Mslulu1978 (10/5): Quiet stay! - We have been doing a girls trip to Frankenmuth for the past three years and have stay here every year! The rooms are very clean and comfortable. The staff has always been very nice and accommodating. The upgrades to the rooms are wonderful. It’s hard to believe we are so close to everything downtown yet still so peaceful. We are already talking about next years trip and can’t wait to stay again!
Biggs (8/5): Over all a very nice motel. I would stay there again but would inquire about a handicap accessible room. - Price, clean, quiet and easy to get to. Bathrooms are not age friendly. No grab bars, toilets were very low and it was hard to get in and out of the tub. Parking was a bit of a problem.

buneebear (10/5): I almost don't want people to find out about this place. - We love the Frankenmuth Motel! Yes, it is older and may not have all of the bells and whistles of the newer places in town. BUT the beds are super comfortable, it is much more affordable than the other hotels, and the staff is always so nice! We will continue to choose the Frankenmuth Motel over all of the others.

The rooms are clean, and the beds are comfortable. It also has a continental breakfast that I didn't get to sample. Overall, a great hidden gem.

I loved how the toilet and shower had a door and then there was a privacy curtain separate to close or open by the sink. The fan in the bathroom was awful it woke everyone up every time someone turned it on. The breakfast in the morning didn’t have anything left and we got there at 9am and that lady was not friendly at all. She was not who checked us in.

Sandra (10/5): - So fresh, clean and simple. Updated without being just a band-aid over old work. Everything was newly painted and looked great. The furniture wasnt all beat up, the beds were very comfortable and So clean. Probably the cleanest room Ive ever been in. The shower was great. The size of the room was unexpectedly large for an older motel. So nice to have a fridge and microwave in the room. Over all impression- Impressive! We will 100% be back soon! The free breakfast is worth about that much. Nothing fancy or even worth the walk to the lobby.

The bathroom fan could not be used separate from the light, and it's rather loud (and no nightlight or tissues available). More instruction for TV stations and how to access would be great. Tell guests that they should park in the spot that matches their room, as some must come with more than one vehicle, or have guests, and use the spaces of other guests.

Polarbeargirl2222 (8/5): Clean motel in convenient location - Great little motel - very clean and centrally located. Easy to walk to Bronner’s Christmas store and to the downtown area. We were greeted warmly at check in and given a coupon book for the area. Room was clean and comfortable. Only issues were a bit of a noisy box spring and the room was a little warm and we couldn’t get it to cool down in order to sleep comfortably.

The bathroom had a soap dispenser that was empty (I would expect those to be filled before a guest checks in). There is no online presence that I can find for this property, I had to call them to make a reservation. Be sure you have your confirmation number with you when you travel there; I had a reservation for 2 nights, but when I went to check in, they only had me booked for 1 night. A significant inconvenience when I am on a work trip.

The restroom was a tight fit but who’s staying in there long, again it was clean. Checking in and out was a breeze with very polite and friendly staff. We didn’t stay for the continental breakfast, but it looked good. We needed some water and soda pop for the room and weren’t gauged on the prices. Great place to stay, and will be back for sure.

The family room (3 beds) was clean, convenient and comfy. Breakfast was ok, did the job and held us over till lunch. Access to free coffee all day was appreciated! Would stay again for sure! My only suggestion for the room.... coat hooks!! Lots of room to put one right at the door. When visiting Christmas Town you need to be prepared with multiple choices of coats and scarves. This would be a super simple addition that would be very helpful to families! For breakfast... add cereal choices.
