• Oikonomidis (1/5): - . 1.The stuff couldn't speak English or greek, nobody was in the reception, multiple times throughout the day I got locked out with my stuff in the hotel because the owner was sleeping and couldn't open. 2.people came into my room for service when I was in the room sleeping, weird vibes all around definitely not what was promised. ALSO THE OWNER DEMANDED CASH. Unacceptable

• Michail (3/5): Δεν θα το συνιστούσα διότι δεν υπάρχει υγιεινή καθαριότητα - Αυτό που μου αρέσει στο κατάλυμα ήταν ότι είχε δύο μπάνια και ότι ήταν δίπλα στη δουλειά που είχα Αυτό που δε μου άρεσε στο κατάλυμα ήταν ότι ήταν βρώμικο μυρίζε τσιγάρο το δωμάτιο επίσης μες στα συρτάρια υπήρχαν τρίχες σκουπιδάκια και βρήκα και ένα τασάκι το οποίο ήτανε γεμάτο με τσιγάρα μες στα σερταρια. Εγώ κανονικά ήταν το τσεκιν μου στις 2 η ώρα και το έκανα στις 11 το βράδυ διότι είχα κάποιες δουλειές που αυτό συνεπάγεται στο ότι είχαν χρόνο να καθαρίσουν το δωμάτιο.Επισης μόλις μπήκαμε στο κατάλυμα η κυρία ήταν αγενέστατη και επίσης δεν υπάρχει καλή ηχομόνωση ότι γίνεται το ακούς κες και είναι δίπλα σου

• ΔΗΜΗΤΡΙΟΣ (4/5): - Είχε ικανοποιητικά ευρύχωρο δωματιο. Είχε ζεστό νερό. Βρίσκεται απέναντι από σούπερ μάρκετ. Το air-condition δεν λειτουργούσε, η τζαμαρία της μπαλκονόπορτας δεν κλείδωνε οπότε έπρεπε να κλείσεις και τα παντζούρια αναγκαστικά, το κρεβάτι ετριζε με κάθε κίνηση , είχε παλιά μάλλινη κουβέρτα και η καθαριότητα ήταν αρκετά μέτρια. Παροχές τίποτα. Το ταβάνι του δωματίου είχε φλούδες από το χρώμα , έτοιμες να πέσουν. Αποτελέσμα της υγρασίας.

• ELISA (7/5): Hotel semplice, ottimo per una notte di passaggio - Hotel modesto con forniture vecchiotte, cmq la stanza era amplissima e silenziosa e i letti comodi. Davanti ha un super mercato e a 500metri una taverna gyros buona. Il parcheggio in sterrato e' ampio. Il proprietario era burbero di primo acchito, ma alla fine gentile e premuroso.

• Cynthia (8/5): Very good - The staff was welcoming and kind. The room was okay, I can't complain, it had a balcony, sunlight. It was comfortable and convenient enough for my stay. There's a nice 20 minute walk from the metro to the guest house. But there are also bus stops nearby. Supermarket The room is not cleaned on a daily basis like in hotels, whatever you get on the first day, you will have them until you leave, including towels, I had 2 towels and personally didn't ask them for new ones. Maybe if I asked they would have given me clean ones

The employee/owner was extremely rude when we asked for a second bedding (blanket and sheet), telling us to up the heating and asking us how long are we staying to make his life difficult. The blankets, I doubt they were ever cleaned, there was hair all over them and at the end we slept with sheets trying to avoid touching those blankets. The room's ceiling was chipping off, the fridge had mold, everything was covered in dust and there was visible dirt everywhere. The building had a foul petrol smell, I do not doubt that 30 years ago it was a good hotel but the state of it today... It should not be in any booking platforms.

• Korallia (1/5): The stay was quite disappointing. I definitely wouldn't recommend it for women traveling alone. - The only positive aspect was the location. The stay was quite disappointing. The room was dirty, and the bathroom hadn't been properly cleaned, with visible hair left behind. Conversations from neighboring rooms were easily audible, and the door didn't close properly. At night, there was a lot of noise, with someone shouting for an extended period, and there was clearly no staff around to address it. I didn't feel safe, and I definitely wouldn't recommend it for women traveling alone.

• Verified traveler (2/5): You get what you pay - The bedroom was clean but the accommodation is basic. I did not expect much for the price paid. But I did expect a quiet environment, which was not. Throughout the night, loud voices from the reception of what sounded like fights among customers and management, swearing etc while upstairs loud sex throughout the night. Makes one think of what business goes on there. Smoking indoors. Having said the above, the management refunded me fast the second night booked, with thanks.

• Valentina (8/5): Very good for the price! - The place is essential, but everything is clean and working well (air condi, tv, etc.); comfortable beds and quiet silent area. For being a low price accommodation, it's very good! Staff is very kind and 24/h reception. The parking is good and the area is well connected with the main roads. Maybe tourists could need somebody who speaks English better, in the reception: the two people I dealt with weren't able to do, but they were so kind that you really don't need much more. It would be just a plus, knowing at least the basic tourists' words...

• Anna (8/5): good value and enough privacy for price - I stay there whenever I need to go to Kifissia/Athens. I like it because there is a private bathroom with shower etc. and it's good value for the price. As a non smoker I can smell the smoke coming in from the corridor

We were moved to another room with power the next day when we were able to find someone at the front desk. We were unable to charge our phones, use lights in the bathroom or main room, no tv and food spoiled from the refrigerator not working during the time we went without power.

• Νικολαοσ (10/5): Value for money - Everything was ok. They can call a radio taxi for you but be advised the taxi service charges an extra €2 for this service on top of the fare. Since COVID there is no breakfast offered. You are free to call any delivery service throughout the day. Each room has its own balcony and chair. Beds could be more comfortable
• Anna (6/5): Affordable and all you need is there - Expect no luxury, but all you need is there, including a fridge, a private bathroom with shower and a balcony. I stay here whenever I need to go for my medical treatment, because it's right in the middle between Kifissia metro station and the clinic itself. Considering the clinic costs, I'm grateful to have found an affordable accommodation. There is also a supermarket right in front of this guest house, where one can buy hot food around lunch time. In the beginning I just ordered Uber to move between the guest house and the clinic or Kifissia, or I walked, but I found out there are busses 9B and 543(?) moving between Kifissia station and my clinic and they stop close to the Cybele guest house. Sometimes other people's smoke can enter the room, but one can open the balcony/window for fresh air. It's getting noisy quite early in the morning, not sure what they do so early, way before check out time. The bath could be cleaner, there was some dust on the bathroom heating towel rack and the shower floor wasn't super clean either, but again, for the price it's ok.

It took half an hour to explain that we had booked two rooms.. one was paid and one not . That was after him refusing to believe we were not a couple and didn't want to share a room. I had just had serious accident and needed to take medication. I don't care he said. If we were not in such serious need we would have walked out then and there. To be avoided

The price is good for the location, and a supermarket is next door, which makes it very convenient. Echoey hallway, which makes loud sounds in the hallway audible in the rooms.

• Marios (2/5): Good location and cheap but no facilities no preservation / maintenance and no personnel that cared. - Air-condition broke with 35 degrees outside. Nobody could repair it, no other room available that night and personnel did not care much about. I suggested to find me a fan but they did not care. Did not sleep much that night I was sweating all night. After a day they proposed to give me another room and transfer my luggage's during the day. When I arrived in the afternoon they just gave me a key without transferring anything. Shower was flowing half on top and half on the tap without being able to change it. No pressure either. Did not clean the room for 3 days I was there or replenish soaps. Personnel did not speak English.
• Rawane (6/5): Pleasant - I reserved the hotel for a single night and found its location to be convenient for those with access to a car, but less so for those without. While the room itself was satisfactory for a brief stay, the hotel's service left room for improvement. Upon arrival and departure, I encountered a delay of approximately 10 minutes on both occasions due to the absence of reception staff. This aspect detracted from an otherwise pleasant experience. In conclusion, the hotel's location is suitable for car travelers, and the room is suitable for short stays, though the service quality could be enhanced to ensure a smoother guest experience.
