Moh'd (8/5): An escape from city hotels - Highlights: 1) Helpful staff. Our balcony was located at the back of the hotel, so practically no view to see. We asked if we can switch to a better room. They explained that hotel was full for our first night, but they can change our rooms on the second night. So they were indeed very helpful. 2) Exceptionally comfy beds. 3) Spacious bathroom. 4) Modern lighting. 5) Relaxing big chairs in the balcony. Nothing to dislike, but these are areas for improvements: 1) On checkin, they don't detail any available services, as in the pool or the golf course. You need to ask for that yourself. 2) Connecting to WiFi wasn't straight forward (with the concept of double passwords and a magic word). It should be much simpler than that. 3) Main pool was closed for maintenance. Maybe they open it only in summer. 4) TV remote was barely working (nearly useless), You need to keep pressing the button for a click to register.

samuel (9/5): Lovely secluded hotel - Beautiful hotel. Décor throughout the hotel is excellent especially the bedrooms. Although the breakfast was very nicely presented, they didn't offer a vegetarian option, nor give options for how I would like the eggs made. Also, spa area is not to the standard of the rest of the hotel and prices are unreasonably high.
Dee (7/5): Would revisit - but would go for a higher floor! - Breakfast was amazing but too many wasps outside to enjoy breakfast - eat it inside if you can. The area is lovely very clean nicely maintained, facilities all 5 star level. Aircon works beautifully and rooms are of very good spec and decor, despite signs of aging. Our issue was, our room which was lower ground level, had a constant smell of sewage and damp it just didn't smell pleasant. We did go in the middle of summer so that might explain it.

Jem (7/5): Beautiful rooms but too hot - Very clean hotel. There was no one in reception when I arrived. I had to call the spa to have them call and find someone to help me check in. The room was amazing, beautiful , high ceiling, luxurious. Fridge in room, safe as well. The room was extremely hot. It was 28 degrees C/ 81 Fahrenheit. AC was left off. Called reception, told I had to turn on the AC which is centrally controlled and that it will take an hour to get it cooled.

Gavin (8/5): Great hotel, Great location, especially from Airport and to City. - My room was cleaned while I was out because I put the request on the door notice. this worked really well and I appreciated it. The room was right near the pool so that was extra nice! Pool was amazing, large and at points its 2.2m deep so you can have a proper swim! The atmosphere once you got inside the hotel was very good.. Quality of bed and room was great. the WIFI process was blocked by my phone and my colleagues phone. so it obviously needs to be easier to log in to. It can still be secure but must be easy. The breakfast needs to be on a written menu in English. Its not self serve so don't know what you are getting and the staff didn't understand English, even though they made a good attempt to try. the air conditioning and lighting in the room was complicated to work out.

Marco (8/5): Great stay in the middle of Istanbuls biggest forest - Nice hotel in the middle of a forest, close to Istanbul Airport. Great breakfast, great big and comfortable rooms and great facilities. Love the 25m pool for a morning swim. Also, if you like dogs, this is your spot. There are loads walking freely around the forest. The hotel is getting older, but is holding on really well. The rooms are built firmly and with quality materials. A shuttle-bus to the village of Gokturk would be a nice addition.

George (10/5): A memorable stay in a great hotel - Rooms and all facilities were exceptional. Staff is very kind and always willing to help you and resolve any problem that you may face. We were in this area for an equine competition so the location for us was perfect but possible this will not be the case if you want to visit center of Istanbul since it is more than 30 minutes away, depending on the traffic. Not to forget that the surrounding is great. As I mentioned staff is always willing to help but there is a difficulty to communicate in English. Additional the main restaurant closes early enough at 10 pm and you could not order later than that. Finally, during the first night of our stay, hotel hosted a weeding and music was loud enough but it was just for one night

About 25 minutes from IST, we were flying on the next morning so no desire to go all the way into the city. Wished we were staying longer. Two small suggestions: a USB port somewhere would be useful, the motion sensor light for the bathroom is not helpful. It turns off too quickly if you're on the toilet too long and in the middle of the night it comes on automatically and disturbs your partner

Location was very good since we stayed there due to participation in games that took place in Kemer but is away for someone who wants to visit Istanbul. Firstly, although personnel was very helpful, it was difficult to communicate with them due to English language barrier. Additionally, breakfast could be more plentiful as we expected in such a good hotel. Finally hotel's restaurant was closing earlier than expected, at 10 pm.

Pelin (6/5): Pleasant - There was only one narrow stair with high steps and in spiral shape. Elevator was out of order for a period of time. Going to the front desk with that spiral stair was diffucult and not safe. My flight was very early, I concerned about how could I take my lagguage down. Elevator was fixed in the morning did not experience the problem. My room was quite large and comfortable very high ceilings but a small closet with minimum hanging space.
