• Simone (10/5): Hervorragend! - Die Unterkunft liegt 15min vom Strand entfernt, wodurch man seine Ruhe hat aber schnell auch überall ist. Das Hostel ist eines der schönsten, das wir auf unserer Reise durch Südamerika gesehen haben. Es bietet sehr viel an Platz und Ausruhmöglichkeiten, z.B hat es eine Dachterrasse, Küche mit zweiter Terrasse, Garten, Pool, viele Hängematten und Tischtennisplatte. Vorallem ist alles im extrem schönen Zustand gehalten, alles sehr sauber und man fühlt sich sehr wohl, durch das freundliche Personal! Das Frühstück, was im Preis enthalten ist, ist köstlich! (Sie haben eine Karte, bei der man sein Frühstück selbst auswählen kann und man kann auf Wunsch, auch mehr dazubestellen) Wir haben uns so wohl gefühlt, anstatt 2 Nächten wurden es 4 und wahrscheinlich kommen wir auch nochmal zurück! Eine wirkliche Wohlfühl Oase!

Il y a plusieurs choix au petit déjeuner, c’est super. Les espaces communs sont de bonne qualité et bien équipés. Nous avons passé un super séjour, merci beaucoup !!

C'est comme un petit village et on y est vraiment bien. Logement sympa et organisation style auberge de jeunesse... Une des jeunes filles de service n'était pas au top, pas aimable et renfrognée. Mais elle s'est améliorée au fil du séjour. Les coqs et parfois les chiens au petit matin... Bonne

Además pudimos hacer nuestra propia barbacoa. Los crepes de desayuno están ricos y ofrecen servicio de refill de agua (pagando). Una burbuja de descanso dentro del ajetreado ritmo de Taganga. Las cenas son de poca calidad, no las recomiendo. Las camas un poco duras.

A cama em que eu dormi na primeira noite tinha muito cheiro de poeira e foi difícil dormir.

• Lynn (8/5): Good swimming pool, set back from the centre of Taganga - Friendly English speaking receptionist. Good pool. A bit of a walk back from the centre - but quiet except when some locals have a birthday party into the night which was so loud they should all be deaf - not the hotel’s fault. The roof top seemed to be occupied by various groups pretty much the whole time we were there including for dance/aerobics classes - this meant the seats for relaxing and gym equipment were pushed back/unavailable. The kitchen was not very clean…. The place was not full by any means - I think it could be noisy if it was full.

The pool was nice and I appreciated having both a communal kitchen and a restaurant option. Despite not having ac the rooms are well ventilated. Staff were considerate of dietary restrictions. Breakfast was great. Would have been nice to have ac in the rooms as it was often quite hot. It was a little bit of a walk from the Main Street in Taganga but that kept things a little quieter at night. We were bummed to find out there was a group using the upper terrace during our stay so we didn’t get to spend time up there. It seemed very nice.
• Alysse (9/5): Superb - Gorgeous and well kept. Lots of space and an outdoor pool to keep busy if ever you’re just wishing to relax from your travels for a bit. There is an amazing view of the ocean from the last floor of the hostel as well as many hamacs to lay in. There’s access to a kitchen and a restaurant making it all the more convenient. My friend and I had a private room with a shower, 2 beds and fans to keep us cool from the heat. Not a big issue, but the bedroom door was pretty difficult to figure out. Difficult to lock and unlock from inside and outside without having to shut it pretty loudly afterwards.

• Claudia (10/5): Relaxing retreat in Taganga - The hostel is beautifully located in a terraced garden with a lovely clean pool. The rooms are separate, and you only see other guests at breakfast. Breakfast is nice and has various options. Staff is very accommodating in terms of meal times. The rooms are basic but comfortable. Although in a quiet part of Taganga, the roosters are quite audible at night. But that is village life, and there is not much the hostel staff could do. I am just writing this in case someone is a very light sleeper.

With so many corners, spots and space, I feel like I could've spent many more days discovering all the hidden chillout spots at the hostel. The sunset view from the top floor is amazing. The staff was super nice and helped me to an earlier breakfast because I had to go diving early. La Casa de Felipe really felt like coming home for me.

The facilites are amazing: clean pool, nice rooftop, many cozy corners with hammocks, food on site and comfortable rooms. The location is also great! Supermarket and beach just 10km away - and still far enough to not hear the music from local parties. The staff is wonderful and can help you with anything. Highly recommend this place if you want to relax - we spent most our time at the hostel than exploring taganga 😅 Nada all good. Water pressure is low, but that is common in this area.

Loved the Hammocks and the foliage. Staff super helpful. A nice walk down to town. Taganga people are friendly and helpful. The only down at night the dogs bark. A lot . They changed my room away from the road and I slept 🛏 really good Highly recommend this Hostel.
• Verified traveler (6/5): - I highly suggest paying your tours directly with the hostel and not the guy that picks you up to bring you to the beaches . We weren't advised to pay at the hostel so we thought the tour was seperate and paid the guy who then said we never paid him. So just a heads up. Other then that, our stay was good:)

• Katherine (10/5): - Very cute hostel at the top of the hill. Brilliant views for sunset and tons of hammocks to soak up the seaside breeze.
• Oshia (8/5): Nice hostel and staff - Bathrooms have no warm water, many spots in the room from them mosquitos get inside and it is very annoying. The area is nice, nice breakfast, nice staff.
• Amber (10/5): Great relaxing place with a wonderful view - Casa de Felipe is a wonderful place with many places to chill out, read a book, enjoy the view or relax in a hammock. It is spacious, so it never feels crowded. The dorms have good beds and comfortable matresses. The bathroom could be cleaned little better, but it is not really disturbing. The breakfast is great, many options and very friendly staff.
• Angela (10/5): Lovely but loud - Lovely looking hostel with friendly staff. The fan in my room was too loud to sleep under so we had the two of us sharing a single bed under the better fan. There was weirdly enough space for us though so no complaints.The hammock right outside the room was a nice touch. If you're looking for a quiet night sleep though, try somewhere else. There is a cockerel nearby that starts off around midnight (no joke) and there's a place next door that plays loud loud music on Saturday nights way past 5am
• Steven (8/5): Recommended - Very friendly staff with a great tour desk. Food at the restaurant was great (the fillet mignon was incredible). The hostel is very spacious with good outdoor space Only downside was the lack of mosquito protection
• Vale (6/5): - We stayed here for New Years and it was expensive and not worth it cost. I am not sure if it was for the date but I felt it was very over price for what you grt. THE ROOM we were given was located right next to the restaurant and cafeteria area so the room smell like food and it was very noisy and difficult to sleep properly. In addition, the room was not too good, had no air conditioner nor tv. I wouldn't stay here again or recommend it.
• Verified traveler (10/5): Beautiful grounds and 5 min walk from beach - Great staff. Very cool room with great view of the bay. Very clean. Attentive and warm staff. Felt very comfortable here with my family.
• Verified traveler (10/5): Best hostel in Taganga - Friendly and relaxed hostel with large open air common areas, lots of hammocks, and a snack bar and restaurant on site, plus a guest kitchen. Best part of Taganga.
