• shidara (8/5): - もう５、６回は利用してるw とにかく窓がでかいので非日常を味わえる。 でかい冷蔵庫に電子レンジ、炊飯器まであるのは助かる。 包丁、まな板、カトラリー、様々な大きさの皿もカレンデリアでテイクアウトしたものを盛り付けるのに便利だし、味も良くなる（気がするかもw） 今回は食べなかったが、カップヌードルを買うことをお勧めしたい。 いきなりのスコールで外出どころでは無くなる事も多いから。

• Asbjørn (6/5): Room for improvement - The guards in the lobby didn't want to turn on the AC, the lights in the hallway on the 6th floor, going to room 610 didn't work. At nighttime there was a lot of noise coming from the floor above, furnitures beeing moved around. The room itself was ok, the bed was good and there was a big shower. All in all, if u r having a short stay it is good, but there is definitly room for improvement.

• Robert (10/5): - Everything about this property is great just one issue I had, the TV picture is often bad and limited channels. There are probably 20 English channels, and HBO is included. The room is comfy, the kitchen is well equipped, full size fridge, pool, laundry. The free breakfast is Filipino food only and limited selection.
• Brandon (8/5): I enjoyed my stay - My stay at Alicia Apartelle was pleasant. The staff were very friendly and helpful in time of need. The hotel has a garage for parking personally owned vehicles. Traffic can be hectic, therefore if you decide to drive around, the security guards will direct traffic in order for you to exit the hotel parking onto the road. The hotel is close to the Gaisano Country Mall and is located across the street from various restaurants and cafe's.

• Verified traveler (2/5): - はっきり言って日本人は泊まらない方が良い。 もっと上のホテルに泊まるべきです。 着いてすぐに断水があって返金を断られました！ 断水についてはfixを繰り返すばかりで、返金についてはNOの一点張り。 セブでの滞在は1日足らずですが深夜便の為、2泊取っていました。 1日はベッドを使用していますので2日分請求するのはおかしいと思い、1日分だけ返金するよう求めました。 帰国後にホテルズドットコムの方にLINEチャットでもう一度お願いしましたがホテル側は断水の事実はなかったと嘘をつかれました。 泣き寝入りかと思っていたらホテルズドットコムの方が2500円のクレジットクーポンを用意してくれました！ ホテルに対しては不満が消えないままです。 チェックアウトもカードキーを返して終わるのが一般的ですが、ここはチェックアウトで降りて来てからスタッフがルームチェックに行きます。 20分ほどかかりました！ タクシーの手配もしてもらうように頼んでいたのにチェックが終わってから呼ぶという… ほんまにこのホテル終わってます。 時間を逆算して余裕を持って動いていたのにホテル側のせいで予定が狂いました。 フィリピンには二度と滞在したくないと思いました。 このホテルは清潔でセキュリティーも良くて立地もそこそこ良いのにスタッフが終わってました。残念！ ※セブへ行かれる方への注意 タクシーは基本30~40分で200~230ペソです。 到着フロアの階ではブラックタクシーしかいません。 行きはホテルまで700ペソを値切って400ペソにしてもらいました！ 車が動いてから運転手に450ペソと言われ、私は3人で行ったんですが、降りてからお前は嘘つきだ！と連呼してやりました！結局400ペソしか渡してません！ マクタン空港からホテルへ向かう時は出発フロアの階まで上がって下さい！ 各ホテルから空港まで来ている方のタクシーがわりと頻繁に到着するので、そのタクシーをうまく利用すればぼったくられずに済みます！ ショッピングセンターから出ているバスも8ペソで乗れました！ 帰りの空港まではホテルからメーターを上げないといけないタクシーだったので230ペソくらいでした！ 参考までに！

• yztom (8/5): - アパートタイプのホテルで、部屋は広く、寝室とリビングキッチンが分かれています。大型冷蔵庫付きで、ウォーターサーバー（有料：５ガロン９０ペソ）もあります。毎日の清掃もあります。 建物２階にプール、レストラン、ジムがあります。 プール側の部屋が幹線道路沿いなので、交通騒音が激しいです。騒音が気になる方は、山側の部屋の方が良いと思います。 スタッフは皆感じが良く、特にレストランスタッフの「おもてなし」精神には、大変満足しました。 ホテルの並びに洗濯屋、道路を渡ると目の前が小規模モールでレストラン、スーパーマーケット、ヨガスタジオ、ボクシングジムがあり、その横には日本人経営のマッサージ店があります。ホテル右横２００mの所に中規模モール（デパート、レストラン、スーパーマーケット）があります。 セブシティの街中のため、生活しやすく長期滞在に適しています。

• Mike (10/5): Happy at the Alicia Apartelle - This is the second year in a row we stayed at the Alicia Apartelle. Very attentive and courteous staff, clean and well equipped studio room, excellent breakfast buffet, and safe neighborhood. Two supermarkets and good restaurants in walking distance. Well equipped gym for free and outdoor pool to catch some rays. Cabs are very cheap so you are close to all the sights to see in Cebu. The Alicia is a great value for your money!

• Verified traveler (8/5): Spacious apartment - The good... Walking distance to Robinsons supermarket and Gaisano Country Mall and eateries, spacious apartment, pleasant staff. The bad... Not much offered for westerners for breakfast; resto only had 2 menu items available on 1st night there so very disappointing. Remaining meals had outside. Hot water was moody and not much pressure. Windows need to be sound proofed as it gets a bit noisy at nights. For the price shall recommend overall.

The staff are all very attentive. It is easy to get a taxi but during rush hour use Grab. there is shopping within walking distance. New hotel with completely modern interior. The wifi has good speed and there are plenty of English language channels on the tv including premium channels like HBO.

• Christine (4/5): Good location, we had a bad luck of neighbors - The Alicia hotel is a good apartelle in an excellent area. BTC ( Banilad town center ) is just in front and gaisano mall a 3 minutes walk. Only problem was the room shower heater didn’t really work, breakfast was so so and clients that I’ve seen excluding the tour groups was questionable. As a matter of fact we had awoken to a couple fight at 3 am. Reception only had one person at the desk to handle the load of clients and tour group clients check-out. Needs improvement.

I have stayed here four times in past so I knew what to expect but I think standards have dropped a little . Never the less I would stay again because it is in a convenient location with all amenities close by . The staff and the catering people where excellent . The Wi-fi was very slow at times ...Overall I would say a pleasant stay and not to expensive .

I was amused on how strict their security was, and how polite and accommodating their staffs were. The room was just right too specially for business travellers. • Verified traveler (2/5): Hotel demanded 1400 Peso Cleaning Charge at CO. - I have stayed at Alicia Twice over the last 6 months. The Staff was courteous and professional. However upon checkout of my recent stay, the Hotel demanded 1400 Pesos for Cleaning Charge. This was unreasonable because my apartment was left clean and I had already paid a premium rate to stay there. Additionally, the other Guests staying on my floor were mostly foreign couples whom were prone to screaming and yelling at each other from sunrise to midnight. If you want a restful and predicable vacation, my advice is to stay somewhere else. Also, this Hotel is located pretty far from where the good parts of Cebu City are anyway like Ayala or SM. That's said, I'm primarily done with this done for the strong-arm cleaning charge at checkout.
• Sean (8/5): Reasonable hotel Could-be exceptional - Got a one bedroom unit enjoyed the views and the size of the Room. The bed was extremely comfortable but also quite small. That could really be a great choice for the Money if things like the couch and chairs were updated. The couch was low quality and there were stains on the chairs and couch. If they spent additional money on higher quality furniture it would make a big difference

• Hazel (10/5): Nice, clean room, well equipped - Checked in late for our one-night stay and managed to extend our checkout time for an hour, while they hold our baggage till night time where we depart for the airport using their hotel private car service that offered a reasonable price especially since we were a group of 4 :) Well equipped room with dyer, washer, cooking pans etc, of which we used the dryer to dry our previous day clothes and it worked well. The 2 bedroom suite we had offered a great space, with 1 room being bigger than the other, and ensuite bathrooms for each. Bathroom was spacious as well, but our only gripe is that the heater for one of the showers was not working, so we could only use the other one for our showering. We didn't ask for it to be fixed as we were there for only a night, but I'm sure they can do something about it. Plus points for awesome pressure from the showers though. Staff were friendly and helpful enough for checking in/out and arranging for transport to places. Didn't have time to try out breakfast/other facilities due to time constraints.

• James (6/5): Nice hotel but noisy - The rooms are small but clean, staff are very nice and friendly, its situated on a busy main road and has only single glass so you hear the traffic and the blowing of horns all day and night, when I was there for one week they had building work going on all day and night right outside the front of the hotel, it's in a good location for shops

It also has a laundry area which is available to guests for free. Breakfast was great and dining staff were friendly, attentive and serve you with a smile. Fast internet connection. The only problem I saw was the sink in the bathroom, it was a big sink for the counter space and that resulted to not have space to put our toiletries in. All in all, it was a great 2 night stay and would stay there again when in the area.

• hazel (8/5): repeat customer - great for family and groups. i always stay at this hotel despite the location and bad traffic. the spacious 2-bedroom suite with kitchen and laundry is well mainrained and modern- i could never find anything comparable in cebu after countless search. i also tried other hotels with suite units but i still go back to Alicia. The playroom, pools and hot tub are amenities that my niece and nephew loved. i only wish that Expedia is able to provide options to book the Executive Suite.
• ARPAD (6/5): Bad area - The hotel located at a very busy street, lot's of noise until about 2am, than starts at 4 again. Sirens, helicopters, heavy security with all kinds of guns, very ugly area, I don't think you want to stay there. The pool has no shades, the restaurant no AC, slow service. The rooms are really small.
• Truck (10/5): You'd be nuts not to consider this place. - Everything about this place is great value for money. The only let down is the food which is mediocre to say the least but the staff almost make up for this inadequacy.
• Robert (10/5): Home away from home - I have stayed here many times - it is clean and modern. A well equipped kitchen. Great aircon and wifi. The bottled water is a bargain. I found there is a washing machine AND dryer available for guest use on the 2nd floor ( bring your own detergent) great exercise facilities and pool. AND this place has a play area for small kids. Be aware it may be tough to hail a taxi from this location during rush hour. For some reason I had better luck crossing the street and getting a taxi in the opposite direction.
• brian (4/5): - 0 Wi-Fi under 1mb download, 256kb upload in room, Tested on 2 device's, slightly better in lobby. Paper thin walls, no Aircon in restaurant, hazard to cross street. Big new Samsung HDTV, nice bathroom, big new towel's and nice appliances.

• Robert (8/5): Know what you are getting - This place is a real bargain for a clean place to stay in Cebu City. The location is pretty good for getting around the city Here is what you need to know to be prepared for. First the room is cozy. It's a bed and a bathroom and a small place to cook, like any studio apartment. But you can know that but you would know that by reading the room description. The pool is very small, if that is important for you. Its about twice the size of a Jacuzzi. The sign telling about the rules for the pool is actually larger than the pool. There is no complimentary bottled water. Bring your own. The office is only open from 8 am to 10pm so don't expect anything outside of those hours. This is off the beaten path, so getting a taxi is a challenge. Use Grab or a 5 minute walk gets you to a road where you can hail a taxi, or the guard can call one for you. Grab is best ( The mobile app Grab taxi) Lastly, even though the room is advertised as having a kitchen, there is an extra charge of P300 a day if you actually want a hot plate to cook anything. Otherwise there are plates utinsels and a fridge. If you can accept these items then this is a great place to stay. very clean and new.

• francis (6/5): very good value hotel - very good value hotel. nearby sights are easily accessed by cheap taxis and even much cheaper jeepneys. Reception staff welcomed me by name when coming and going from the hotel. Breakfast set up was poor.
• Ian (8/5): Great place if you want to be in Town - Stayed in a 2 Bedroom Apartment on the Third floor for 5 Nights. The Rooms were a great size and well furnished. The kitchenette was good quality and a large fridge freezer had plenty of room for our needs.Staff were attentive and polite. The Apartelle does have a cafe so please do not expect a restaurant atmosphere or Menu. 2 Malls are within 5 mins walking and they have plenty of eating and shopping opportunities. Will be booking again for May.
• hazel (6/5): Clean and new but beware of the traffic - I am a repeat customer because rooms are clean, new and spacious. Liked the pool and hot tub. Lobby is spacious and not overcrowded. Staff are nice and are always helpful. Within walking distance to an old mall and other establishments if u are willing to brave the walk in a cebu traffic. Difficult to get a taxi since hotel is not along the road. Traffic to and from this hotel is really bad - taxi expenses would be more costly than the savings you realized from the hotel room cost . Will take time to get to Ayala Center, SM or uptown area because of the traffic.

• Emily Grace Ong (8/5): Up... Alicia apartelle - The price is just right especially if you're going for family vacation and if you're planning to stay in cebu for a week to a month. The receptionist was a plus. She was very accommodating and the bellmen as well.
• ROBEN (10/5): Nice Place to Stay in Cebu - The place is very clean and spacious, the only problem is that the room is not sound proof, the apartelle is just beside the sport center so you can hear the people shouting, cheering even late at night and very early in the morning.

• jane (4/5): Hugely disturb - It was a new building but didn't realize the noise can be the down side. Aside from the busy traffic from the main road, you can hear every door every time guests open and close the door. Need to pull it hard and slam the door to close it probably . Lot s of guest can't do it and it add up to the disturbance of my sleep. It wakes me up every time someone opening and closing doors, every people talk on the hall way on our floor. Even swiping their cards. Available crib doesn't work properly. Staff although they want to do their job properly it annoys me how they obviously reading a script and not thinking the scenario. Simple question need a simple answer... Sorry but my issue happened on breakfasts early in the morning... From being exhausted and not getting proper sleep ... Then argue about breakfast... I think anyone will loose patience.
• William (8/5): My first stay at the 'Alicia Apartelle' - I had a very enjoyable 10 days stay at 'Alicia Apartelle'. The rooms were clean & the Air Condition was great. Very helpful & friendly staff. I hurt myself at the lift lobby, the friendly & efficient staffs took care of my wound & even offered to send me to the Hospital. Hassel free checking in & out. Location is good, walking distance to the Gaisano Country Mall, got no problem with taxi. I will definitely stay here again during my next visit. The only common problem that I have faced in all the Hotels that I have resided is the wifi & internet connection.. But still bearable here in 'Alicia'. Overall.. I would say it is a great place to stay & I will definitely recommend this place to my friends.

• Mr Martin (10/5): Dont stay anywhere else - This hotel is new and must be the best value for money . Jacuzzi / pool / room / reception all good and at £27 a night its really good value. The only problem is that the Wi-Fi don't work in the rooms, you have to go to reception to get a signal but apparently this is being fixed. The bell boy Daniel is an asset to the hotel and helps you no end. Joy the receptionist is also very helpful .
