• John (6/5): - 부산역과 가까워서 좋았고 숙박하는 고객은 사우나를 무료로 이용할수 있는점이 좋았습니다. 화려하진않지만 깔끔하고 깨끗했어요. 방이 너무 좁습니다. 캐리어가 있는 고객은 캐리어를 펼 공간도 부족해보이더군요. 옷걸이가 신발장 옆에 있는데 옷을 비틀어 넣어야만 문이 닫힙니다. 조금 불편해요.

• Yong (7/5): Okay to stay for a night or two. - It’s right next to Busan Station. Room is small for price paid. No breakfast buffet offered.
• Patton (7/5): Great location, reasonable price, new & clean facilities. - We did not take advantage of the breakfast, but if you want an inexpensive place to stage a Busan visit, whether for business or pleasure, convenient to Busan Station, this is an excellent choice. The rooms are sparse but clean, the shower is hot and has good water pressure, the bed and linens were clean and comfortable, and the property is relatively recently remodeled (probably in 2025) so everything is modern and fully functional. If you just need a comfortable, convenient place to sleep & shower and expect to spend the rest of your time in Busan out & about, the Gwangjang Hotel is an excellent choice. Parking is extremely limited. This property is a better choice for those traveling by rail since it is directly across the street from Busan Station. The one amenity that could be amended/improved was morning coffee service. There was an electric kettle, which we did not use. It would have been nice to have coffee available in the lobby.
• AYA (8/5): 快適にゆっくり過ごせました - 釜山駅の真横でアクセスが良く、コンビニや飲食店も近くにたくさんあるので便利でした。 ベッドのリネンも気持ちよく、ぐっすり眠れました。 フロント横のドリンクや電子レンジもありがたかったです。 お部屋は少し狭く感じましたが、１人で利用するには便利でした。 ドライヤーの風量が少し弱いのでロングヘアの方は乾かすのに時間がかかるかもしれません。

• Heather Rbn (6/5): Ok for a night. - It is just across the road from Busan Station so I could walk there. There was a Starbucks to the left and a Starbucks to the right. The bathroom was not clean. The shower shoes had hairs trapped in them. The wall next to the toilet had unidentified brown muck spilled into the tiles. The room was HOT and the air-conditioned did not work. The window is tiny but it was the only way to cool the room down from the underfloor heating. It was stiflingly hot.

• 현정 (10/5): - 우선 위치가 깡팹니다 부산역 바로 앞이 호텔이라 좋았고 숙소의 컨디션도 깔끔하고 넓어서 좋았습니다 욕실도 넓고 수압도 좋았고 수건도 넉넉히 넣어주셔서 잘 썼습니다 아쉬운건 사우나는 남자만 가능하다는 점과 어매니티가 없어서 챙겨오셔야한다는 점 외엔 없습니당!

However, the amount of hair in the room, which hadn’t been properly cleaned, the presence of worms in the lobby, and the lack of English-speaking staff are major drawbacks. Additionally, the sauna is only available for men, which is disappointing. If I could choose again, I would spend more to enjoy greater comfort.

• Kristina (6/5): - The location is excellent, especially if you’re staying for just one night, as it’s conveniently right next to the train station. The overall value for the price was reasonable. However, the bed was quite uncomfortable, which made it difficult to get a good night’s sleep. The facilities seemed a bit rundown, and parts of the hotel appeared to be under renovation, which detracted from the overall experience. Additionally, the cleanliness could be improved, a bit more attention to hygiene would make a big difference.

The room was small but very clean. Appreciated the presence of a huge smart TV in the bedroom. The mattress was a spring mattress which isnt very modern nor comfortable. A topper would solve the issue. Also, impossible to check in before 3pm.

• SEUNGHUN (8/5): 부산 숙소 - 방 넓고 직원분이 친절하시고, 위치가 부산역 바로 앞이라 매우 좋았습니다. 이중으로 된 방충망도 성능 확실해서 모기등이 들어오는 일은 없었습니다. 일회용품 어매니티가 없었던게 조금 아쉽지만 이건 어쩔수 없군요.바로옆에 cu편의점이 있어서 이쪽을 이용하면 됩니다. 화장실 슬리퍼가 바닥이 뚫려있지 않아서 화장실에서 쓰기 조금 불편했습니다.
• 相馬小次郎 (3/5): 韓国のサウナってどこもこんななのか。 - とにかく場所がよい。釜山駅に隣接しており、鉄道利用や日韓航路利用には最適。 サイトで予約した際はバスタブ付となっていたが、実際割り当てられた部屋にはバスタブがなかった。フロントにその旨伝えたら、はじめは渋っていたものの、バスタブ付の部屋に変えてくれた。 フロントが狭く、場末感が強い。 眺望なし。窓を開けると隣のビルの壁。 ホテル内サウナ利用可能なのはよいが、そのサウナが大問題。浴室内で男ふたりがいかがわしい行為（湯舟に浸かっている男の顔面にもう一人の男が股間を近づけて仁王立ち）をしていた。自分が睨みつけても悪びれる様子もなかった。そうした輩の集まる場になっているのかもしれず、やばいと思って５分以下で退出した。受付も特に気にするでもなかった。

We did not stay there as booking was not confirmed by booking.com even though on the app it said confirmed. Likely not to book with booking.con as they have appalling customer service in providing a remedy (kept saying leave a review and had to call many times). The hotel or booking.com did not provide a refund We complained that the sauna was men only and one room was not in the system so we decided not to stay there. Not recommended for single women given the men sauna vibe.
• Andrew (7/5): Good hotel but don't go there for the public bath. - Location. Good sized room. I am used to very clean public baths (onsens) in Japan so the bits floating in the water here were a disappointment. Only being allowed one visit to them was, therefore, not the issue it could have been.
• Michael (8/5): Very good - Local hotel directly next to the train station. My room was new/freshly renovated and very clean. It’s a place to sleep. The free public bath/sauna (men only) was an added benefit. It seems frequented mainly by people not staying at the hotel. Busan is quite spread out. Although the location is great for train station access, there are maybe better locations if you visit as a tourist.

• Mona (8/5): Very good - It is right next to Busan Station (KTX and Subway) and the room is quite spacious, especially the bathroom is huge (compared to other Korean hotels I stayed). It is somehow not soundproofed as the door doesn't close "neatly", so you could hear everything from the corridor but with Oropax it was alright for me.
