One guy came down while I was checking in and asked for a wash rag, she said she can't give him that after 8 pm... bedding was very used and old... just not a good experience what so ever.... • Alice (1/5): - Nothing to like. Please just avoid this place, especially if you are a young woman traveling alone. It is utterly unsafe. In the lobby area, upon arriving, there was a clearly intoxicated man talking to the receptionists and showing them pictures on his ipad. He was jumping around and clearly not sober. The "reception" area is behind a glass wall, because that's just how safe it must be to be a receptionist there. There are signs that specifically indicate not to carry guns and an almost ARMOR looking door when entering the hallway toward the rooms. The weed smell is unbearable. Half naked women in towels going around the hallway. The room was so disgusting that I could not sleep there. I BOOKED A DIFFERENT HOTEL BECAUSE IT FELT SO UNSAFE AND DIABOLICAL;

• Deb (4/5): Wouldn’t stay again - The lady who checked me in was nice and polite. The floor in my room had camouflaged laminated floors. By camouflaged I mean the dirt on the floor was not visible until you look at the bottom of my feet or the bottom of my socks. They were filthy. Tell housekeeping to mop the floors every now and then.

I didnt like the fact when I booked the rooms online I told them 2 beds for 2 people and when I arrived it was 1 bed for 2 people and I didnt find that out til I got up to the room Then I had to pay extra for the 2nd bed and it was their mess up and I had to stand there again and rent that room

• April (3/5): Just don’t go. - Nothing. Our toilet was clogged when we first arrived, the guy at the front desk gave me the plunger to fix it, and it did not. No maintenance came to fix it. The beds were not comfortable. The place where you check in is small and hot as can be!

I’ve been living here for 2 months and I have to beg for service to get my sheets changed. Or I have to take my sheets down to them and exchange for clean sheets. I live on second floor so my cleaning day is supposed to be on Tuesday. They claimed that I had not been receiving service because of late check out. Well paid a full week advance and all I got was air freshener sprayed in my room. No change of the sheets, no clean towels, no trash pick up. They are 100% unsanitary and over charge. The older guy gives the run around and switches up everytime it is time to pay. I’m over charged each time by $10-15 and it just isn’t fair! Everytime I ask for a manager I am not given one. On top of that! The room smells like mildew and mold there is ants everywhere that has also been reported still nothing.

• Bracia (1/5): Terrible decision do not bother. - The noise kept me up halls smelled of weed, rooms only cleaned once a week, staff acted like tissue was coming out their check, wifi is not free and limited devices and the toilet didn’t work after a couple days.
• 200keavyj (2/5): Repeatedly: I’ll let the management know tomorrow. - We checked into the room about 11 PM and the staff that was present was nice but nothing was resolved when we brought up a couple but major issues and were told repeatedly that they would let the management know. We booked a handicap accessible room and after checking in found that there was no shower chair or bench. We needed to use one the chairs that were in the room. There were grab bars but no long handled shower heads. We were told, “management didn’t let me know that you needed a shower chair”. Later we called to let them know that the bed covers were soiled and gross as you can see in the pictures. We were asked to remove them from the beds to exchange them for new ones. I’m paying to stay, I’m not paying to work. The bed covers zippers were zip tied. We were then told again. I’m so sorry I’ll let the management know. The staff member that we were dealing with was polite and gave us extra towels when asked. This was the only thing that we were helped with. The room is supposed to be a suite with a kitchen but there are NO kitchen supplies you have to purchase them…… This hotel is not as described and I would not recommend.

Simple and easy to get to Front desk was rude, asked for towels and tissue paper but they said they only clean the rooms once a week. I have never been to a hotel that cleans once a week. We need clean towels and bedsheets. They need to check on policy.

The TV remote was missing and the staff had us go back down to get one, the remote didn’t work so they finally came up to the room and confirmed the tv was broken and moved us to another room. The safety lights are awesome outside but the lights shine thru the blinds quite a bit.

• Rebel Tennis (2/5): - This was by far my worst experience at a hotel. We everso often Travel as a Team for Tennis and never have we experienced such rude service at a hotel. Access to basic toliet paper and towels were shockingly difficult to get. The staff was generally NOT Helpful. We were foreigners visiting Texas for the first time and needed access to the wifi while checking in and were refused. When we did get access to their wifi, only one person per room was able to access it. Additionally, the internet was crappy. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL TO AN ANIMAL, MUCHLESS A HUMAN. • Christine (9/5): Superb - It's quiet, plenty of parking and the staff were quite helpful. The hotel is secure and easy to get to from the highway. The room is spacious and simply adorned. I had the mini apartment. I always like the fact when I can control the temperature in the room. It was clean and comfortable. It's pet friendly. It's very close to shopping and restaurants. There is no coffee maker or iron in the room, and the stove did not work. Breakfast is not offered. I would suggest getting some curtains and maybe something on the walls to dampen the echo. The pillows are terrible. If I stay here again, I will definitely bring my own.
• Lacarington (5/5): I will never stay here again. - The area was cool and the prices are good. No deposit required ! However the hotel smelled bad. A lot of weirdos walking around. Had I known this was an extended stay I would have never booked here . What I booked on the booking app was totally different than what I got. My refrigerator had all kind of brown spots all over it. We checked in at 3 and one of the rooms I booked still wasn’t ready. My boys stood in the hallway about 35 minutes waiting on the lady to finish cleaning the room. I honestly will NEVER book here again. When yu think cheap yu get cheap I guess… because this was a horrible experience.
