• Guillermo (10/5): - La habitación muy amplia, cómoda y limpia. Cuenta con tina de hidromasaje que se agradece mucho después de caminar todo el día. La privacidad muy bien, el barrio muy tranquilo. La ubicación excelente. Todo el centro histórico caminado. La atención muy amable por parte de Emanuele y Marco. Muy dispuestos a cualquier solicitud de apoyo. Nos ofrecieron una estancia cómoda para guardar el equipaje después del check out.

• Louise (9/5): A lovely stay. - Our host was very friendly and extremely welcoming. Made us feel very comfortable. The room itself was beautiful. Not too noisy. A good location and felt safe within the building. The toilet could have been cleaner. Only one toilet roll supplied. When we used the jets on the bath dirt came out of it. The television remote was full of dust. It was a wonderful stay but for £500 for two nights I expected more.
• Guest (8/5): - Location was great. The room is spacious has lot of cupboards for storage. The tea/coffee kettle was in the living room instead in the room. You can buy takeaway and eat in the living room. Emanuele is super friendly and helpful. He made you feels welcoming and has answers to all your questions. He even initiated watsapp messages where he replies promptly. Kudos to him 👏 🙌 👍 🥰
• Marta (8/5): Cute, well laid out room, though I would not call it luxurious. Bed was super comfortable! - Newly renovated and tastefully done. Need to have better instructions for the elevator so people make sure to close the doors when they leave. After walking all morning had to climb 3 floors, because the elevator was stuck on the fifth floor. Also it was awkward getting into the tub.

• Francine (9/5): The perfect base for a Roman city break. - Fabulous location in the heart of Monti, surrounded by a fantastic choice of restaurants and cafes. Walking distance to all the major attractions. Stylish, comfortable room. And our host Emanuele was friendly, helpful and went to a great deal of trouble to make us feel welcome. Loved the vintage lift! Our room at the front of the building was rather noisy. If you're easily disturbed, ask for one of the rooms at the back. The plumbing was a little smelly, but we gather that tends to be the case in period Roman buildings.

The mini fridge was noisy so we unplugged it and would've liked a bit more coffee in our room but really nitpicking as this was a really lovely stay! Would highly recommend.

The immediate area has many great restaurants. The rooms are very spacious and everything is nicely redecorated. Best, the service is exceptionally kind and helpful. This is a great place to stay, especially with family.

Fresh towels and daily cleaning was provided with recommendations for local restaurants and an invite to contact him for any other questions or support. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable and the location was perfect for walking to attractions such as the Colosseum. Pantheon, Trevi fountain and the Spanish steps. We easily got a taxi to the Vatican using the “It taxi” app. Restaurants and shops close by also. The only issue we found was the smell from the drain in the toilet. It could be unpleasant. The owner was obviously trying to reduce the issue but it is an old building!

• Christopher (10/5): An exceptional stay - This was our first time in Rome and we couldn’t have picked a better location, it is central to the main sights and within walking distance to the Termini station. The rooms were clean and spacious with all the amenities for a comfortable stay and all set in lovely building with period features, I particularly liked the vintage elevator! Emanuele was an amazing host and us made feel very welcome, nothing was too much trouble. He recommended a little cafe, Antico caffè del Brasile with great coffee (and tiramisu - thank you!) We would thoroughly recommend this place as a base to explore the city and beyond as we also incorporated a day trip to Florence. We can’t wait to return! Nothing

• Maria (10/5): Girls trip - Τοποθεσία άψογη. Κοντά σε όλα, Fontana Di Trevi 15’ με τα πόδια,με μάξιμουμ 20’ στο λεωφ (για τη Βασικοκη του Αγίου Πέτρου). Είχαμε κερασμένο νερό και ψυγείο γεμάτο με προϊόντα με πολύ φυσιολογικές τιμές. Ευγενέστατοι και οι δύο κύριοι που μας εξυπηρέτησαν!! Είχαν πτήση πολύ αργά και με πολύ χαρά κράτησαν τα πράγματα μας και μας παρείχαν σαλονάκι για να χαλαρώσουν μέχρι να φύγουν. Σίγουρα θα το ξανά επέλεγα. Λίγη περισσότερη προσοχή στην καθαριότητα του μπάνιου, συγκεκριμένα στη λεκάνη.

I will be back:) - Location was practical, breakfast was good - it can include more choices for the pastries to choose from instead of just being able to select from two particular kinds of pastries. The biscuits/cookies selection was good but again we could only choose from two kinds..it would be nice to be able to choose from the whole selection. What I said above (for the breakfast) - having more items to choose from and being able to have more than just the pastry. biscuit and coffee, for breakfast.
