• Claire (6/5): - Très proche des transports : bus en face et gare Roma Termini accessible à pied en 20 minutes. Check-in possible en début d'après-midi : nous avons pu poser nos bagages puis profiter de la ville l'après-midi et le soir. Rapport qualité-prix plutôt bien pour une nuit proche de la gare centrale. Nous avions l'appartement côté rue : très bruyant, même avec les boules quiès fournies et dès que nous ouvrions la fenêtre ça sentait fortement la fumée de cigarette des passants. Le lit double est un peu petit pour deux adultes et le matelas est plus large que le sommier donc les côtés s'affaissent.

• pierri (10/5): 🤩🤩😍 - Viaggio in famiglia! Tutto perfetto! C'è anche un bellissimo giardino pubblico di fronte (davanti al social hub) per far giocare i bambini! L' host davvero simpatico e accogliente, ed è stato disponibilissimo, aiutandoci per ogni nostra necessità... Super consigliato!! 😀 /

• pierri (10/5): Casa accoglientissima! - Casa top!! servizio ottimo! l' appartamento è pulito, ben tenuto e curato, cucina attrezzata a disposizione! la posizione è molto centrale, ottimi collegamenti con bus, tram, ma anche a piedi volendo, per il centro di Roma! La zona è piena di trattorie tipiche, pizzerie, locali, caffetterie, ecc, tutto a pochi passi a piedi! host gentilissimo e molto accogliente, ci ha fatto sentire come a casa, torneremo sicuramente qui nelle prossime vacanze romane!! /

• CHRISTINA (5/5): - Στον κοινόχρηστο χώρο ο καναπές ήταν διαλυμένος. Όταν φτάσαμε δεν υπήρχε σύνδεση στο ίντερνετ λόγω βλάβης του δικτύου τηλεφωνίας αλλά δεν ενημερωθήκαμε από τον οικοδεσπότη εγκαίρως. Και επειδή το κατάλυμα είναι υπόγειο, δεν μπορέσαμε να χρησιμοποιήσουμε ούτε τα δεδομένα μας. Έπρεπε να βγούμε έξω στο δρόμο για να μπορέσουμε να χρησιμοποιήσουμε τα δεδομένα μας. Ο εξοπλισμός της κουζίνας σχεδόν ανύπαρκτος, για 4 υπνοδωμάτια υπήρχαν μόνο 2 κούπες του καφέ και δύο φλιτζάνια. Κατά τα άλλα, το δωμάτιό μας ήταν καθαρό, τα κρεβάτια ήταν μαλακά αλλά τα μαξιλάρια πολύ σκληρά

• Leonid (4/5): Not satisfied - The apartment is fully equipped with kitchen stuff, so one can cook for themselves. Good supermarket in the next building. The place is very noisy due to its close proximity to the busy road - trams, cars, people, and ambulance vehicles. The Internet didn't work for the entire three days of our stay, which was crucial, as there is no TV at the apartment. Evenings were quite boring.

Per i rumori noi non abbiamo sentito nulla perchè la finestra della ns camera dava su un cortile interno La struttura nonostante sia in parte interrata è confortevole e arredata con mobili moderni. La camera e il bagno erano pulite nulla. Forse migliorerei il discorso della cucina perchè c'è una finestra che viene tenuta aperta per arieggiare ma che porta all'interno della stanza della polvere che si deposita sul tavolo in particolare.

Tenia muchas humedades y un aparato para mejorar la humedad. Podrian mejorar la mesita de trabajo, yo estuve trabajando unas horas en esa mesita y sw movia mucho, era muy pequeña. Pero en general muy bien, repetiria.

So you do not have a privete apartment. 2. The rooms are very close to a busy street. You will not have a quiet sleep time 3. There was no hair dryer in the roo.

• Giuseppe (9/5): Roma bellissima e accessibile con casa particular - Staff accogliente e gentile, pronto a rispondere telefonicamente e con whatsapp. Posizione buona, con un bus si arriva al Colosseo in 20 minuti e con bus e metro si arriva agevolmente in stazione e ad altre attrazioni di Roma, veramente ottimo il rapporto qualità/prezzo. A presto Claudia e Giuseppe Zona di periferia, ma eravamo consapevoli...
• Pampin (8/5): Calidad-precio correcto. - La relación calidad precio estuvo muy bien. La cocina para compartir también estaba bien. Julia, quien nos recibió muy amable. Todo limpio. Pudimos dejar el equipaje hasta la tarde q era nuestro vuelo. Nos tocó una habitación que daba a la calle. Al ser subsuelo, realmente el ruido era mucho. Nos habían dejado tapones para los oídos, la segunda noche los usamos y estuvo mejor. Hay un bus q pasa x la esquina, pero para los lugares turísticos hay q hacer combinación.

Struttura minimalista, lenzuola bucate, copriletto mini messo di traverso che non arrivava neanche a coprire, doccia sprovvista di base appoggio per i saponi e varie, zona un po' rumorosa, essendo accanto ad una tangenziale, non ti offre nulla. Ottima per una o max 2 notti molto di passaggio. Andrebbero messe delle zanzariere alle finestre, perché la zona non è esente da zanzare..

• Veronica (6/5): Carino - La struttura a se è carina. Tranquilla. Per il costo che ha è onesto Zona molto frequentata per l'università accanto. Il traffico può essere davvero un problema per chi non sopporta i rumori, ma in dotazione ci sono dei tappi per le orecchie. La pulizia non era ottima ,per chi vuole spendere poco e non bada a queste cose va più che bene.

The staff was super friendly and welcoming, and the room service and cleanliness were great too The bed was super uncomfortable, and it was so damp and noisy in the mornings with all the outside stuff going on If you're allergic or asthmatic, it's gonna be tough 'cause it's super humid

• Diego Ivan (9/5): - Precio calidad está aceptable, la verdad la zona en donde se encuentra ayuda para conectar con varios lugares turísticos, a 30 minutos por mucho para llegar al coliseo, muy limpio y la cocina muy bien equipada, y la atención de quien atiende súper rápida y amable. No tiene aire acondicionado y los ventiladores no alcanzan a cubrir su función del todo, si se sufre un poco ya que la habitación está como en un sótano.

• CDM (8/5): Quella semplicità che ti fa' sentire a casa - Domenico, il proprietario, conosciuto al volo di persona e approfittato per ringraziarlo, veramente gentile e super disponibile. La struttura, essendo un affitta camere, molto semplice se si chiede un posto per dormire e poter girare Roma. La posizione in San Lorenzo è collegata facilmente in tutte le zone di Roma (fermate di bus e tram sono molto vicine alla struttura). In casa trovate anche molti consigli su dove mangiare se volete rimanere in zona.
