Väldigt krångligt att ta sig upp med fler olika koder nycklar och men minimal hiss där två personer fick plants.

Η καθαριότητα, η σχεση ποιοτητας - τιμης, για να βρω πώς προσεγγιζω το καταλυμα επρεπε να στειλω εγω μηνυμα στο whatsapp, δεν απαντησε ποτέ σε ερωτηση αν υπαρχει καποιο παρκινγκ να συνεργαζεται, η παροχη του ηταν ενα κρεβατι και ενα ζευγαρι πετσετες τις οποιες δεν ειχα σημειο να τις κρεμασω να στεγνωσουν. Θα περιμενε κανεις με 150€ να εχει εστω ενα καδο σκουπιδιων στο δωματιο εκτος αυτο του WC. Για υπηρεσια δωματιου (sic) δεν σχολιαζω καν.

• Sebastián (7/5): Buena opción de paso para Cinque Terre - Ubicación perfecta, a 5 minutos de la estación de trenes, considerando que nos quedamos en La Spezia para ir al día siguiente a Cinque Terre. El edificio por fuera y dentro es imponente, y el departamento la verdad es que corresponde a una habitación con baño privado en un piso compartido. Uno entra con código a la entrada a la calle, luego con dos juegos de llaves para la puerta del piso y luego otra para la de la habitación en la que te alojas. Se ve seguro, aunque se oye lo de las habitaciones adjuntas. Pieza adecuada, espaciosa, con cocinilla acondicionada que sacó de apuros en cuanto a desayunos y colaciones de la noche. Baño cómodo, sí ducha que filtraba agua al no estar cerrada (clásico en Europa) Daba el aspecto de que quizás estuviera un poco out-dated, con su alfombra y algunos muebles de fierro con algo de óxido. Pero calza con el estilo europeo clásico de departamentos en sitios antiguos. Sí había preocupación en la ropa de cama y loza de cocina (muy acondicionado, incluso con cattering). Lo caótico fue el ascensor… es de reja y pequeño, cabe una persona con maleta grande y cuesta abrir/cerrar la puerta… sería lo único a destacar la verdad. Nos dimos cuenta que La Spezia tiene lo suyo, quizás nos habríamos quedado uno o dos días más para conocer… pero es un sitio adecuado para pasar por ahí

• Vanesa (9/5): Recomendable - Lo cerca que estaba al tren y al centro. La habitación estaba súper bien, con cafetera que te dejaban cada día 2 cápsulas y nevera. Te hacían todos los días la habitación. El acceso al alojamiento muy bien explicado. El sitio es ideal para alojarse. Me gustó todo, lo único que recomiendo poner un espejo entero en la habitación.

Was provided with excellent instructions on how to get up to the Affittacame. Room very spacious and clean. Great in-room facilities provided. Bathroom was clean.

• Aleksandra (10/5): The best place if you want to see other cities, taste local food and drink coffee in cafes in the morning❤️ - One of the best places I have ever been to, the biggest advantage is the location, 5 minutes to main train station, next to the street with all the restaurants and cafes, and there is a carrefour across the street if you want to go grocery shopping! Even though it’s very close to the big roundabout the noise is not a problem When it comes to the apartment itself I couldn’t ask for more! We were for just a week and we had our room cleaned twice including changing sheets and towels I really enjoyed this stay!!

El estilo simple y muy lindo. Era un 5to piso y había ascensor. A pesar de no tener contacto directo con una persona, los requerimientos fueron atendidos a la brevedad y quedamos muy conformes. • Alison (10/5): - Lovely stay! It was a last minute booking due to the train strike and we couldn’t get out of La Spezia to get to Vience. The property let us check in early and was very accommodating. Room was amazing too!!
• Ricky (10/5): - The property was beautiful! Having that indoor courtyard was absolutely stunning! The front door is really cool. The elevator is a bit sketchy, very small, but pretty cool. Lots of stairs, but worth the walk up. The area around the rental is very walkable, close to La Spezia Centrale, a grocery store, cafés galore and little shops. There were also a couple motorcycle shops that were in close proximity, which turned out to be a happy accident. All in all, would stay there again.

Apgyvendinimo įstaigos personalas labai paslaugus, su klausimais kreipiausi ne vieną kartą, į visus buvo atsakyta. Nors įsiregistavimas buvo vėliau, tačiau sutarus leido lagaminus pasilikti vietoje nors kambarys dar net nebuvo paruoštas, sugrįžus visi daiktai buvo nunešti į kambarį. Bendrai puikiai išnaudotas kambario dydis, yra mini šaldytuvas, virdulys, paruošti puodeliai. Taip pat radome kavos pakelių, arbatos ir vandens šaldytuve. Patalpoje maloniai kvepėjo. Dienos eigoje kam kambarius sutvarko, išneša šiukšes ir t.t. Puikus kainos ir kokybės santykis. Vienintelis minusas - pasigedome tik šiukšlių dėžės. Viena buvo vonios kambaryje, daugiau neradome.

• Larry (8/5): Good place to stay for easy access to the city as well as other attractions. - Location was great. Primary contact person was very helpful. There were a number of mechanical issues with the room - lighting, hot water, etc. But contact person was very prompt to resolve them.

• Dardan (10/5): Beautiful room - Have had a trip down to Italy and back home again (Sweden) and this room was by far one of the more beautiful ones. Only negative I have to say was the parking situation (not Joss’s fault though) and that the elevator was very small. But bear in mind that me and my family hade a lot of stuff to bring with us due to a small infant baby - your experience will probably not be affected if you are adults and/or teens. Otherwise, good experience overall. Thank you for the stay Joss 😊

• Mahesh (4/5): - Very basic. Close to the train station and supermarket nearby. The individual sent instructions via Whatsapp..easy to get into room. Small elevator. If you come at night , there is no light in the hallway to open the door. Ac did not work. Quick response. We were provided a standing fan. Supposedly an technician came the next day and said everything was ok but still thebac did not cool. Kept going on and off..very joy and stuffy for 2 nights. That was the main problem with the room.

There was noone to check me in which is fine but there was Noone to make the payment after I cheked out I reache'd out to ask about the payment they sent me an invoice and bank details to wire them the money , which century are we living in . Now I'm back in the states and the bank charges 50$ for a wire transfer and they expect that to be out of my pocket iam trying to get them to send me a PayPal account or an apple pay link so I can just pay like a normal person Instead they are coming at me and actually told me there was a credit card machine at the property I should have used it myself
