(8/5): Praticamente dietro San Pietro - Struttura ben arredata, spazio adeguato anche per 4 persone (c'è da "organizzarsi" visto la presenza di un solo bagno), pulita, quartiere molto tranquillo. A due passi da San Pietro Da tenere presente che è un seminterrato. Vicino al Vaticano e alla fermata del bus, meno alla metro e al centro di Roma. Bagno non finestrato. Sfugge l'utilità dell'accensione automatica della luce TUTTE le volte che viene aperto il portone.

• Timea (9/5): Good location - The location is excellent. The area is quiet. Shops, restaurants are in the neighborhood. We could reach every attractions on foot. The host is very helpful and kind.

• RAMON (8/5): - Muy bien equipado y la ubicación fantástica. La cama no es muy cómoda. Nuestra estancia fue de 6 noches y nunca limpiaron, creo que seria bueno por lo menos sacar la basura. No pedimos que lo limpien todos los días pero un día de por medio es lo correcto. Es la primera vez que nos pasa. Siempre que tomamos apartamento nos lo limpian.

• ana liza (10/5): We had a wonderful stay in the apartment. - i like the facilities, all are available as describe,we were able to cook our food, cookware and utensils are available, with free coffee pods! very clean and well lighted. Quiet place. about 10 mins walk to Basilica same with the Metro Train. About 40 mins to the Airport. Host was accommodating i didn't find any negative experience. All were good. It's just if you have a heavy luggage, it requires short trip going down to the room.

L’unica criticità: arrivando alle ore 23:00, trovando tutto chiuso, ci aspettavamo che oltre al caffè ci fosse anche una bottiglia d’acqua.
• Emmanuel (8/5): Very nice stay close to the St Peter Basilica. - The location is great for this very well equipped and clean appartment. The shower room is also spacious and nicely arranged. We did not know the apartment was basement level but it was not really problematic since the windows could open to the outside courtyard.

• Eleonora (9/5): Perfetto per visitare Roma e rilassarsi. - Posizione incredibile, sicura e silenziosa durante la notte. L'appartamento è pulito e ordinato e Carlo è stato molto gentile e disponibile. Se dovessi tornare a Roma mi piacerebbe ri-allogiare qui. Piccolissimo difetto: l'appartamento è seminterrato. Unico motivo per cui non ho dato 10/10.
• katayama (10/5): 広くてきれいな部屋でお姫様気分……だそうです。 - ベネチア広場周辺までバス１本 (62/64番) で行けて至便です。部屋がとても広いです。キーボックスではなく、オーナーと思われる人が直接鍵を受け渡してくれ、ほっこりします。駐車スペースもかしてもらいました。 電車に乗ってイータリアに行けば良いのですが、近くにミニスーパーとカルフール、PAMしかなくて日用品の買い物に難儀します。半地下なので、景色がそんなに良くないのと、近くの駐車スペースは争奪戦です。バチカンまではすぐそこなのに、バスで行こうとすると乗り換えが大変です。

• Brenner (10/5): - Das Apartment liegt ruhig aber dennoch kann man fußläufig vieles erreichen. Die Bushaltestelle sowie Minimärkte, Bäcker, Restaurants etc liegen um die Ecke. Das Apartment ist mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Es gibt von uns aus nichts zu beanstanden

• Maria (10/5): - Die Lage ist top: 5 Minuten bis zu Vatikanstadt und zu ÖPNV, bis zum nächsten Restaurant ein paar Schritte und das Lebensmittelladen war auch unter 10 Minuten zu erreicht. Die Zimmer sind groß und das Apartment hat alles was man braucht. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt und wir hatten eine schöne Zeit in Rom. Alles war einfach top nur leider stand nicht in der Beschreibung, dass es um eine fast Souterrain Wohnung handelt. Man bekommt genug Tageslicht, aber der Ausblick aus den Fenster: der Boden im Innenhof. Wäre nett, wenn man es erwähnen würde.

I specically requested the room with a balcony and it was just a small outdoor space in a basement, very dark. The bathroom was also very small and the shower tiny and uncomfortable

• Alexia (9/5): Great apartment near the Vatican - Great apartment that was more spacious than it appeared in photos. Extremely comfortable beds. Plenty of amenities to make the stay comfortable. Close walking distance to the Vatican and several bus lines that go into downtown Rome. We go to Rome frequently and would definitely stay again and recommend it to others. Our 2 kids had their own beds in the living room area, and we slept in the bedroom. The metal blackout shades made it easy to sleep, and it's in a quiet neighborhood. Nothing - everything was great.

Location was good, restaurants and shops on your door stop. Was not aware at the time of booking that the flat was a basement flat.

The owner of the facility, Carlo, is a very kind and helpful person, we were happy to meet him. overall we were satisfied. We had no problem.

There is also a bus stop nearby, several restaurants and shops, as well as Carrefour. We didn't miss anything in the accommodation and Carlo was very kind and helpful.
• Arina (9/5): Very nice apartment with warm welcome from the host. Our stay here was comfortable and relaxing. - The apartment is really cozy and nice, everything was fresh and clean. There are rolls on windows so nothing will disturb your sleep, beds are very comfortable. There was fridge, microwave oven and stove for cooking, washing mashine and reclined dryer for washing up, all the supplies for dishwashing and toilet. The host was very nice to us and provided all the support we needed. The floor where the apartment is located is a little bit below the ground, so window view is not really interesting. Also we sometimes heard people noise from the other apartments. It was also a little bit of an effort to go up and down the stairs with a stroller.

• Amazon (10/5): Exceptional - Carlos was amazing and he was at our disposal with anything we needed at any time.. The apartment was perfect for what we needed it for it was closed essentially located. Everything was wonderful about it. We were so happy because we did not know what we were getting into and it was fantastic.. We cannot believe how quiet that was for a city. It was so quiet in our area. We didn't feel anything negative whatsoever we felt very safe. I would recommend it to anybody. The bedroom was perfect size. There was a twin bed out in the living dining area which was fine for us. We never turned the TV on. We were too busy but it's very quaint and perfect for visiting you know.. There wasn't one thing that we didn't like.

• Leyla (7/5): Apartment was cool but it was really hard to reach the house or to go to any other destination from the apartment - host was welcoming. house was clean and very comfortable for 4 people. calm apartment there is no noise of outside. only think that we did not like was the transportation. on the same day there was strike and busses did not work. metro stations were really far around 30 mins by walk.

• Shantanu (6/5): Good stay in Rome for family - All the required things are there, 10 min walking from St. Peter's Basilica, bus stop for bus#64 is nearby to go to the Colosseum and city centre The apartment which we got was in basement, not sure if there are other apartments in the building. So ventilation is an issue for longer stays. Also the lift doesn't go to the basement, so you need to go through the stairs

The property was amazing. The property is a level down without lift so had to carry the luggage up down as many times we left and entered the property. But that is something the owner should mention on the website so it can be easy for family to decide if its worth the hassle.
