We waited in line for 1.5 hours to check in. it's not necessary at this day and age for the employee to have to type in information from your driver's license and take the time to print out and for us to manually initial everything. They should be able to swipe a card and we should be able to do the initials digitally.

- Andrew (8/5): Over all we loved staying at The Breakers. I grew up coming to Hotel Breakers every summer, so it was nice sharing that - Love how close it is to the park. I like that there is plenty to do in the hotel. I like that you get early entry to the park. I don’t like that there aren’t coffee makers in the rooms. I think there should also be a couple complimentary bottles of water in each room too. Those things are so expensive in the restaurants and store. The restaurant prices are pricey.

The bellman were extremely helpful and gave correct information. Our room was ready at 930am which was amazing. Front desk gave us wrong info, directions , where to buy express passes. Bathroom was moldy and dirty. Room so small there was no closet or wardrobe, just hooks hanging from wall. Resturants very overpriced $21 for omelet at Perkins. Went to McDonald’s for breakfast and famous Dave’s for dinner. The “walk” to the park was about 15 mins not a short walk. The park closed the 2nd day we were there and hotel did refund us for the night and park fee. Indoor pool was ok. Not very clean and no one was there.

TGI Fridays was atrocious and we sat for nearly 30 mins waiting to be served and finally, someone came. Order never “made it to the kitchen,” and we walked out.

Wish they had more restaurant options and some longer hours for food/drinks after the park closes, but if you're staying here you're likely spending most of your time at Cedar Point anyway!

Loved the outdoor fire pits at night when we got back from the park. All the staff was friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and just fine but the bathroom, although clean, could have used a little TLC. Wishing there was a 24-hour grab and go of some kind for food. Would have been nice to grab a sandwich when you get back from the park. We will definitely stay there again!!

The screen was so filthy it was not a nice view the rail was across eye level while sitting in chairs. Unless you are going to the park I would not recommend staying at the Breakers hotel. Very expensive for the room. Ate at the TGI Fridays and the fish was cold and not cooked on the inside.

Go digital for check in. It’s 2025. One of the elevators in the west building apparently hasn’t been working in a year. Too expensive to stay there for them to not fix their issues.

- Addison (6/5): Great amenities are the only reason to stay - The perks and location are why you stay here. Being able to walk into the park and take advantage of the hour of early entry is hard to beat. The hotel lobby and common areas are nicely appointed and were decorated for Halloween. The room though... I would put it a slight notch above a Motel 6 because the bed wasn't rock hard. Surfaces were not terribly clean and all of the seams of the bathtub insert were peeling badly. I would say the word that came to mind with the room was "cheap". The park has world class attractions but the Hotel Breakers is far from that standard.

Have to go back down to lobby and have the keys reprogrammed and i asked a different hotel worker if he has info for early rides he gave me a card with all the info

- Joselyn Stephany Cornejo (8/5): - I had a great time during my visit at Hotel Breakers. First off, I traveled here from Los Angeles just to visit Cedar Point for 4 days. Since my time was limited, I booked 3 nights at this hotel just for the convenience. Our room was clean, and bedsheets were fresh. However the bathtub was cracking and it didn't look as well maintained as everything else so that was a little disappointing. Mind you, this hotel is VERY expensive, so I figured the price point would reflect the establishment and its upkeep, but some areas were lacking. Since the hotel is right by the park it definitely came in handy to be so close just in case we wanted to take a break from all the rollercoasters. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and checking in and out was a breeze, especially since it was my first time booking a stay at a hotel. Overall, if you have more time to spare I would suggest staying at a more reasonably priced hotel that is a short drive from the park, maybe one that actually offers free breakfast. But if you have limited time and cannot drive around, then pick Hotel Breakers.

- Guest (5/5): Unsatifactory - Some of the staff was professional, knowledgeable and helpful. Some of the staff was not professional, not knowledgeable and not helpful. No prices on your drink menu! Fridays restaurant is in need of a renovation! Picnic area or pavilion for hotel guests! Check your hotel vedio for unprofessional conduct from staff!

- Nayelli (7/5): Bonito pero deja mucho que decear por el precio - La ubicación excelente el lugar es muy bonito Las tinas estaba tapadas el agua no c iba en los lava manos y la tina horrible experiencia el personal no te explica nada acerca del parque y si puedes tener una mejor experiencia

- PIONEERS Website (10/5): - Family-friendly, pool's were great however inside hot tub/pool had so much chlorine added; our eyes burned and we could only stay inside for less than 20 minutes. The outside pools were cold because we were told that management didn't want to turn on the heaters. Overall, we enjoyed our rooms that overlooked the bay. Absolutely amazing to wake up and hear the waves.

- ChasingSunsets4321 (8/5): It’s ok for a night or two.. - Rooms were fine…. Hotels a bit overpriced for what you get.. we stayed in a lake view room on the first floor. Room was really small for 4 people… and not overly clean. There were empty wrappers and empty bottles of shampoo under the bathroom sink, hair in the sink and on the mirror and the carpet in the main room area was not vacuumed. Overall if the room had been cleaner I would say it’s fine for a night or two but definitely not the nicest place we have stayed. Service at front desk was meh. Only had 1 person working the desk and they were not friendly.

Everything is perfect and the convenience of entering and exiting the park is more than worth it. I’ve stayed in the past but this was my husbands first stay. He says we won’t stay anywhere else when we visit cedar point from now on

- Susan (10/5): - Hotel was very clean and room a good size with a safe, refrigerator and microwave. Plenty of towels in the room which were changed every day. Booking in was very easy, dedicated staff.
