- Yumi (6/5): 喫煙室は要注意。禁煙部屋に泊まってみたい。 - 敷地内に駐車場があることはすごくよかったです。インターからはそんなに近くなかったです。 朝食はまあまあ。あまり手作り感がないものも多いのですが仕方がありませんね。 禁煙部屋をとったつもりが喫煙室になっていて、もう空きがなくてお部屋が交換してもらえませんでした。 それは仕方がないとしても、ものすごい匂いで、こんなところにいたら吐いちゃうと思うほどでした。 他にも禁煙部屋に泊まったことがありますが、ここまでひどいタバコのにおいがあったことはありませんでした。 もうちょっと何とかした方がいいと思います。健康にも悪すぎ。

- CHIEKO (3/5): 受付の対応が最悪だった。 - 清掃は行き届いていた。 違うタイプで値段も異なるシングルを2部屋予約しておいた。受付の女性がこちらに確認もせず勝手に部屋をどちらがとちらの部屋か決めて鍵を渡そうとしていたため確認したところ、逆に渡そうとしていたことがわかった。指摘するとコソッと交換して何食わぬ顔で部屋の説明を始めたため受付で指摘。友達の前で部屋のグレードの違いについて話したくはなかったが、私は千円多く支払っており、安い方の部屋に案内されるのは納得できない。勝手に決められたことも、私を安い部屋にしようと決めたのはなぜなのかということも私を傷つけた。とても嫌な思いでチェックイン後、出かけることになり、友達は動揺したせいでチケットを忘れ、会場付近でそれに気づき、戻って部屋に取りに行ったため、完全に間に合わなくなった。最悪の旅になった。
