- George (9/5): Good stay - Position, the fact that was clean. The heated indoors swimming pool. The fact that was @3 degrees C and we did not get the booked rooms in the main building (due to some technical issues) where the sweeping pool was, but in the back building so after the swimming pool session needed to go out with the baby through the cold...however hairdryer was available. Moreover the received replacement rooms...were upgraded as a bonus for not having available our initial booked rooms.

- Cristina (9/5): Conacul arata minunat, am apreciat mult decorurile si atentia la detalii - Mi-au placut mult atentia la detalii, decorul, curatenia, vibe-ul general, faptul ca exista loc de parcare. De asemenea micul dejun a fost foarte bun, format din preparate proaspete si diversificate. Fiind cu doi copii am ales aceasta locatie in primul rand datorita piscinei interioare si a accesului la aceasta prin interior. Din pacate la fata locului am aflat ca primisem o camera cu acces exterior. Mi-ar fi placut sa fie specificat undeva ca exista ambele tipuri de camere ca sa alegem in cunostinta de cauza. La piscina interioara merg facute ceva imbunatatiri, pare din alta poveste comparativ cu restul locatiei care este absolut minunata.

- Azahara Alegría (8/5): Bien pero esperaba más - El desayuno estaba muy bueno. Dentro del precio te incluía piscina climatizada (fría para mi gusto) y spa. La habitación era amplia y contaba con terracota. El parking estaba en la puerta. Es un hotel sin ascensor y con escaleras, a tener en cuenta para personas con movilidad reducida. El mobiliario de la habitación era un poco anticuado. El baño un poco pequeño y la puerta de la ducha se salía. No pusieron agua de cortesía, propio de un 5 estrellas. La cama era de muelles, muy incómoda.

- Marius Andrei (9/5): - I liked the cosy vibe. Friendly and helpful staff. Great for families with small kids. It was paceful and quiet. Not their fault, but 5 stars rating should be changed, it’s maybe 4 as some doors need fixing, the ceiling and some walls were stained, there were very few places to sit by the pool, the half board menu was limited, we were not allowed to choose from other menu and pay the difference. Good for short stays, wouldn’t recommend it for more than a 3 nights stay. Having 5 stars, expectations are higher than normal, so in the end you tend to be a little dissappointed.

- Gabriel (6/5): - Resort was friendly and clean. The pools were nice. The beds are extremely hard and not comfortable to sleep on and the mixed alcohol options are extremely limited. The shower was very small and difficult to move around in. There was a lot of loud kids outside in the early morning which makes it hard for people to sleep who have jetlag.

Intrare dificilă Pentru a ajunge în cameră a fost nevoie să întrăm prin restaurant, sa treci prin curte, dupaia ajungi la cladire ,tot câte o treapta , destul de stramt cand mergi cu multe bagaje si copii . 2. Mult praf Prima dată când am urcat scarile spre dormitor se vedea praful si parul de pe scari, la fel si pe lampă si pe capatâiul canapelei . 3. Fara posibilitatea de a aerisi camera. Sus erau doar trei mini veluxuri pe care noi nu am resit sa le deschidem. Daca esti o persoana caruia ii place lumina si aerul curat , nu recomand . 4. Priza la baie inexistenta, iar alta oglinda în camera nu este ( cam imposibil sa iti faci parul cu placa ) 5. Am mers spre zona de bucatarie si am cerut sa mi se încalzeasca o sticluta de lapte la bebe. Mi s-a raspuns ca mi se poate oferi un vas cu apa fierbinte în care sa introduc sticluta ! Poftim??? În ce secol traim ?? În final, le-am amintit ca exista cuptoare cu microunde 6. Nu am primiti nici un buna ziua cand am ajuns , nici un la revedere, cand am plecat . Parca oamenii au uitat ca se poate zâmbi ! Noi mergem la Aurelius de cativa ani , dar anul acesta am zis sa încercam si altceva. Facand o paralela , pretul la conac a fost cu 400 de lei mai mult decat la Aurelius fix în aceiasi perioada . Iar. Luxul de acolo nu se compara cu ce a fost aici. Personal amabil, erai întampinat de la usa. Bagajele erau trasportate de personal pana in fata apartamentului chiar daca exista lift. Mic dejun mult mai diversificat. De spa nici nu mai vorbim. În camera totul scartaia sub picioare . Cu siguranta nu o sa mai revenim!

- Elena (6/5): Lovely place but manage your expectations - Lovely staff, good location and not too busy. The sauna room (although quite small, fits max 4 people) was a nice addition next to the indoor pool. The room was spacious with a lovely mountain view. Breakfast was a massive let down, very basic I’m sure I have more food options in my fridge. No fresh coffee, just used the coffee machine. No option for a cooked breakfast. Dinner was expensive and the half board menu was restrictive (sadly, because of its location there’s no other option so you’d need to eat in and have an early night). Not sure why it’s listed as 4 stars, it’s more of a nice 3 stars really.

We are a gay couple, we felt very welcomed and we ate 2 dinners in the hotel restaurant just because it was so good. The indoor pool is great as well. Another thing, we asked for breakfast to go because we had to drive early in the morning back to the airport and they made us a wonderful breakfast to go! That was so nice. Also, we asked the front desk to make a call for us, asking something from a different hotel, and they happily helped. So, really, we love this hotel! Nothing.

- Ion-gabriel (8/5): Our second stay at Conacul Ambient was overall pleasant. - Conacul Ambient is very well positioned in Cristian, a lovely village 20 min away by car from Brasov. The food is very good at the restaurant and breakfast was delicious, good variety of food for kids as well as adults. The room (a duplex) was spacious, clean, with 2 bathrooms and a terrace. Could accommodate 2 adults and 2-3 kids. 2 beautiful outdoor playgrounds available for the kids. Overall we highly recommend! Pay attention to the room you select especially if you have small kids - some of the rooms (like ours this time) are in a different building than the pool and the restaurant, so you need to get dressed and cross the yard to get there. We did not know that, otherwise we would have asked for a room in the same building as the pool and restaurant. The indoor pool is heated, only the lockers are cold and down a cold hallway. Heating in the room was turned on only in the evening (nevertheless, no real need during the day), so it was very hot (extremely hot at times) inside until the next morning.

The room was clean and warm, towels, slippers and bathrobes were enough for everyone, great shower gel. The breakfasts were delicious. The spa area was always clean and the pool was warm. The food in the restaurant was delicious. Thank you very much to the waiters, the service was just like at home. We will definitely come again! ——

- Voicu (9/5): Superb - Everything was great, except the sauna. I was going to the pool every day and it never was on. The staff came every time to start the heating system, but it took too long to warm up to the required temperature.

- Emasanta (9/5): Good choice if the interest is for this part of Brasov. - Nicu facilities like pool, spa area. Generous size of room and bathroom, decent cabin shower size. The wifi is poor, outdated. At breakfast, ergonomy issue: the warm food pans are uncomfortable to access (height and cover), having the plate in one hand.
