They had an elevator to take you to the floors were the rooms are. Cant get a wash cloth to use. No in room refrigerator. No walk in shower, had a very high bathtub

• Corinna (7/5): - Die Lage, direkt in der Stadt. Nettes Pub, Essen im Pub war lecker. Frühstück mit 16€/Person überteuert, da gibt es bessere Alternativen für das Geld, z. B. In 4 Sterne-Unterkünften,wo das Frühstück für 15€ €/Person bei Weitem reichhaltiger und besser ist und welche auch mitten in der Stadt liegen.

• Ruth (8/5): Very enjoyable - Excellent location in the centre of town. Very friendly staff who were very helpful. One of the rooms, situated at the back, was noisy from some sort of motor which was on continuously. A comfortable hotel but a bit tired. In need of a bit of TLC.

• yann (9/5): Très satisfait. - Personnel très accueillant. Belle chambre. Super petit déjeuné. Nous avons apprécié le pub pour diner et boire un verre. Les clients locaux sont très sympathiques. Un peu de bruit avec la la ventilation des cuisines juste à la fenêtre.

• Katharina (8/5): - Schöner Pub mit Livemusik. Beim Frühstück konnte man sowohl warme Gerichten, die frisch zubereitet wurden als auch Speisen vom Buffet wählen. Parken (über Nacht) war kein Problem auf einem nahegelegenen öffentlichen Parkplatz (zwischen 18:00-09:00 Uhr kostenfrei). Zimmer sind etwas klein aber sehr ordentlich und bieten ansonsten alles was man braucht. Zimmer etwas klein.

• Christina Michailidou (9/5): Very nice hotel with amazing Irish atmosphere. - Overall, Murphys is a value for money option. The room was comfortable for 2 people, and the hotel's location is great, at the heart of the town. The hotel's pub is also great, with live music every night (you don't hear it in the rooms) and an amazing atmosphere. There are also several other pubs and restaurants around. The staff is very polite and willing to help. The smell of the room was not ideal and the bathroom a bit outdated but everything else was great!

• Bryan (10/5): Will absolutely stay here again if back in town - Great stay even better staff. Very accommodating and went above and beyond. Facilities were spotless. Comfiest bed of our trip.
• Vincent (1/5): Horrible! - Nothing - this is a death trap - people need to avoid this establishment. 1. Told the front desk that we needed to leave at 6 AM. They told us someone would be able to help us in the morning. We we got to the front desk we found that we were literally locked in the building! We called the night attendant, no answer. We had the find an emergency exit in the kitchen. We have video to prove it. If there were a fire people would die! 2. The description of their rooms are inaccurate- they sold us two king beds - not explaining that it also comes with a twin bed. They made us pay for a third room that we didn’t want - blaming it on Booking.com. 3. No hot water. It took 15 minutes for the water to warm in the morning. Separate hot water / cold water - not ideal for washing face. Photos are misleading. Bugs in room. STAY AWAY!

• Ralf (5/5): Gute Lage, Zimmer leider renovierungsbedürftig. - Ein Pub im Erdgeschoss und eine Lounge im 1. Geschoss Zimmer ist stark renovierungsbedürftig. Aus dem Zimmerfenster blickt man direkt auf eine Wand.

The warm and friendly staff remind me of why the people of Ireland are so beautiful. - The location is ideal - near the train station, bus station, tours, restaurants, pubs, shops, and the beautiful park. The rooms are not fussy but clean and up-to-date. The bed was super comfortable. We were there to see Killarney and Ireland and not sit in our room. The breakfast was wonderful with a great selection for all including a full Irish breakfast if you’d like and all included in the price! The pub in the hotel has live and local trad music that didn’t disturb hotel guests. The restaurant serves very good food. Best of all the staff are totally focused on the traveler and go above and beyond to make your stay a great one. Everything was wonderful.

Hubo algunas cosas de la habitación que no me gustaron. Creo que en el tema de la limpieza en la habitación se puede mejorar. En el desayuno, el café hacerlo más intenso, no tan "aguado".

The room was horrible we found women hair on the pillows and shower products weren't even top up. There was also a smell in the room. Tv service in room wasn't great. I asked for a scissors at reception was told at reception hope ur not planning on killing anyone.
