• Jan (6/5): Burrow Guest House - Zeer goed contact met eigenaresse. Hulpvaardig bij het regelen van vervoer. Burrow Guest House heeft een gunstige ligging en ziet er prachtig uit, zowel binnen als buiten. Ontbijt viel tegen. Te weinig brood, wel voldoende fruit, cake en drinken. Douchen in de badkuip zorgde voor wateroverlast en bed erg smal en kort. Dit betreft dan onze kamer, hopelijk andere kamers beter. Een kast uit de kamer.halen geeft meer ruimte.

• iwona (8/5): Interesujące miejsce, przemili ludzie. - Klimatyczne miejsce, pomocna obsługa. W dniu wyjazdu mogliśmy zostawić walizki i zwiedzać miasto. Nie było problemu z odbiorem bagaży wieczorem. Ubogie śniadania. Ręczniki kiepskiej jakości.

• Jakub (8/5): - Dobra lokalizacja w tej cenie -30 minut do Valletta autobusem, okolica nijaka. W środku dokładnie tak jak na zdjęciach. Miła obsługa, brak zasięgu w pokoju ale internet szybki, gorzej z zasięgiem. Parę gaf: dodatkowa opłata 6€ "environmental fee", ściany trochę się sypią, mało naturalnego światła, brak brodzika pod prysznicem - woda szybko wylewa się na całą łazienkę. Jest zapach wilgoci który można jako tako ujarzmić dehydratorem w środku pokoju i klimą, natomiast generuje to duży hałas więc w nocy musi być wyłączony. Kontakt z właścicielem dopiero po telefonie do niego - później wiadomości na WhatsApp.

I couldn't find the light switches for the communal areas at night. They could be better pointed out. Could've been my fault as well so not really a biggie

• Darren (2/5): Very disappointing - Traditional local property Very damp and dusty. The humidity in this room was at a constant 65% even with a dehumidifier running constantly. The room was just dusty and felt very claustrophobic and close in the air. The shower was not fit for purpose and dirty. Was also too low and soaked the floor when using. Bedding was of very poor quality and a sheet placed under the bed was disgusting. I assume this was fitted as the humidity in the room makes you sweat. Took this up with the owner and was unfortunately not a resolvable situation for us. We found new accommodation, paid again and moved after one night. I felt ill after one night there. Asked for a refund on the nights we didn’t stay for and got reprimanded for sharing my opinion through conversation with another person staying in the place. Did not get a refund. Since been offered a voucher to stay at the same place again or their other place. I will not be using it. My experience was that bad. Would not reccomend.

• Eugénie (1/5): Abominable - A FUIRE ! Quelle grande surprise quand a notre arrivée la chambre était entièrement moisie ! Une réelle insalubrité à laquelle le propriétaire répond "vous avez choisi une maison qui a 400ans". Une maison de 400ans n'empêche en rien un entretien, la chambre était très humide, pleine de moisissures et de salpêtre. Nous n'avons pas pu dormir ici, nous sommes donc parti en catastrophe pour trouver un autre logement. Le propriétaire a refusé de nous rembourser alors que nous n'avons pas utilisé la chambre et qu'elle était vraiment insalubre ! Ne vous arrêtez surtout pas dans cet établissement si vous ne voulez pas en ressortir malade.

Il piano cottura non c'era, era elencato nella descrizione, ed è stato uno dei motivi della nostra scelta per questa struttura, ma in realtà non c'era ne un fornello per cucinare, ne piatti o pentole, era presente solo un frigorifero (pieno di ghiaccio) e un lavello!! Deumidificatore strapieno di acqua appena entrati, andava svuotato...

• Karol (10/5): Malta jest naprawdę pięknym Państwem a kierowcom autobusów powinni dawać wysokie pensję... - Podobał mi się profesjonalizm właścicielki oraz pracownica Pani Marcela, która była dla mnie bardzo pomocna. Hotel/Motel z charakterem, zrobiony z pomysłem chodź z kilkoma błędami, które zostały rozwiązane. Lokal z duszą, czy to w pokoju czy to na śniadaniach. Pierwszym problemem był zbyt mocno zawilgocony pokój nr 1, który został zamieniony na pokój nr 8 na samym dachu. Pokój nr 1 bardzo przyjemny chodź ciemny, prysznic tak mały, że ciężko było zamknąć drzwi. Drugi pokój na samym dachu, był piękny, chodź często były zakłócenia związane z piskiem pompy badż hydroforu. Wieczorem sporo komarów pogryzło mi nogi :) Warto wymienić materace na nowe bo są mocno wyćwiczone.

• Steliyana (10/5): - The location is very nice. In a quiet street, close to the airport, to various shops and bus stops. It's close to many interesting locations and towns. The house is very beautiful and old and carries a sense of stepping into history, which I enjoyed very much. The room was spacious, clean and very comfortable. The hosts were very nice and helpful. I would definitely visit again and recommend it to friends. The shower cabin was a bit small.

• Jordana (1/5): extremely negative experience - near the airport I chose the property because of its stone design, something old and romantic, but upon arriving in the early hours of the morning, I found the first room smelling musty, lacking basic toiletries, and very dusty. I spoke to Miss Phoebe, and she moved us to another room. She constantly used the excuse that the property is old and that's normal, to justify the unjustifiable. When I moved, I found a room with limescale problems as well, blood on the stone bathroom wall, no shampoo, no conditioner, and a buildup of dust that wasn't from that day, from the bed frame to the spider web in the doorway. Throughout our stay, they cleaned our room, but the trash wasn't taken out, and the towels weren't changed. There are many aspects of the property's maintenance that leave a lot to be desired. I asked the property for a refund but they refused to do so. This made our stay stressful and the only thing I wished was for the days to pass quickly so we could return home.

• Marek (8/5): Dobra lokalizacja, idealny na kilka dni pobytu, - Dobra lokalizacja, dużo autobusów w pobliżu tylko trzeba trochę ogarnąć rozkłady bo te przystankowe są mało czytelne w kwestii trasy. Najlepsze chyba do tego aplikacja. Okolica spokojna, bezpieczna i czysta. Budynek, w którym jest hostel to wiekowa budowla, ale ma fajny klimat. Dużo różnych zakamarków. Słabe śniadania według mnie, praktycznie ciągle to samo. Najeść się można, ale bez szału. W pokojach innego rodzaju gniazdka do prądu, wtyczki na siłę wejdą. Ściany trochę się sypią, ale to kwestia tego, że to stary budynek, ściany z kamienia i w niektórych miejscach się kruszy. W pokoju czysto.

• Ambra (8/5): Luogo molto carino e tranquillo, il personale molto gentile e disponibile per qualunque cosa. - Si trova molto vicino all'aeroporto, circa 10 minuti di distanza ed è ottima come cosa. La casa è molto caratteristica e molto bella. Il bagno in camera ottimo e la vista anche. Purtroppo non ci sono molti parcheggi vicino, ma se giri un pochino si riesce comunque a trovare un posto per l'auto.

• Nilde (3/5): Peccato!!!!! Una struttura così carina meriterebbe una gestione diversa - Bellissimo architettonicamente parlando e arredato in modo assai piacevole Da dove cominciare?? Accoglienza tramite un messaggio che spiegava come entrare nella struttura una volta recuperate le chiavi. Staff mai visto in 4 giorni tranne la ragazza che apriva la porta per la colazione (che era sempre chiusa a chiave) e chiedeva se doveva pulire la camera. Camera grande ma estremamente umida nonostante un deumidificatore acceso h 24. Bagno con una tenda al posto della porta,scarico del lavandino otturato e rubinetto precario. Pulizia del bagno pressappochista. Wifi pessimo.....difficile avere una connessione decente. Colazione scarsa (i primi 4 ospiti mangiavano e gli altri dovevano accontentarsi delle briciole rimaste)e poco variata. Uova strapazzate messe in un contenitore con sotto la pellicola di plastica per evitare di sporcare il contenitore e quindi doverlo poi lavare. Nessun cucchiaino disponibile in sala colazione, a Malta probabilmente il caffè si mescola con il coltello. Qui mi fermo.....non ci tornerò mai più!!!

Davanti alla porta contatto l'host dicendo che ho bisogno di entrare in casa e come risposta ottengo che prima di darmi le istruzioni self checkin devo fornire copia passaporto e solo dopo avrei ricevuto tutto. Premetto che avevo già pagato e i miei dati anagrafici erano già in possesso dell'host,e il passaporto glielo avrei tranquillamente inviato una volta dentro,poichè avevo tutto in valigia e non era comodo aprirla in strada,inoltre,il mio telefono era quasi completamente scarico e avevo assolutamente bisogno di ricaricarlo. chiedo gentilmente un adattatore poichè tutte le prese erano inglesi e non europee, e scopro che è disponibile solo a pagamento! Molto delusa e dispiaciuta. La doccia troppo piccola e nel lavandino non scendeva acqua calda,inoltre zero prese in bagno e disagevole asciugarsi i capelli. Non tornerei sicuramente.Premetto che avevo già visitato Malta lo scorso anno e l'accoglienza era stata di gran lunga superiore rispetto a questa!

• Liana Ioana (7/5): pacat de caldirea asta minunata - Locatia la 10 min cu taxiul de la aeroport a fost un bonus, wfi super ok... decorul si caldirea in sine, deosebite descrierea de pe booking nu corespunde: nu sunt trecute dimensiunile patului doar ale camerei...iar patul nu stiu daca avea 1,90 lungime...sotul meu avand 1,87, a dormit extrem de incomod cu picioarele printre gratiile de la pat, lovindu-se mereu...este un pat dublu pt 2 copii de 10-12 ani...sau 15-16...nu pt doi adulti, decat daca au 1, 60 amandoi... Mirosul in holul mare este extrem de greu, fara Ac,chiar si in camera dar cu Ac-ul pornit si geamul larg deschis nu am mai simtit.. probabil m-am obisnuit...mizerie-praf pe si sub mobila si miros greu in dulapuri..am stat cu hainele in troler 7 zile si insirate pe gratiile de la pat, nu exista loc si nici suport de uscat prosoapele de plaja...nu exista balcon...cel existent e de poza...nu poate iesi nimeni pe el...nici sa fumezi nici sa intinzi rufe, nici sa stai sa bei un pahar de vin...iar vederea la gradina este de fapt fata casei care are o fantana si cateva banci la strada, pe care trec masini l primele ore ale diminetii cu viteza si fac un zgomot infernal, exista prize la pat dar nu exista adaptoare ..in hol exista un tonomat de unde ne-am achizitionat unul si am incarcat tf cu randul...desi se face curat chipurile, zilnic, de fapt e doar patul intins, hartia igienica asezata cu model, insa pe jos am gasit ghemotoace de par lung( eu sunt tunsa scurt),mobila era prafuita si cu miros greu( cu un strat de lac si aerisita, cred ca s-ar rezolva mirosul) nu stiu cum se stergea pe jos pt ca am facut sport zilnic si sand pe saltea la sol, puteam vedea in razele de lumina, zone intregi unde nu se trecuse demult nici cu matura, aspirator, dar nici cu mop...pana si sotul meu care nu e pretentios, a gasit par lung, brunet pe jos si p transportul cu autobuzul in zona, respectiv statia tarxien era restrictionat( lucrari de modernizare), mergea pe un singur sens...am asteptat 45 de minute intr-o zi pana cand s-au sesizat niste localnici binevoitori care ne-au spus si ne-au dus cu masina pana la statia Paola...

• d aurora (6/5): Bene ma non benissimo - Una dimora storica ristrutturata molto bene, il terrazzo molto carino e la pulizia impeccabile. Il letto era rumoroso, scomodo e il materasso basso. Non aveva una rete o doghe ma una serie di tavole posizionate a caso. Le sedie sul terrazzo in ferro battuto non avevano cuscini sopra ed era impossibile utilizzarle o quanto meno sedersi sopra. In bagno non era presente nessuna presa per collegare, asciugacapelli o altro. Se per caso dovreste affittare un mezzo di trasporto con il Renato convenziona, assicuratevi che ve lo recapitino in albergo, andare fino alla sede vi costerà quasi come un giorno dí affitto.

• Mirka (5/5): - Prostředí a pokoj vypadal hezky. Komunikace úplně příšerná. V den příjezdu nám napsali o údaje, abychom si mohli udělat vlastní check-in. Za celý den nám nic nepřišlo, ani v hodinu ubytování neodpovídali na zprávy. Nakonec nás pouštěla paní, která s ubytováním hostů nemá nic společného. Ke každému pokoji je sice vlastní koupelna, ale na chodbě. Což pro nás problém nebyl, ale někomu by to mohlo vadit. Nejhorší ale bylo, že na toaletě chybělo prkénko, což je pro nás nemyslitelné. Věděli o tom, že tam není, nedali nám dopředu vědět, že to hosté před námi rozbili, přitom byla možnost využít toaletu naproti, kterou nám tedy otevřeli druhý den. Stačilo říct, a bylo by to v pořádku.

Funny but .. 110 euro per night Room was nice stone built but very small , lamp not pluggable because broken, bed missing broken part of the structure, balcony with plants and pots forgotten (110 eu/night) , water missing in the bathroom the first day, solved kindly by the waitress with 2bottles of not drinkable water (110/night) . I mean.. I can't say it was a bad place but 110 per night for what it was, is really a bit of a joke

• serge (1/5): - Rien Il fallait Envoyé une copie de son passeport 20 minutes avant d'arrivée et on était sans connexion internet. On a failli rester la nuit dehors si nous n'étions pas accompagné d'un oncle maltais. Il n'y a pas de réception. La chambre était une cave avec comme seule fenêtre le soupirant. Il y avait une odeur de champignons. Il y avait un deshumificateur d'air qui indiquait 90 % d'humidité. Nous avions réserver pour 4 personnes et il y avait que trois places. Il y avait une toile d'araignée. La poubelle de la salle de bain était pleine. L'appareil pour chauffer l'eau est rouillé à l'intérieur pour attraper le tétanos. Il y n" Ok avait pas d'eau chaude à la douche. Les photos sur le site ne correspondent pas à la réalité. Belle arnaque.

• Julia (7/5): Polecamy zatrzymać się chociaż na kilka dni, aby poczuć klimat maltańskich kamienic - - całe wnętrze urządzone w świetnym klimacie - przyjazna obsługa - brak problemów z parkowaniem, sporo dostępnych miejsc przy drodze kilka metrów przed budynkiem - słabej jakości śniadanie, bardzo mały wybór - w każdym innym hotelu mieliśmy zapewnione gniazdka, tutaj nie było, ale była możliwość zakupu w automacie - specyficzny ziołowy zapach - brak wcześniejszej informacji o konieczności przysłania skanów dowodów przez whatsapp
