Guest Reviews
- Yosov (3/5): -
- Nyzel (6/5): Not bad at all. - The area is close to the Restaurants. Slow internet Connection.
- Marites (6/5): - The room was so clean, overall im satified
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Good
- Otis (8/5): - nice place but in cleaness not good the floor sticky why like that
- Philip (8/5): Where I needed to be but the area isn't great - It was where I wanted to be in Manila but the area probably isn't for everyone. The hotel is well run with nice clean room although if you wanted your room cleaned you needed to ask the staff. The TV had limited cable channels and even porn if you want it.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - The room design and lighting. But we need to move on another room for Technical issue on the TV.
- charmelyn (10/5): - i left my 2 gold rings inside astray and i feel so lucky that no one got interest on it and i can take it anytime...thank you sogo...
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Nice hotel, room rate very reasonable. Will use again.
- Livingstone (10/5): a very clean and nice place .. - a very positive experience.....location close to every thing in manila..yet a very quiet place
- Sophia (10/5): - It would be helpful if the hotel have the reference number use by hotel.com to save us emailing them the details for those online booking done.
- Verified traveler (4/5): - The staff at the reception are not suitable for customer service
- Roy (8/5): Near British Embassy - The room was basic but it fitted our purpose as it was only a short stay for a good price. There was a lack of toilet tissue. Ordering food and drinks was easy and their policy of, if your order is not delivered within 10 minutes or its free, certainly works. The food was resonably priced and good. The staff were friendly and accommodating.
- John Paul (6/5): Convenient for short stay. - Hotel Sogo won't have you expect so much from it. The only convenience is its free, highspeed internet, and its location. The rooms we stayed in weren't properly maintained and cleaned. Particularly, there was a suspicious stain on the chair in our room. The aux audio sustem was great though, you wouldn't have to bring your protable speakers if you'd like to listen to some tunes. Although the cables were worn and finicky to use.
Room service was cheap, great, and quick though.
- Peter E. (8/5): - There was hair in the comfort room floor. In the shower drain and behind the door. The mattress was worn out. #535.
The hall way and elevator had a very bad smell. The hall on the 5th floor was very hot also.
My wife and I visited Camp Benefacio. We went shopping also.
- Reyficor C (6/5): - Location is good for travellers going to taguig and airport. The room is so clean. Noise from outside is tolerable. Staff is very accomodating. Price is affordable.
- Verified traveler (2/5): Horrible Service - Smelly Rooms when i get in. Cleaners didn't clean properly. Lobby is also smelly.
- ryan (2/5): Made ill by toxic paint fumes - Well interesting , no windows, the room next door was being painted, with toxic fumes that made me ill, asked to move and was told hotel was full on a Monday.( how likely is that)
Run down inside, a huge hotel with no room to eat breakfast or dinner , room service is inside your room, every time you go to exit the staff ask, and this is every single time.
"CHECKOUT" this gets really annoying after the first 5 times.
Why do you ask guest every time they exit the door. No other hotel doesn't this. Why do you?
Never again,
If I want to checkout I will say.
- harry (10/5): Helpfull for disablet couples - Absolut great and helpful staff as we are: My wife in Wheelchair and I on Crutches. Thanks so much
Harry & Gie,
- Verified traveler (8/5): - The accommodation was more than I expected considering the price. I was certainly a satisfied customer.
- Gloria B (2/5): - the stuffed were unfriendly . I got a hard time to check in and the place were I stayed was very loud.
Nobody come to clean our room .
- Verified traveler (8/5): - It was just an overnight stay, but I was misled after the on line booking,I choose the nearest hotel to the air port, they lead me to sogo Guadalupe, but the price is reasonable.
