du jacuzzi (voir photos) rend cette version difficilement crédible. D’après d’autres commentaires, ce n’est d’ailleurs pas la première fois qu’un tel problème se produit. Qu’une prestation puisse être défectueuse peut arriver. En revanche, le manque de transparence face au problème et l’absence totale de geste commercial sont beaucoup plus problématiques. Par ailleurs, l’hygiène de la chambre laissait clairement à désirer : frigo rempli de taches, traces sur les serviettes, douche avec présence importante de moisissures, grilles d’évacuation rouillées et couvertes de dépôts, cheveux et poils dans toute la salle de bain, ainsi qu’un abattant de toilettes sale à notre arrivée. Une expérience très décevante au regard du prix et des prestations annoncées.

• Nora (6/5): Für 1-2 Nächte auf der Durchreise ok. - Bequemes Bett und sehr gute Lage. Extrem hellhörige Zimmer. Leider keine Heizung Undine sehr dünne Decken. Mag im Sommer ausreichen aber im Frühling ist es nachts noch etwas kalt. Das Frühstück war ok, aber nichts besonderes. Das Badezimmer war leider etwas sehr schimmelig und Max. 1 qm groß.

• Thekla (9/5): Entspannung, Freundlichkeit, Meer! - Sehr nettes Personal, super schöne Aussicht beim Frühstück, dieses hat alles was man braucht, ohne übertrieben zu sein. Zum Meer sind es nur ein paar Schritte. Wir waren in der Nebensaison da, da war es auch nicht voll und daher leise. Unser Meerblick wurde leider durch ein fettes Kabel gestört. Die Dusche hat keinen Vorhang o.ä., man duscht also immer die Toilette mit und der Boden ist nass.

• Fred (9/5): Great location for a beach holiday in a very clean but basic room - Good location with sea view and really close to a beach. The room was very clean. There is a great sitting area on the roof where breakfast is served. The only real complaint for us was the lack of a water kettle in the room. The WiFi was also a little weak at times. The room we had was quite small.

• Armin (5/5): Für den Preis (eher überteuert) hätten wir mehr erwartet. - Zimmer war sehr klein. Badezimmer war sehr klein. Wenig Komfort und die gesamte Einrichtung ist deutlich in die Jahre gekommen (renovierungsbedürftig). Hotel bietet keinen Parkplatz. Nicht geeignet für Hotelgäste, deren Mobilität eingeschränkt ist. Nur Treppen, z.T. ohne Geländer. Spartanisches überteuertes Frühstück. Ganz oben auf der Dachterrasse.

Malgré un petit problème avec une chambre, le personnel a très vite réagi et nous a changé de chambre, très bien 👍 Pour le reste voir mon précédent avis. La salle de bain avec une douche vraiment trop petite, pour 2 nuits, nous nous sommes adaptés 😉

Tout cela dans un endroit très sympa, un petit village, au début d’une longue promenade en bord de mer avec divers restaurants très bons. Très belle vue, petites plages avec bar de plage à proximité très cool : « porto fino beach » et « tigali beauch ».

• Monika (10/5): Empfehlenswerter Aufenthalt - Das Hotel liegt direkt am Strand, sodass man mit dem Meeresrauschen in den Ohren wunderbar einschlafen kann. Die Zimmer sind sehr gepflegt und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Unbedingt das reichhaltige Frühstück für 10 Euro dazu buchen, das man auf der wunderschönen Dachterrasse geniessen kann.

• Геннадій (10/5): - ДУЖЕ СПОДОБАЛОСЬ: місцерозташування готеля; вид з номера на море та на гори одночасно; наявність Patio на даху; джакузі з дуже теплою водою на даху готеля, яким ми могли користуватись у зручний для нас час; готельний пляж з шезлонгами та парасольками від сонця в 10 метрах від входу в сам готель; чиста, тепла та лазурна вода в морі; дуже привітний персонал, який завжди намагається допомогти у будь яких ситуаціях; керівництво готелю, яке врятувало наш відпочинок дочекавшись нашого приїзду (з затримкою по об'єктивним причинам) десь близько опівночі і не скасувавши наш заїзд, як могли б це зробити інші; сніданки на даху з чудовим видом на усі красоти, які є навкруги; завжди чисті номери, м'які і білосніжні рушники та постільна білизна! Тобто сподобалось УСЕ. Рекомендую замовляти покращені номери з видом на море та зі сніданком - це трохи дорожче звичайного номера, але воно того вартує на всі 100% !!! Мінусів я не побачив.

• Αngelina (1/5): The worst hotel we have ever stayed in our lives - It was close to the beach, however, not near a very nice beach. Stay away, trust the other bad reviews - we didn’t and had an awful experience. Setting out the negatives below: - unhygienic room (offensive smell of urine, rust in multiple spots in the bathroom, dirt in multiple locations); - exceptionally tiny room, both my partner and I struggled to even shower and I’m a very small person; - air conditioning is leaking on to the balcony so not possible to sit outside; - the owner is not an honest and professional individual. Even booking themselves said he is a very unreasonable host, he changed his mind three times when there was an agreement already in place; - the sheets were the wrong size and as soon as you’d sit on the bed they’d be removed and you’d touching the mattress; - there was no soundproofing, you could hear every conversation and movement from every room, even people yawning! - the hot tub on the rooftop is half empty and rusty/dirty (I don’t think that anyone used it - it looked completely unusable) - we were forced to leave two nights early without a refund. I have never written a negative review before, especially in such detail, but if I can help people avoid experiencing what we did it’s definitely worthwhile.

• Adél (7/5): Great view; comfortable bed; too small bathroom; poor breakfast - The hotel is directly at the beach in a small village where there are mostly local people and Greek tourists, so it is rather calm. The view from the balcony is amazing. The room size and cleanliness is good. There is a bigger fridge in the room which is great. The bathroom is a joke. It is about 1.5 square meters with a shower, a toilet and a basin in it. The shower “cabin”is cca. 50x50 cm, so when you have a shower everything gets wet, including the room floor and the toilet paper. The buffet breakfast is on the rooftop with a very poor choice, and it is the same every morning.

• Reinhold (8/5): - Die Lage und der private Strand sind super! Frühstück auf dem Dach ist klasse. Nähe zu den Restaurants! Für große Menschen sehr kleine Betten und ein winziges Bad! Kaffee war schlecht, da Kaffeeautomat ausgefallen. Die normale Kaffeemaschiene machte leider nur kalten Kaffee und es wurde immer nur Wasser nachgefüllt so dass der Kaffee immer dünner wurde! Frühstück war ansonsten o.k.! Marmelade fehlte leider....Parkplätze gehören nicht zum Hotel und sind Glückssache....

• Derrick (10/5): - What a wonderful experience. Tyros is a must see town on the coast. Quiet, picturesque and calming. This hotel makes you feel special. 5 star service from all of their staff. The room was super comfortable with a great bed (best of 8 hotels in Greece). Daily breakfast included fresh squeezed OJ, hot rolls, fresh fruit and a nice selection of eggs, meat and cheeses. Great coffee too, all served on their roof top terrace. What a view. Will be back in the future with the grand kids. The ocean is mere feet away with an ocean front boulevard chock a block full of restaurants. Enjoyed our stay.

It is located right in front of the beach, with a lot of options for food/drink by the water. I stayed for a night so I cannot review the rest of the boutique hotel The bathroom was not as in the photos, it was very small we had to mop the water afterwards, the drain was old and dirty. the room also didn't feel very clean. Even for a night we'd like to have a nice place to sleep and shower

• James (9/5): Superb - Loved the location right on the waterfront. There was street parking available right outside the hotel and it was completely safe. Check-in was easy, no forms to fill out, and we were taken right to our room (no elevator). Fantastic view of the sea from the balcony - spent a lot of time out there! Comfortable bed, large wardrobe available to hang stuff, luggage rack, desk, fridge, chair, table - everything we needed for a couple nights. Very quiet as it was offseason (April), but I suspect it would be so even during season. Breakfast served on the rooftop with incredible views over town, sea and surrounding mountains. Lots of choices - eggs, yogurt, whole fruits, breads, sweets, veggies, sliced meats and cheese, fresh-squeezed orange juice. Excellent breakfast.

Special thanks to Vasilis for his advice and suggestions, and for the very kind assistance and information he provided so we could travel to our next destination using the local bus. Very much appreciated! We really enjoyed the second room we stayed in during our weeklong visit. It was a very bright and comfortable room with two balconies and a spacious WC with a very good standup shower stall. The bed was quite firm but we slept well. The room was quiet at night. The breakfast had a good selection of items and the staff very kindly arranged to provide whole wheat bread when we requested it. The coffee was good. We would be happy to stay here again — in a corner room — and would recommend this hotel to others. Our first room had an extremely small and cramped WC with a glass shower panel that I constantly banged into. Fortunately, two rooms with bigger bathrooms became available after two nights, and the hotel staff let us relocate into the one we preferred. It made a tremendous difference to our comfort and we appreciate the staff giving us the opportunity to change rooms. The room would have been ideal if a kettle and cups had been provided, but these were not available. The steps from street level to hotel reception and rooms can be awkward to climb if carrying large or heavy luggage. They could be a challenge for people with mobility issues.

• Arnaud (4/5): A fuir très mauvais apport qualité prix - Hôtel démodé rafraîchi à la va vite et peu propre. Déjeuner lamentable, sale. Personnel gentil mais inactif. Vaut juste un niveau deux étoiles au maximum. Douche minuscule impossible de se laver sans mettre de l’eau partout dans la salle de bain. Mauvaise ventilation générale de l’hôtel avec odeur nauséabonde. Rapport qualité prix honteux.

We went to have our breakfast ate 10.30 (the breakfast was until 11.00 hrs) and there was nothing left - when we said that a refill is needed they told us that they are about to close the buffet ! Also the balcony is very small.
• Heather (8/5): Beautiful spot. Lovely view - Beautiful location. Not hugely touristy. Sofa bed for extra person was unusable. Had to sleep 2 children and adult in double bed.
• Valerija_r (8/5): Very good - Hotel location is very nice, beach is just across the small street. Neighborhood is quiet, we slept really well. Room was tidy, nothing special, but worth the price. There are some good cafes near the hotel. Staff were polite and friendly. Overall we had a wonderful time. Bathroom is rather small, shower doesn't have any doors, so after taking a shower everything is flooded. Keep in mind, that there are no elevators and there are stairs just to get to the lobby, so if you have heavy bags or injuries it could be a con for you. Breakfast for our taste could be better, but it is served on the hotel's rooftop with a beautiful view.

• Gábor (10/5): A pearl in a hidden corner of the Peloponnesian peninsula - A wonderful town in a beautiful bay. Cozy bars, original Greek restaurants with homemade flavors. The hotel is in a perfect location on the beach, you can see the entire bay, the town, and the mountains from the roof terrace. The by is clean, lot of life in the water, perfect for snorkeling. A miracle! the rooms are comfortable, well-equipped, the staff is extremely kind. Thank you very much for the experience. The Hotel is highly recommended!!!! Thank You Hotel Paraskevas. I am sure we will come back👍🤩 the breakfast could have been more varied, but it was basically plentiful. Thank you 🙂

• Nicole (6/5): Pleasant - Really nice staff so it does pain me not to write a 5* review... Great location and the hotel has great potential but it's just a bit run down and details that would make it top are missing. Smelly bathroom from exposed drainage that evidently has not been cleaned with enough bleach and mould in the shower sealings and in between tiles, again, just needs some proper clean... This is just unacceptable. Very poor curtains that do not keep out light makes it difficult to rest in the morning Quite noisy if you are next to the reception, can even hear next door room's phone vibrating and toilet flushing.
