- Smith (7/5): -
- Jurgen (3/5): I was part of a group of five or six rooms who reserved together sight unseen for the Eugene Marathon. Upon arrival we w - Nothing Old, dirty, broken, homeless people, and rampant drug dealing etc going on or adjacent to property
- Wesley (9/5): -
- Hoffman (6/5): - The manager was very nice and helpful and attentive to all my requests Bed was very cheep and uncomfortable, lots of homeless traffic
- James (7/5): - That i was able to check in late night and that it was hassle free There was ants in the room other than that very peaceful stay
- Smith (6/5): -
- Eric (8/5): -
- Svinos (6/5): -
- Cassandra (3/5): We didn’t stay. - Staff was pleasant Not a good place to take toddlers. That’s on us, but we left shortly after getting there. Would be great for a single person just trying to sleep and leave. Didn’t have a safe vibe and wasn’t clean except bathroom. In a prior life I would go somewhere like this just to get drunk or something- loud floors and burns in bed comforter.
- Vazquez (10/5): - Didn’t have breakfast but the lady who check u is is the sweetest N/a
- Ordaz (10/5): -
- Kayla (1/5): Never staying here again, cheaper isn’t always better - Horrible location, fights and screaming were happening all night. There were cigarette burns all over the sheets, the room smelled awful. The beds aren’t comfortable but to be expected for a cheap motel.
- Darrel (3/5): Overnight Stay for an Oregon Ducks game. - The bathroom was clean. Blood on the pillow under the pillow case.
The remote for the TV was sticky and gross.
Phone was super gross. Yellow buildup around keys.
- Ness (8/5): -
- LORRI (8/5): - Overall I was happy with the accommodations I was bummed that no ice machine was around, the rose smell was a bit overwhelming but I was happy with my stay
- Cesario (8/5): -
- George (3/5): -
- Dan (3/5): Very disappointing experience from check-in to check-out. - Lighting was decent, good showerhead pressure. Tub drained very slowly pooling water around ankles while showering, water took a long time to heat up. Wall heater was very dated and dusty. No closet or place to hang jackets or other belongings. Bed was warped with feet being higher than head, sagging in the middle. Bedcover had multiple burn holes in it. Floor was not cleaned well. Power receptacles were dated and worn to the point that power cord prongs did not stay in place.
- robert (1/5): - what an embaresment
- Elizabeth (9/5): -
- Vazquez (10/5): -
- Kersten (6/5): Best bang for the buck on game day! - Way better than other hotels we’ve been to. Can’t beat the price for a Ducks game! Bring your own bedding and towels. They have some holes in them! Otherwise the room was clean.
- Courtney (4/5): - Bed bugs and mens boxers between the mattress and sheets not clean
- Minton (6/5): ??? - ? ?
- Alvarez (7/5): -
- Rajan (4/5): - Nothing Not a good location, not clean, the next room people having party till 2 AM... We just stopped for a night from our drive from Canada to California... Never again...
- Meg (6/5): - The lady at the service windo was nice but the facility its self was poor. Our room smelled bad, the floor was very dirty and the motel was super noisy most of the night making it difficult to sleep. :(
- Stacie (4/5): - Sketch neighborhood. No washcloths. Wi fi worked great. Clean. Microwave and fridge. I would be armed in this part of town.
- Nils (3/5): -
- Tom (1/5): - Onsite manager screamed at me when o got out of my vehicle, threatened to call police for trespass if I approached the office to check in. She seemed deranged or intoxicated.
- David (3/5): Probably won’t stay again - Nothing Hair on the pillows that wasn’t ours. Bathroom door was broken, towels had black stains, there was no toiletries. The woman wasn’t at the front desk so I sat there for 20 minutes.
- Abi (1/5): -
- Luthie (6/5): - No washcloths! No hangers! No facial tissue!
But the beds were comfortable.
Seemed to be a place where indigents live week to week.
- McCartney (8/5): -
- Covarrubias (8/5): -
- United Visa (2/5): What a Dump - Nothing to like. I've stayed in a lot of seedy motels in my day but this one takes the cake. Abandoned cars in the parking lot, a mobile home taking up 1/4 of the entire lot with people in/out of it all day, homeless people everywhere, a mattress that probably wasn't comfortable when picked up on the side of the road in 1984, laminate flooring ripped up so bad you had to wear sandals or you would impale yourself, power going out if you plugged anything in, holes in the wall, dogs barking and smokers everywhere even though I had a sign a waiver for no pets/no smoking. $100 a night? This place should be condemned.
- Brian (4/5): Poorly maintained and extremely overpriced - Poorly maintained and extremely overpriced
- Walker (1/5): -
- Marie (1/5): Bad -
- Bullock (1/5): Bad - Nothing Ac and TV did not work
- James (3/5): Poor -
- Brown (3/5): Poor -
- Thuy-Vy (6/5): - Lovely staff and there were several restaurants within walking distance. Unfortunately, the motel itself is not in great condition. The walls are thin so we could hear everything in the room next to us. Our room smelled like cigarette smoke. The bathroom door was damaged. Few towels were supplied.
- Reece (1/5): Bad - My room dirty didn't like the location and there was only one adult and had to pay 90.40 anyways I think the should had given me some of my money back Same as above
- Patty (1/5): Bad - Nothing Everything, absolutely everything in the hotel did not work. There was no garbage can for garbage, for the price I paid I'm very disappointed and will never return.
- Strunk (3/5): Needed a rest place overnite but this was the worse ive seen!! rst place I've ever - Location, parking, staff help, price were good
Facilities, linens, amenities, cleanliness were poor n limited
Refrig, micro, Tv worked
What can you expect for less than $150?? But i won't return. no attempts to make it presentable
- David (5/5): Just Adequate Motel - Location, ease of parking, good ADA access. Saggy old beds.
- Marilynn (1/5): Bad -
- Hiatt (8/5): Very good -
- John (7/5): Good -
- Bryan (5/5): Loud location, fair accommodations. - The bed itself was comfortable The bathroom had an odor of urine and I could have used an extra pillow.
- Stephen (1/5): One to be avoided for family travel plans - Reception is through a glass hatch on the outside of the motel, presumably the staff are too afraid to have an unlocked door! The room we had on the ground floor was very dark and had a smell which hit the back of your throat. We returned the room keys straight away and left to find something better and safe.
- Tomoo (5/5): Passable -
- Elizabeth (4/5): - Bed was not comfortable. There were cigarette burns in the bedspread. There were hair balls on the floor in two places. The room smelled funky.
- Sandra (2/5): Disgusting and dirty - We walked in and had to leave. We did not stay the night. First, the room smelled of dirty cigarettes and there were burn marks on the bedspreads and all over the floor. One of the beds did not have sheets and the pillows were stained and had dried blood on them. We did not feel safe staying there. The floor was dirty. The furniture was chipped. It was like a scary crack hotel.
- Launa (1/5): Bad - Nothing was good only stayed one night no TV pillows were paper thin had to put three together four about one inch of pillow the room looked like a storage room the next morning turned on the hot water let it run for 20 minutes and still no hot water so no shower we had to book another hotel for double the price because it was graduating weekend for a college town. It was so bad and no refund so lost that money Nothing it was basically a Crack house this place doesn't even deserve a score of 1 it should be 0 and that is being nice
- Nancy (10/5): - The room was clean, and renovated. It wasn't as close to Hults Center as listed. We had thought we'd walk to our event, but decided it was farther than we wanted to venture. The only odd thing, was that check in was outside the lobby instead of inside. The clerk as very nice though.
- Cheryle (1/5): Really disgusting - Absolutely nothing it was gross. They had no washcloths told me I had to use a hand towel though bathe. That had no coffee maker so we had to go across the street 7-Eleven to get coffee. And it looks like it was a homeless camp people that were living there we're all sketchy.. I wouldn't recommend the executive hotel to anyone and especially on booking.com
- Mccartney (10/5): Exceptional -
- David (4/5): Motel did not meet any minimum standards, unacceptable. - The heater did not work.
Loud people in next room all night.
Could hardly breathe, bad air, bad smell of cigarette smoke. Bed cover smelled of smoke.
No carpet, yet scary bad floors.
- Tevers (3/5): Poor - Not much The staff seemed like they were out of it. Took forever for someone to come to the desk. My room was right next to a metal gate that opened and slammed shut all night long. That much foot traffic throughout the entire night. Well you can guess why that might be yourself.
- Matthew (4/5): Disappointing -
- Kris (1/5): Get rid of the bed bugs. - TV in each room stopped working or didnt work, Handle came off the faucet as soon as we got there.
Lots of homeless people in the area
Found a bed bug the last night of our stay.
The door handles are loose and wobbly on all the rooms.
They were small and cramped with furniture.
There is no way to secure the door at night.
- Andre (1/5): Bad -
- Keith (10/5): - Amazing Staff.....
- Ethan (3/5): Needs work, especially for the price - They had nice towels and the bedding under the comforter was clean and soft There was no hot water for the first couple of hours being there. There was a mini fridge and microwave in the sink area, but it had gotten unplugged before we got there, so despite it being cold at arrival, all of our food was warm the next morning. The remote in the room did not control the TV we had, and the TV could not connect to the hotel internet at all (room 110). It could connect to several next door, but apparently none of the ones for this motel.
- Ruben (1/5): Bad -
- Mccartney (10/5): Exceptional -
- Evers (6/5): Review - Location Waited at the window for like fifteen twenty minutes for someone to come to the window
- Nate (1/5): Bad -
- Mccartney (10/5): Exceptional -
- Fontenot (4/5): The staff was nice but our room was disgusting - The staff was nice The room was gross! Chewed up sunflower seeds under the bed, the desk had a old razor blade, Walmart thong tags, and garbage
- Charles (1/5): It wasn’t much of a stay - It was a good night till I got there then they said I didn’t pay when I payed on the website booking. Com….don’t really know the miscommunication but didn’t get the room when payed for and I haven’t received my refund so other than that it’s a great place for the 75 bucks you have to pay but you get what you pay for The communication between websites
- Contripikin (2/5): 1 out of 10 - Location Bathroom was dirty, cigeratte butt's in the floor. Toilet still had shit it in it and not flushed. Floor looked not swept or clean. Microwave was dirty. The guy who was next to me played musc all throw the night. Tell about 4 in the morning. Non stop baglnging on the wall all through the right. Bathtub looked like somebody took a shower and left. This was me walking in the room. The bed smell funny like somebody smoked in the bed. I did reserve a non smoking room.
- Kennedy (1/5): Bad - Nothing. This place was awful There was so much DV going on in the rooms to either side of us. And the next night was dogs howling all night.
- David (2/5): Very poor - Despite professing to be smoke free, my room smelled like the inside of an ashtray. Numerous cigarette burns through out as well.
Clientele seemed sketchy as well.
- Contripikin (10/5): Exceptional - Yes N/A
- Sharon (3/5): Would not stay again - Cheap Broken down cars in parking lot.
- Jeannie (1/5): I recommend not staying there again. - Didn’t like the facility. The beds were horrible to sleep on. The sheets had stuff on them had to go ask management for new bedding. The people around in in other rooms u can hear them.
- Lorri (3/5): Poor - The staff here are great! Always very nice, even in the middle of the night!
Always cheerful! They should get raises, especially dealing with some of the ppl around here. I think this is the smallest room here. The bed is too worn out, makes my back hurt so much. I thought there was cable here but I am only able to get one channel to come in. 4 out of 7 showers were not hot, and 1 was actually cold.
The construction made relaxing hard to do.
I do realize that the owners are upgrading the establishment, but this stay wasn't worth the $ this time.
- Alexa (7/5): Good -
- Lorri (4/5): Disappointing - The staff were great. The room was tiny. The construction made it hard to relax, or even go down stairs.
- Candi (10/5): Exceptional -
- Jim (3/5): Poor - Only one towel. And bad smell.
- Madison (6/5): Pleasant - Staff were nice Room didn’t look like it was cleaned, also bedding was definitely due for replacing.. no bugs but the filth and left over dog hair from others is just as alarming
.
- M (7/5): Good -
- James (2/5): Very poor - Parking seemed safe Stairs were used over, big gap at door with cold air rushing in, tv remote didn't work, stains on towels, trip hazard just coming out of bathroom, the bed was hard as a rock. Check out at 11am and 10:59 they want you out and when u say just a min, they force their way in anyhow. for the price I could had gotten a better room else where.
- Pflegl (8/5): Very good -
- Glenn (1/5): Trash - I like nothing about the room.I like knocking about the staff. There is no continental breakfast like it.States and if you try to get a hold of staff at any time at night they're not going to respond to you What didn't I like everything? Worst motel I've ever stayed at. Hands down
- Abel (1/5): The hotel.Stay cost as money at the doctors due to caughting bed bugs - We bought bed bugs From staying at your hotel and have our doctor bills to prove this. We also told the front desk receptionishe's.The best she offered no money back or any explanation as to why the room Had not been Cleaned properly There was 0 follow-up on AS explaining there was pet bugs.We had to change beds in the middle of the night. We were getting eaten up so bad
- Jerry (8/5): Very good -
- Jason (5/5): Passable -
- Toki (7/5): Good -
- Robert (3/5): Will pay a little more and stay somewhere else. - Low cost and location near football stadium. VERY small and very old. Difficult to turn things on/off (wall lights, heater/AC. We spent 3 nights after football games. Each night (with different room) something would not work. We will not stay there next football season.
- Carmen (8/5): Very good -
- Courtney (2/5): - When I arrived I waited at the locked office for 20 min at 5pm. It was 30* outside and dark. There were 3 doorbell buttons with no explanation of what each was for. I rang each one and eventually called the number on the website. The phone rang and rang and rang. About 5 min later a woman came to the window and opened it, saying 'I was in the bathroom.....are you checking in?"
- Tina (4/5): Poor communication and extra charges - I liked how close it was to stores The owner was rude and yelled at me when she saw I had pets and charged me $50 for my dogs even though that wasn't stated in the contract. The motel is advertised as per friendly. Plus a $50 cleaning deposit that wasn't disclosed in the contract.
- Klumpp (1/5): Bad - I was able to get someone to answer the phones and she was very nice. She helped me get a room fixed from two bed to one and helped with price adjustment! The room had walls that were paper thin. Smelled like someone smoked something other than cigarettes in the room or other rooms. You could hear the other guests talking about doing drugs and having to use narcan to revive someone in the room next to us. The lady was cussing everyother word talking about how she has fentanyl and she wasn't giving and to the guy that she was there with any and then he broke in the bathroom when she was taking a bath and she was yelling at him! We called the front office, but nothing changed cause they were still yelling and cussing. We left to catch the oregon game and came back and again in the middle of the night guy next door doing drugs or something, it smelled horrible, TV up really loud talking to himself throughout the night. And at 5 in the morning, a guy came knocking really loud and asked the guy to come in and talk. Both of the incidents started before the sun came up. On top of the disturbing environment, the room was nasty. Dirty stained mattresses, stained mattress cover. The pillows were platter than a folded pair of pants. We couldn't take it anymore we had to leave an get another hotel after mot sleeping for 2 nights. Hope this place gets updated or shut down.
- Linda (6/5): Book at your own risk! Just ok!! - Hand to ring two different doorbells for person to come to the window to ask you what you want. You couldn’t go into the office area when we arrived or checked out. This gave an indication of what the area was like, which wasn’t good. Furniture was too big and awkward for the room. Most electric outlets weren’t accessible or working. Pillows were very flat. Door seal pour and windows too as you heard all the talking, train, and traffic noises. Photos on Hotels.com looked better than in person, which that isn’t a compliment. For what we were there for the location was excellent! Only good for part!
