Please inform The Driftwood Lodge in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. A damage deposit of USD 500 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Upon check-in photo identification and credit card is required. All special requests are subject to availability upon check-in. Special requests cannot be guaranteed and may incur additional charges. The airport only shuttle service will be first come, first serve. It will be at the following scheduled times: departing hotel at 6AM, departing airport at 7AM, departing hotel at 11AM, and departing airport at 11:30AM. The afternoon run is departing the hotel at 3PM and departing the airport at 3:30PM. The night shuttle is departing the hotel at 9:30PM and departing the airport at 10PM. Other transportation options for Juneau include taxi services, UBER, Lift, and Capital Transit. We invite you to explore further information at Travel Juneau. Driftwood Lodge Airport Shuttle Service is suspended for our winter season. Shuttle service will resume on 4/1/2024.
