El baño es insoportable el olor.
Los muebles son muy viejos todos quemados de cigarro y dejan entrar al que sea a visitas. No que asco.

- Pablo (10/5): Amazing - 1st time here. Great place to stay, convenient for walking and shopping. Save the receipt for a free breakfast. Very nice and clean room.
- Lucia (8/5): - Cambian todos los días las sábanas y desayuno incluido
- Teddy (8/5): Super Slow Check-in - The check-in process took almost 20 minutes, and I was the only guest checking in. Something about the system and the credit card terminal. After waiting so long in the lobbying I was ready to cancel and stay at a different hotel. The guy at the front desk got upset with me when I was ready to cancel. He wanted to argue about it, a simple apologize from him would have been nice. I finally got checked in after a long wait. It would be nice if the front desk was probably trained on checking in Expedia reservations, and giving hospitable customer service.
- Mario (2/5): Thief - Me robaron unos mazapanes de mi bolsa y me dejaron su garra sucia junto a mis dulces. La que decidió robarme se apresuró tanto que se le olvidó su garra en el ropero.
- William (2/5): - Check in late from flight delay and room was filthy dirty smoke burns on table and bed sheet stains. Front desk not willing to credit of any days. Advertising through your company was a false attraction and already in process dispute the charges this hotel Santa Fe Ciudad Juarez should close down and no star at all. I will stay at a Farm with animals better than this motel not hotel. Thank you for your understanding. Thank
- Mike (6/5): - Not a safe area to stay
- Karla Ivette (10/5): - Muy buen trato y muy amables
- Enzo (8/5): - The place look run down. Different from the photo online. The area is t good to walk past sun down. The rooms are weirdly arranged with some rooms not having any windows at all. I ori lay had one like this and asked them to please change it to a room where the strike of some sunlight may come in. They quickly did so which was good. The room inside was nice but upon Turing on the water faucet there was dirt coming out. There was not shower or washing our hands that night. That’s what we get for trying to pay less for a hotel like this. In the morning they said they were fixing the water heaters and that’s why the water was dirty. The second night we were able to take a shower. Overall it actually an ok hotel for the price. I wouldn’t bring the family and kids here but for one’s self or as a couple it just fine. Almost forgot. There is free breakfast.
- Damian (2/5): - Blah blah
- Fernando (2/5): - No good
- David (10/5): - Very clean everything in working order. Quiet and safe. Bar and restaurant on property with room service. Reasonable price.
- Verified traveler (4/5): Great Hotel, Poor Customer Service - The front desk mentioned that my reservation was booked through Expedia and gave me a terrible room. They gave me room 306, supposedly a non-smoking room.
The room smelled like and ashtray, and the furniture was covered with cigarette burns. When I requested a different room the front desk clerk was unapologetic and had an attitude. However he did comply with my request and gave me a different room that was in better shape.
The following morning I felt like I was being evicted! The same front desk clerk that checked me in was calling the room 30 minutes prior to check-out while I was in the shower, the phone rang for a solid two minutes!
Then, 15 minutes prior to check-out the Housekeeper was banging on the door asking if I was going to stay over or leave the hotel. No one wants to be rushed out of a hotel prior to the check-out time, especially while they're getting ready.
I noticed that none of the front desk or housekeeping staff were wearing face coverings. All of the hotel Guests were complying with the mask mandate in Cd. Juarez minus the hotel staff.
Something is always wrong every time I stay. One time the front desk didn't have the user name or password for the Expedia reservation system, and another time they tried to skip out on providing the complementary breakfast voucher that was included with the booking. Both times I had to call Hotels.com for assistance. It seems like there is never a manager available at the hotel when you need help.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Location was perfect, close to downtown and to the paso del norte Bridge
- Verified traveler (4/5): - You get what you pay for. Dirty, old Hotel at a very ugly side of Juarez.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Check in was fast clean room complementary breakfast and I had 3 cups of coffee it was good filtered coffee
- Verified traveler (8/5): - I liked the service on the front desk bar service was great and the restaurant was alsi great
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Very friendly staff , Especially the receptionist Nubia .
- Marta (8/5): Maybe I will stay again - Have been here before but not before the bar/restaurant was changed to just a restaurant..it looks impersonal now..the room was comfortable, clean, but had a problem with the remote for the heater..heater would not heat for me..had to ask front desk to come and help me..also..there is no free breakfast with the price..I was going to eat in the restaurant..but it seemed everyone was looking at me when I walked in..also the phone in the room would not work when I wanted to order..sounded fuzzy
- N (4/5): - My reservation specifically says breakfast included, free lunch, and it was for a double room. The staff at night and again in the morning said I won't get a lunch, that it's my problem with Expedia, and that they've seen people come in with it before a but it's not something they will honor or fix. I was put in a small single room. My reservation meant nothing and I won't stay here again. The fact that anything can be advertised and I spent my money based on the advertisement, but the hotel can choose to ignore what it likes about the reservation is ludicrous.
- Edgar (8/5): ⭐⭐⭐⭐ - Very comfortable and clean.great price and near downtown Juarez! Would recommend
- Robert (6/5): Disappointed - Booked and paid online for the room available but upon arrival the hotel didn't have the room we paid for. Downgraded to available one bed room with no credit offered. The free breakfast wasn't readily available. Area around hotel had lots of armed police.
- Kavenamua (8/5): Best part of my stay was the good people - My stay was excellent thanks to the wonderful staff at Hotel Santa Fe! Special thanks to Juan Carlos and his colleagues at the front desk. They facilitated taxi transfers and made sure my needs were met.
- Maridalia (2/5): - What I ask is of this property that they do fumigation because there are bed bugs and it is something very unpleasant that I found in my room the first day but the staff was very friendly and they changed my room, thank you very much is everything
- Verified traveler (10/5): - I always return to this hotel. great staff, helpful. Looking to always improve. dont have to drive far to return to USA.
- Verified traveler (8/5): Couples Night - We enjoyed our stay. The staff was great and bar was nicely set up. There's a taco place down the street with great food. Its located eight in front of the El Paso crossing. We would recommend for couples.
- Larry (10/5): Mexico - It was good
- Verified traveler (8/5): Good place for the price. - Nice hotel for the price. Management is making an effort make it look better and safe. Sadly, kids working front desk are too loud and play too much. Overall good experience. Will stay there next time I'm in Juarez
- Carlos (8/5): One night stay, good for the price - Close to International bridge
- pomposo (4/5): Pay attention - The pictures made the hotel a lot nicer than it really was plus the area is not very safe especially at night.
- Jorge (10/5): Small hotel great staff - This is a small Hotel close to the bridge my experience there was a great one I get to know most of staff. The very friendly and helpful. Front reception do restaurant bar. Including some of the taxi drivers outside the hotel. Big shout out to Trini, Brenda, Alex. Very nice people.
- Delia (10/5): Loved it..great price and great staff! - The hotel was going through some renovations but they accommodated us really nicely. The staff were outstanding and really nice and knowledgeable. Loved that there was a restaurant and bar downstairs so me and my husband got to spend some quiet time together over a few drinks. Will definetly book this hotel again in the future!
- Jonathan (10/5): Cute Old Town Hotel - This is a very cute older hotel. They are working on upgrades to bring the hotel to a more modern state. The staff is so kind and polite and the hotel is super clean. I loved my stay here.
- kenneth (6/5): Bad area. Good service. - Went for a trip to the consulate. Very far away in a bad area. Great service.
- Roger (10/5): Good value - Just a few minutes walk from the border. Very clean. English speaking staff. Good value.
- Jose (10/5): - Going to Mexico was the best, friendly people, very good food and the price is excellent. People there is very poor and they are not begging for good they work for it.
- Verified traveler (6/5): - Everyone was very friendly and tried to be helpful. Basics were covered lots of channels on the TV, AC worked great, but yes this is an older hotel so it has its issues. I had no control in my room nor shower curtain but they quickly came up and alleviated the situation. I would stay here again if needed.
- Phillip (8/5): - It was nice for the price rooms where small
- Alyx (8/5): Great hotel for the price! - It was a nice hotel for the price, if you want a nice hotel then you have to be willing to pay the price!!
