- Robin (10/5): Great suites with amazing location and views. - Room was amazing, staff was great, beautiful pool and hot tub area that my kids loved. We travelled with a 1 year old and a 6 year old. The staff was so accommodating and friendly. Great location and very secured building and parking. Loved the room had a full size fridge and kitchen, made catering to the kids super simple.

- NKIRUKA (6/5): - The Royal Kelowna is for people who plan to cook or do not mind waking up early to go look for food elsewhere. Room service is not thorough, there was a lot of things I would have expected someone to clean without being told that were not done.

- MAJOR MIN (8/5): - booked two bedroom suite for 3 adults and when check in was asked to pay $30 per adult per night beyond 2 adults. This is hilarious!
- Loanne (10/5): - I've stayed in this hotel 3 times now, and love it! The suites are well-appointed and comfortable. I love the rooftop pool, and the view of the lake is spectacular. My only complaint is that we were on the main floor and our very cute balcony area could not be used as it faces the patio of the restaurant of the Delta, and there is no privacy. It might be nice to put some tall potted plants along the edges so that guests can make use of the seating area without feeling so exposed to diners on the very close patio next door.

No option to change room. Pot smoking and party next door and front desk said a security guard makes his rounds later, of which we didnt see. Great location, just not the 5 star resort it use to be.

- Stephen (10/5): Great Stay - We had a great stay. The room was very comfortable and well equipped. The large balcony had a beautiful mountain view overlooking the boardwalk with views of Okanagan Lake. The rooftop pool and hot tub were the highlight of our afternoons.

- Ali (2/5): - Expedia showed the listing as available when in reality the hotel was fully booked. They didn’t even inform us and we had to find out from the Hotel itself. This made us waste our entire day at Kelowna despite us being on call with Expedia for over 7 hours. The worst experience I have ever had in my life. Almost all other hotels were full and we were almost homeless. We weren’t even from British Columbia. Expedia has lost all of its credibility.
- Alexandra (10/5): So lovely. - A beautiful setting in a flourishing city. Our apartment was spacious, comfortably furnished and had a full kitchen and laundry. The terrace was bathed in sun late afternoon. The staff were welcoming and helpful.

So many food options nearby. The walk along the lake is a great refreshment. Kids loved the rooftop pool and hot tubs. Gym is small but has equipment to workout all body parts. Plenty of parking for vehicles/trailers of any size. I definitely recommend this hotel.

The staff were not only helpful but also very accommodating of all our requests, making us feel truly cared for during our stay. The location struck the perfect balance. It was close enough to everything we needed, yet far enough to feel peaceful and safe. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would definitely stay here again.
